Don't go to this UPS store. Charges you to print a label, almost $3 when companies who ask you to return things just give you a QR code to bring to UPS. Staff is rude as well. read more

Horrible service and very frustrating experience! It supposed to be a very simple transaction. I dropped a letter off at the store and paid for stamps on Saturday morning. Today (Friday evening) I got the letter back because the store employee just forgot to put stamps on it. It was a very important and time sensitive letter. When I went back to the store, I didn't hear any apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience this cause to me. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable at this store. read more

Visited this location while picking up package that required a signature from company. The staff is very friendly and efficient in getting customers in and out. Based on my experience, I would avoid this UPS store at all cost. I shipped a product (automotive part) on May 14. UPS destroyed the box, in fact it look as an accordion and yet decided to deliver it. My customer immediately placed a refund claim, and as a responsible business person, I provided the refund next business day. Move forward a month later, and I still have not received my refund from UPS. Their song and dance excuses are too much. The UPS store claims that it is a UPS issue. and UPS directs me to deal with the store. They never answer the phone nor emails, so any conversation has to be done in person. They are fast to collect money for the service but the fail completely when something on their end goes wrong. The money that you may save over FedEx is not worth it. Small Business out there, be careful if you want to survive. When shipping avoid UPS. UPS = Unbelievable Poor Service. read more

Printing a black and white copy from a USB drive is $2.2 plus tax. Wish I asked or was told about the price before printing it. Actually, I was here several times doing other things since it was so close to where i lived. The staff people at the counter were friendly and helpful. Needed my vaccine card before a trip to Canada. My dad 2nd day aired it on a Tuesday and this location apparently held onto it until Thursday before sending it out so the 2 days of shipments would get the package here the following Tuesday (due to a holiday on Monday). When I called to get my $40 back because they held the package for 2 days unnecessarily, they said, sorry we don't do refunds on 2nd day air even though it was their mistake that it ended up being 7 day air lol. Save all of your money and go to fed ex! Even usps probs could have gotten it here earlier than 7 days. read more

Do you need to ship something? In a rush? Well...all you need is the UPS store on Coit and Legacy! I was expecting to be in line for a few minutes because there were a lot of people, but as soon as we walked in, BOOM an employee opened his register to help us out. To top it off, the man helping us had a happy attitude like he loved his job (we need more people like him out there); he taped our box closed, showed us where to find the tracking number, and said his goodbye greetings. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was enough to put a smile on. Service was great, and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Making my second trip to the store to pick up a package after having an investigation launched to determine where my package was. The shipper sends me confirmation that the package was in fact delivered to the store. I call back and talk to someone else who confirmed it was there. Basically the Manager Matt was more concerned about leaving than he was searching the store for my package. This store is franchised, so I'll just make the decision to do my shipping business elsewhere than this store. read more

This UPS store recognizes my address and my regular shipping addresses through my phone number saving me time. Matt is always friendly, efficient, kind and patient. He's a notary too. Just came out of the store. Typically the experience has been good excepting today. Went to return some amazon stuff. There was some confusion and he ended up charging for the boxes that he wasted as well! Is he there to help us or penalize and give lectures?? Isn't it his job to make things are packed correctly especially when I'm paying for it! Anyways it's a ups store and there are several. Waited in a 20 minute line to borrow tape. Already had my label printed and asked the lady excuses me I just need to drop this box off and tape it. She told me to wait in line. Why did I waste my time pre-printing a label if I was going to have to wait in the line anyways. UPS is always a necessary evil. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I casually dropped into this store yesterday to mail off 2 prepaid UPS packages. As it was my day off, I was dressed in workout clothing. The representative was less than cordial. I presented the prepaid UPS labels and was immediately informed that I would have to pay a $1 fee per box to tape them up. Given that these were very small boxes and I have NEVER had this experience when using prepaid labels, I declined and left the store. The service here is NOT pleasant, especially given that I have been to this location before (on a workday when I was dressed in a suit) and was not charged. Subsequently, I went to an alternate location in Frisco several minutes later and was not charged. will never again go to this location. read more

UPS finally found my package, two weeks after it should have been delivered, but instead of delivering my package they sent it back to the UPS store. Why? Because they didn't think they put me through enough already I guess. Finally, I managed to make my way back to the store with the hope they would address my concern, refund me, and get my package to where it should have gone. Well, I was a little too hopeful. INSTEAD I had to argue with the store owner for 30 minutes about my situation and the wrong I was put through. They tried to place the blame on me for my package not getting delivered. The man I assumed to be the owner of this UPS store said he was not to blame and was not associated with what UPS does when a package is shipped. UPS you need to get your shit together and if someone is going to use your brand to represent their store, you better believe that you BOTH are responsible when a package is not delivered, lost, and again not delivered and return to the store it was shipped from. The owner wanted to charge me again to ship my package, which I refused. After much back and forth he finally agree to ship my package without charge, which I am thankful for. I think he did this just to get me out of his hair instead of being a helpful, understanding human being. I will not be returning to this store or using UPS ever again. read more

Do you own the place or just work there? If you own the place, good luck. If you just work there, owner should get rid of you. Obviously, you don't want to work, period. She definitely needs to be re-trained on how to interact with the public, she doesn't know what customers/people are going through & on top of that she gives off the worst attitude. There is a reason this store has a 2.5 star rating, because they suck. I paid $250 5 days in advance to guarantee delivery on a certain day. They mis-coded the label and it went somewhere else. The incompetence of one of the employees in this store is breathtaking. I wanted to mail several greeting cards to Europe and she kept asking me for a "zip code." I tried to explain that the country where they were headed does not have a zip code. After some delay and confused looks on her face, she finally put the postage on them, but I left with a feeling of unease. Sure enough, one of the cards ended up in my mailbox a couple of days later with a note that there was insufficient postage. I returned to the store to explain what happened and was met with indifference and rudeness. And no apology. She asked me what I wanted. Really. I said I wanted the card to make it to its destination. This is what they charge a premium for????? I've never had a problem before at this location until now. In the past, the employees were knowledgable, friendly and helpful. This woman obviously has no business handling mail. Stay away! read more
