This is my local UPS store, which is a convenient location for receiving and shipping packages. Through the years I've been going here, all the staff have been friendly and polite. I have a personal mailbox here. The service is a bit pricey (annual contract), but it's worth it to me: I feel secure knowing my packages are received by someone and kept safe. On my most recent visit, when I came, the staff were working with other customers. Miguel greeted me and said that he will help me soon. (I appreciate this acknowledgement). When it was my turn, Miguel got my packages. He also helped me update my records. He made it easy and fast. In addition to receiving packages here, this location also provides an easy drop off for Amazon returns. I believe they have 2 kiosks for this. In the past, I have also gotten a document notarized here. If you need a notary, call before heading over to check that the notary is in. This location is also next to Pokibowl, a Mexican restaurant, 2 boba tea shops, McDonald's, a popular Indian restaurant, and a Chinese-Hawaiian restaurant, so you can do an errand at the UPS Store and pick up some food or drinks after. read more

Miguel was super helpful! Often the Customer Service people direct you to do your own scanning and return of items, but he offered to help and I appreciated the friendly, personal service. It goes faster and it is more efficient when the UPS people process returns, especially if you have multiple returns like I did. Also, I miss the customer service that happens by personally being helped, so good job Miguel. I feel like this UPS location doesn't really care about my business if they're directing me to do it myself. But on the flipside, if there is a line, it's a good option. read more

This review is long overdue. I came in to this location about a month ago to mail a package. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by Miguel!!! He was so incredibly helpful to me, which I was not expecting as the UPS store near me isn't quite as assisting. Since my visit, I have gone to my neighborhood UPS store and it just made me realize Im better off driving the extra mile for this location. Miguel knew exactly what to do, even though the form provided by Fidelity didn't have enough space on the page, he inserted an additional page with all the proper signatures and seal. All UPS employees are also notaries and have their licenses displayed in the store. If we need something notarized again, we know where to go. read more

Miguel assisted me in unloading and shredding all of the papers that needed to be shredded. My shoulder is injured and it was painful to unload and lift, even though the box that carried the papers weight about 20 or so pounds. He was such a gentleman taking over the chore.
