Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager continued placing blame on the sender while refusing the package and returning it to sender herself. The constant back and forth regarding my package has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, she asked me to leave the store in front of other customers. That is no way a manager should conduct herself or treat a paying customer. The entire experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional.

If supplies are something you need though, everything from mailing tubes to package tape to whiteout products and more are available at a reasonable cost. In this store a copier is available as well as the ability for you to email a document for pick up upon your arrival. Very low cost. The store is well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people and it'll only take you a few moments to get in and out most of the time. Some free treet parking along Park Boulevard and the adjacent streets. No parking garage.

Found Eastern Signs on Yelp decided to check them out and honesty was the most affordable place and no edits were needed since their printer is good!! My banner came out exactly how I wanted it!! The blame game goes from UPS store to UPS where neither party takes responsibility. Their drop-off times are clear, I made it with 5 hours to spare, yet next day air apparently doesn't exist unless you find a UPS distribution center; which doesn't take packages. The local location never had a pickup that day. They never called UPS to ensure proper SLAs are taken care of. Update: a corporate call reveals it was indeed scanned at this location. Emailed the receipt to the location's email. No response. Still not scanned into a truck to actual UPS. Apparently UPS stores and UPS aren't great at communicating. Filing a claim.

Approx 10 packages were dropped off yesterday, some UPS, some USPS. They were put on the counter because it was busy and I had my young daughter. When I checked my app none were scanned so I called to verify they were in process and a scan was just simply missed. No big deal. The manager's customer service skills were AWFUL on the phone. Stating "this is all speculation" and "you're saying we didn't do our jobs!" (In regard to a simple missed scan). Well sir, it's pretty simple. You had my package and now you don't. But the bar wasn't scanned. Sooooo? Sounds like that's what happened, no? Again not a big deal I just need to know that they are at least on their way to the destination, scan or no scan. He continued to escalate on the phone without listening to any of my questions and handed the phone off to the young man that works there. As usual, the young man was kind, calm, respectful, answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out personally. Your manager could learn a thing or two from you!

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

1/31/2018 Trans: 8328 Reg: 002 Jackson Was very attentive and should be emulated for UPS's Customer Service ethics. Jackson exemplifies good will. with integrity and honest appeal to do right by your customers. When I got to your store he was eager to help me get my very heavy Reel to Reel Tape Drive into the store. He provided a cart and insisted on lifting. He made numerous calculations for boxing and double boxing with air and ground shipment data with much patients. When we finally decided on double boxing to ensure this 70lb unit got to Colorado in good shape. He couldn't box the package right at that time because of walk~ins, however he assured me the box would have his personal attention. His sincerity was resolute and I left feeling secure in his service. I wasn't on the receiving end but saw a picture of the outside of the box. Okay, I am going to go out on a limb here and propose that this actual UPS store become a place of worship! THE CHURCH OF U.P.S.! Yes, why not be absolutely worshipful of phantasmal excellent customer service, right????? Because AMAZING customer service is about as rare as meeting a Deity while hanging out at a café, right? And that only happened to me twice.... Let me regress, 'AL' -- clearly some sort of tech deity -- is able to create posters of the divine kind... His sidekick -- Derrick -- some sort of undercover Anthropologist studying the wonder of 'AL' -- uses some sort of magic(k) to deliver print jobs and packages on time, and beautifully! Very impressed by Jackson's professionalism, engaging manner, sense of humor, attention to detail, and effectiveness in setting me up with an inexpensive shipping option and carefully preparing the package to avoid damage to the items. He even placed "Fragile" stickers on the box without my asking him to do so! I felt that he took care of me and my shipping needs as he would have wanted for himself. What a positive interaction! I came to the store with alot of items, mainly ethnic hair products because I live in Utah were it's very expensive to purchase these items. Durriya and her new employee David offer much assistance. Helping me with a box that would accommodate all my stuff and even assisting me package all my items for shipping. This was by far and away the best service I've ever had with shipping anything (other UPS stores, the Post Office, and FEDEX included)! Jackson helped me and he was so friendly and positive despite my lack of planning and sending a birthday card several days late... my bad! Terrible office. Paid for a prepaid shipping label but my printer broke. Came in and asked if they are able to just scan their end. Lady told me just to email and they can print. I frequent this location for printing jobs and I can always trust Jackson and Maira to do a stellar job. The cuts are always perfect and the prints come out right away. I would recommend this location for anybody looking to print anything. read more

The Adams Ave UPS Store rocks! I run a home business and when the computer, scanner, printer, etc. invariably fails when I'm in a time crunch, the staff is always polite, helpful and friendly. Thanks to all! BT read more

Great service. They go out their way to make sure you're getting the best option. Especially Jackson, he even threw in some bubble wraps to make sure my package wouldn't break. Would definitely recommend read more

Each employee seems to be kinder and nicer than their coworker. Going out of their way to please you. Seriously, I still have not found a more comprehensive UPS, and as comprehensive as this one, where everyone is super cool and chill. They don't charge to print labels like UPS does. When I'm returning something that's only 20$ or 30$, every 3$ charge counts against my return. They don't charge me or give me any issues about how I wrap it. The Store Reps are really respectful and professional as well. There's always plenty of parking and never a line.

So I ran over to College Postal Plus who were affordable. I had great service, and later that day when I realized that I left my credit card at the store, they had it in their bin. The bonus, is that after two months since my card was forgotten, I haven't had any unknown charges on it, so I'd also say that their staff are honest.
