I've used them for years and find them much more convenient than a PO Box (since they can also accept UPS and FedEx deliveries), and it's much faster to pack up packages from them than at a post office. I also don't have to worry about packages being left at my front door or out in the rain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing service! I was super anxious over some paper work I had to mail. Often when I'm anxious, people get annoyed with me and I don't blame them because I annoy myself sometimes! Today was totally different, this angel working there was so chill and sweet that it totally calmed my nerves. She didn't get impatient with me or act annoyed at all. I feel a lot better knowing I left my super important mail in her hands. The tragedy? I forgot her name! It started with an M, that's all I know. I asked for her name twice, so if I asked a third time she'd really think I was nuts. But I really want the manager(s) there to know how awesome she was because it really made my day. Stopped by to drop off a router to be shipped to AT&T and was HUGELY disappointed by the person doing the shift. Arrogant and highly unprofessional...if she doesn't know how to treat customers, she shouldn't be in the services industry. Needless to say, she lost me as a customer. I needed a notary and this was the perfect spot! Super easy, professional staff that helped me get my documents notarized quickly so I could be on my way! They told me they have a notary on premises during all store hours so it's definitely the place to go. I was impressed with the efficient, positive employees and, consequently, I know I will return to this store in particular for any future needs. read more

I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life. The girl that was helping me was very rude. I asked her to tape my package and she replied back by saying that she has more important things to do. I think she had made an error on some packages and was stressing out about it... but no matter how stressed out you are, you should not take it out on your customers. I didn't want her to forget to tape my package so I politely told her that I can wait for her to finish up with whatever she was doing so she can tape it properly. She slammed my package on the counter and finally taped it. I am never going back to this place and with this type of attitude, I am not sure for how long these guys will be in business!!! read more

Just dropped off a package with the scale showing weight to be more than 3 pounds over my weight. I have always dropped off packages there without issue but this time they wanted to weigh it (red flag). Package was plainly marked "THIS END UP" but the person placed it on its side. I immediately placed it in an upright position and said "there is a THIS END UP message on the box, please observe it!". It showed three pounds over my weight on their scale and I said their weight is wrong. I use a scale for my shipping and it is very precise. A few ounces on an item is understandable but a three pound discrepancy is absurd. read more

Went to drop off my package before work this morning. Arrived at 8:40 to a closed store with signs that say they open at 8:30. An employee showed up right as I was about to leave. I'm not sure if it's the same girl that other reviews mentioned but she offered to take my package. When I asked if I would be able to get a receipt she said it might be 5 minutes. I was already annoyed that they weren't open so I decided to not wait any longer and make myself late to work. No apologies for being late, probably won't be returning to the store. read more

I recently went to this UPS Store and they were actually very helpful. I have gotten fingerprinting done before and usually they make me roll my fingers myself on the paper and then slap on a $25 rolling fee; whats the point of that if im doing all the work. The girl working there whose name I believe was Shilpa actually rolled my fingers for me and directed me to the bathroom so I could wash my hands (I have white leather seats in my car). After that I needed to ship something out and she was very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed to fill out and how long it would take to get there; not to mention the price was reasonable, I received a tracking number, and I didn't have to wait in line like I would have to at the post office.
