I've been going to this UPS Store for a while now, and while the service has never been particularly friendly, today's experience was frustrating enough that I will not be returning. First and most telling thing: As the staff was still actively helping customers near closing time, the owner/manager left early before the store had even finished closing. A good leader never leaves before his team. Unfortunately, that felt pretty reflective of the overall customer service experience at this location. I came in to drop off a package and pick up one addressed to me. I didn't have my physical ID on me because I was out on a walk, but I had multiple forms of verification ready, including the delivery confirmation email, a virtual ID through Apple Wallet, a photo of my ID, a photo of my passport and additional personal information. The email and text confirmation from the vendor and I was also happy to sign for the package. Instead of trying to help or work through the situation professionally, the manager was dismissive and rude from the start. I ended up having to walk nearly two miles back home just to grab my physical ID, only for them to glance at it for literally a second!! before handing me the package. The entire thing felt like an unnecessary waste of a customer's time with zero care for the experience. I understand policies exist, but professionalism and basic customer service still matter. This experience completely turned me off from ever returning to this location. I'll gladly go out of my way to use other UPS stores instead especially the Hillcrest location, where the staff has consistently been much kinder and more helpful. read more

This UPS Store is conveniently located. It's great for Amazon returns and things you can do without needing to speak with a worker. When you need employee assistance for shipping, returns or Notary Service , the wait can be long because they don't seem to have enough staff. If I have shipping or need printing / copying I prefer to use FedExOffice instead. read more

This place is convenient for Amazon returns, but whatever you do DO NOT call them with questions because they have nothing to do with drivers or pick ups or UPS policies or anything they are just a franchise!!!!!!!!!! And they don't care if you have any issues ok it's not their problem and you better speak slowly too or else they will interrupt you when you're trying to explain and get very upset that as a customer with problem, you are confused! And prepare to be berated for speaking too fast. read more

Doesn't open on time. Myself and several other people waited and waited today in front of the entrance, and there was no movement inside even long after it was time to open. We left because we needed to go to work on time. It's too bad that the employees here don't value timeliness like we do when it comes to work responsibilities. read more

Booked a notary online, showed up at the scheduled date and time, was told notary person was on break, and "out of respect", the staff wouldn't ask the notary person to come in and fulfill the notary. Best UPS location by far, I had been to a couple of them last year, I didn't quite like how they handle stuffs, but this one was one of a better UPS store. My car got stolen the day before and I had to fill out a vehicle theft questionnaire but that wasn't all, I need to have the thing notarized and after doing some research, I called UPS to make sure they have notary service, which they do and all of their locations would have that available for walk in without appointment. I would say $15 with taxes aren't bad, I have heard some places charge $25 and more to get your stuffs notarized. The process was quick and easy, they gave me the seal and asked me to sign then thumb printed. I would say the only bad thing about this location is space and parking, maybe you will have to park a few blocks down, and during peak hours, the line will be out the door. read more

Without a printer or fax machine at home, The UPS Store is my go-to anytime I need to send official communication that I can't do through email or on my smartphone. The prices are fair and the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. One thing I really appreciate is that I can just email them a document while I'm there and they'll print it up for me without hassle; I hate having to take the time to jump on a computer and print it up myself when it's just a simple document like some other places expect you to do. I should add that The UPS Store is my go-to anytime I need to ship something important. Not only will they help you find the least expensive way of doing it but they'll give you everything you need to feel comfortable your package will get there when it's supposed to. I typically hate shipping anything because people just don't seem to care about their job or other people these days but that's not the case with Jackson at this store. From the word go he was unbelievably excellent to deal with.
