This UPS store has the most rude owner ( I think her name is Roseanne she is the heavy set older hispanic woman) who provided the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I was next in line and she asked to help the next person after me because they were "ready" . I told her I was ready I was just pulling up the screen shots on my phone which I got ready in advance because I know I get poor phone service in that store. I told her I was next and that it wasn't right she made me wait for the next customer. I asked "so no sorry for the wait? Or sorry for the inconvenience?" And she said "nope". She said she did that she did that she wouldn't waste time and by me complaining to her I was wasting more time. I asked her name and she said she was the owner and did not provide me a name and if I had any issues to write a yelp review. I told her maybe I should and she said "go ahead. That's what they do" . She had no concern that I wasn't a satisfied customer and she had no concern if I wrote a negative review. I have been to this location before and she is always grouchy and seems like an unhappy and bothered person but I always just dismissed it. This is my first yelp review and it's a shame it has to be a negative one. I'm positive she doesn't even care if I write this review or if I even return as customer but hopefully she can improve her people skills because as a "owner" her behavior is a reflection of her business. read more

Absolutely fantastic, I did my research on line to find a good shipping price and when I got to the store the recommended a cheaper way. Gotta love it. They were busy but took the time to explain eventing and repackage my box. I love them. read more

Don't come here unless you want your time wasted & to be discriminated. My husband & I came here to do one simple thing, send a fax. Ending up being here over half an hour. While we were waiting Lucy told us, oh you guys must not be from here you guys look like your from Humboldt county. Are you fucking kidding me? Just because we're a interracial couple & my husband has long hair, you don't say things like that. I was really offended. Both of us have lived in this area our ENTIRE lives. That was bs! On top of that, after waiting half an hour they FINALLY asked someone to help with the fax. Really! They should have done that when they saw it wasn't working. They already restarted the damn thing once. After I saw they were gonna restart it again, I asked for my stuff back & left. Went to the FedEx on mtn n ft hill. Was in n out in 5 mins! Ridiculous! They were going to charge me $1 for 12inch piece of tape to close my box to send out. When I went to the chino hills store the previous week, they have no trouble taping it up for me. Never coming back here again. Update: I went to another ups store in Orange County the same day and they have no problem taping it up for me for free. Based on the reviews I see on here, it sounds like a staff problem. When I went in it two middle aged Latina ladies and they really weren't friendly or helpful. Which was a surprised because usually when I walk into a ups store, the staff is quite friendly and greet you once you walk through the door. read more

You know for being the nearest UPS store in Ontario. There's not many. You would think that the personnel would be friendlier and more welcoming. Not once that I've been here to drop off a package or come to get a price are they friendly or nice . They always have an attitude and or they are servicing others with the same kind of attitude . I come to drop off a simple small package size of a business card . I figured it's a quick drop off I send my son in . It's a package the size of business card , That could easily fit in the plastic slip pocket that they put in the shipping label. They turn my son away saying we need to pay for packaging. My son came back and told me. I look in my car and got a envelope and I went back in there. Fabiola the UPS clerk saw that it was the same package and said in a rude way "you are going to send it in that ?" As if it wasn't to her standards. It's a Monday but my goodness be nice to people . I have nothing but good things to say. The staff - efficient, friendly, feels like a 2nd home sometimes because I do a lot of online shopping . The owner, Roseanne, she is a fabulous lady who not only runs a great business that is very much needed in this area, she is honest and ethical. Rare traits these days. Great staff here! I came to pick up a package from UPS that they dropped off. I love the new access point feature where if you are not home, they will drop it off at the UPS store. Love the manager here too! She was so sweet and informed me of awesome features of getting a mailbox. Thanks a ton! read more

Full service UPS, was conveniently close to my place of work and had AC which was nice for the brief time while i went in and out.

Horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely. Only went for convenience but WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!! Try the one in Upland or Chino, they respect their customers, not only their time but as human beings. read more

Unfortunately I had to click one star. I went in to get my mail today and they told me that I didn't have any mail. I went all the way back to my office to confirm that they did receive my package, which they did. I called the location and spoke to the same young lady that helped me. The young lady said they had my package but the mail wasn't sorted at the time I came in. Obviously they're not too bright down there. The 'owner' jumped on the phone and was telling me that customers ordinarily need to renew their box before they can get their mail. This was an obvious attempt to obfuscate her company's incompetence. The owner was shouting at me and even hung up on me when I questioned her business ethics. I wouldn't advise anybody to do business with these people. read more

Been going to this store for years even before Roseanne took over. I liked it before but love them now. Roseanne has done a great job getting a good crew in there. I ship parta from my business atleast twice a week and never had a problem with customer service. Jessica is great at what she does and connie always has a smile on her face. Ive been to other UPS stores and fedex stores in the area but have never returned. Roseanne and her staff get 5 stars...check them out, im sure you will be satisfied read more

Do not go here to fax or email anything cause if for some reason something goes wrong they say to bad I spent 25.00 to email something but they did not get it and this ups store said to bad you lose out on your money. read more

My first experience with ups was not good i payed 25 dollars for service stayed home all day they said my package was delivered at 5:45 which was un truth do to me not going anywhere then when i call to speak with someone that didn't speak English well when i ask to speak to a supervisor she try to change her voice when i told her to stop playing she hung up i willll never use ups again service horrible. read more

Employee screwed up and did not accept an urgent package that was sent to my box at the store. The reason why? They never added the names from the application that we filled out to the box, nor did they ever enter it into the computer. The employee had assured me that he would take care of my situation, but routinely did not return calls and provided no follow through. I had to contact the owner of this franchise and this person (Tina) was argumentative and perpetuated the lies of the employee that put me in a very poor situation. They had the nerve to blame everyone else and would not take accountability for their actions. I would recommend this store only if your packages and mail are not important to you because they are certainly not important to the employees and owner of the store. read more

I find it funny how everyone complains about paying for tape or for not getting free envelopes what place do you go and get free stuff lol! This is the best UPS store!!! Faby is amazing. She is so sweet and friendly. I have a mailbox there and I've bee going there for 3 years. Faby is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I went in on a Saturday they tried to charge me 72. Dollars for a Monday delivery at 1030 A.M. i thought something was strange so i paid and left. I called the UPS store in Claremont Ca. They told me it would be 45. Dollars for Monday delivery and explained they Ontario was charging me extra for delivery because they rated my envelope as a a box. Which everyone knows the difference between a box and a envelope. Hmmm makes me wonder if they are really helping or trying to rip us off as customers and the kid in said it was because it was Saturday. read more

Used to go to this store when it was the previous owner and had no problems. Once under new ownership, nothing but problems ranging from super slow service, lack of knowledge of their systems, calling and the phone ringing and ringing and ringing. I just couldn't trust my sensitive documents would reach their ultimate destinations with faith so I had to switch. read more
