One of the most fast, efficient UPS stores I've been to. Miguel is very knowledgeable and always so helpful, thanks!

After spending MULTIPLE HOURS trying to resolve a shipping problem with Amazon I arrived at the UPS store already exhausted only to find out Amazon was asking me on behalf of their vendor to pay for shipping costs. Needless to say, I was blindsided and upset with the situation. However, Alyssa, Vanessa, and Miguel stepped up to help me in everyway they could and spent at least 1 hour trying to help me resolve the problem as I was on the phone with Amazon. All 3 were patient, respectful, and supportive which under those circumstances meant more than I can express! After 1 hour and at the brink of closing time the issue was still not resolved, but all 3 remained supportive. I went ahead and reread what the card says which is clearly "connection fee" of $3.00 not a print page for $3. I don't need that explained, I can read it right on the small paper given for the QR code. This is too expensive for a sheet of paper in black and white my dear and will definitely go to another ups store to not have such an unjustifiably large charge. read more

I walked into a prior ups store and was told to bring package wrapped in something not transparent to return. i told him it came in plastic wrap and i did not have it any more. So i went home wrapped it in white plastic trash bags and taped, and went in to Almadens location, and was asked to use original packaging which i did not have. Thankfully MIGUEL found a used bag and wrapped it for me. He save me from a huge headache!! I will always use this location!!!! read more

This is one of the best UPS locations I've been to! Miguel always super kind and greeted me right as I walked in. I had never been to this UPS before. Usually I go to the one on Meridian which is always cluttered and has rude employees. This UPS was amazing. Miguel was super helpful and accommodating to all of my requests.
