    Horrible customer service. The general manager was super rude and acted high & mighty. Over the year we have lost quite a few packages.

I had no idea what I was doing but they took the time to explain the process and every one of them on a combined team effort had me in & out within 10 minutes. I have to add the store was extremely clean and the parking here is plenty Thank you once again for the courtesy while making me feel like a VIP and doing a great job with my packages. I really don't understand a few of the not so favorable reviews here, give respect & you will get respect in return that's how I was brought up. I was warmly greeted the second I came into the store. I was told I had to put my item in a separate box because they wouldn't accept it in the original product box -- even though Amazon shipped it to me that way. This was news to me since every other UPS Store has taken my returns without requiring an additional box. When I said I could purchase one, the employee told me to grab a plastic bag/envelope. At checkout, the charge was almost $5 for a plastic bag. When I asked if that price was correct, he just nodded. I also asked if he was the owner, and he said his family owns the store. This feels like a clear rip-off and completely unacceptable. I will also be contacting UPS corporate to report this issue. I highly recommend choosing another UPS Store to avoid unexpected charges and poor customer service

    I have been coming to this store multiple times because it's the one closest to my house. However,…read moreeverytime I have to drop off a package I'm already dreading the fact that I have to deal with the rude staff at this store. To add to this matter, on Saturday I stopped by at 9:10am and there was a lady sitting outside on a walker waiting for them to open. So i decided to go run an errand and come by a little later. I stopped by again at around 9:25am and the door was still closed. There was an older lady standing outside with a load of large packages placed on the floor. I decided not to wait and drove to the store on Central. Guess what?!!! It was open!! And the guy there was friendly and helpful. I guess I'll have to drive further to get better service. The staff at this store on Mountain should be re-trained in better customer service and how to be punctual. From all the other ratings I can see this store has a lot of one star reviews. Come on UPS management, all us customers can't be wrong. Please do something about these issues.

Don't forget I am a customer and don't forget people are watching you and how you treat other people.
