I thought that all UPS stores were the same. This location has a self scanning and label station. This save so much time,for those of us who just want to return a Amazon package. It will also accept pre label packaging and you need a receipt. The clerk took the time to explain how to use the scanner. Probably will save her some time in the future.i will definitely be coming back to this location read more

I've been here several times to do Amazon returns and the service is great. Huyen even took time to show me how to do the Self Scan Return machine to make things even quicker. A few months ago, my brother and I also went here to take pictures for our passport renewal. I forget the employee's name but again they have great customer service. I canceled an AT&T internet service and they instructed me to take the Router to a UPS Store. That's what they told me. I wondered how this would work as I had myself, their Router, and my account number. I wondered how the equipment would be received and how I would get the credit for returning the AT&T equipment. I traversed to The UPS Store at 302 McKee Rd. with these thoughts in mind. I was somewhat relieved to open the door of THE UPS Store and Thao greeted me with a hello and a friendly smile. I handed her the AT&T equipment that I was told to return. She asked me my name. She then printed out and handed me a receipt that had my account number and the equipment serial number. The equipment was received and I was given a receipt with all of the pertinent returned equipment information. The UPS store did me right! I usually come here during my lunch breaks since I work around the area. Every time I've been here, the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. They now have an area where you can scan your packages if you already have a label. Super convenient and fast. Shoutout to Thao for showing me how to use this new service since I'm so used to going up to the main counter. As for parking, plenty of parking located in front or on the side. I remember the lady who helped me for the notary services, unfortunately I did not get her name, but I will jot forget how she helped us. The bad attitude from the workers there. I have experienced in the last couple of years and they are very inconsistent on hours of operations. They open until five on Saturdays.
