"No matter how I package it, they always break it." That is what the lady said when I took my computer monitor in to ship it to Samsung for repair. I have a QR code that is supposed to give me free shipping and safe packaging. My take away is that UPS will damage my package and that this store in particular can't package things safely. Now I don't believe either of these (this is the second time I am sending this monitor in for repairs, but that is another review). I actually think the lady was just lazy. read more

Don't go here for notary services. The guy struggled to understand the instructions from the government form I needed notarized. So I went to the other UPS store a mile away, they were great. Understood it was a government form. Figured it out and notarized the form. I'll give the other store 5 stars. read more

Please don't go here if you don't want your shipping/return items stolen. I had drop off my iPhones trade in here and got an email from Apple saving my devices were not in the package. I believe the workers knew what was in those boxes and stolen the two iPhones and sent the boxes to Apple empty. I would never do business at UPS again. My needs are Fax, Copies and  Shipping.  I have tried other UPS Stores, however this is the UPS Store #1330 I prefer and recommend to friends and family. The employees there are knowledgeable and friendly as they process customers needs. Prices for services are fair plus the location is next to several stores of value to me also. read more

The UPS store on Camden is the best. Christina has helped me with packaging, shipping, correspondence. She has helped me with Notarizing documents. friendly and helpful. It's the busiest season of the year and they really have their hands full since amazon doesn't require to prep your return. They do it bc they don't have a choice. I started at 8:30am and I went to two other UPS stores to get some documents notarized only to find they couldn't help me until another employee started work in another hour. Frustrating. I have used this location at Camden/Union Streets for over 10 years. They have the greatest people working there and never had 1 problem in all that time. I have a mailbox I used for safety reasons (not to get stuff stolen) and has used Notary Services. I read the Moe T. review and what a loser and liar. Either this guy is a drunk, drugged out or just an unhappy person who gets joy from the misery of others. THIS HAPPENS from time to time, just like on Youtube. I came in the UPS store today to return some Amazon purchases. Upon arriving I ran into issues with the Amazon app trying to return my items the way I wanted to return them (UPS store no box no label) Hana helped me and she was very polite, patient and courteous with me and my situation. This used to be my neighborhood UPS store so I'll try to be a bit less biased. The staff here has gotten to know me probably as the girl who drops packages and never needs a receipt. Why no receipt? Because it wastes unnecessary paper and I've never had issues with them not scanning things correctly. The staff while not the warmest is definitely efficient in their jobs. I'm in and out always in a timely manner. Hey, you don't come to the UPS store to socialize! Parking...is a pain! But hey, it's no their fault but the fault of the shopping center. Don't park right in front of the store and you won't have to wait forever to back up due to cars speeding past you. read more

I came to this UPS store a couple of times during work trips to San Jose. The store offers a variety of services such as packing, shipping, printing, faxing, notary and live scan services. They even sell stamps. The prices were very reasonable but what impressed me was the service. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They recommended great packing and shipping options for myself and other customers I saw in the store. The place was packed every time I went but they were quick and efficient. I had a few questions about the Live Scan service and the person who helped me was very knowledgable about the process and fees. We were told that we could not use our business UPS account?! Excuse me? That doesn't even make sense! My husband went to mail packages, armed with our family business account number and all of the information needed, and he was refused service. I have NEVER not even ONCE had a problem at ANY other location. I will be reporting the Camden store to corporate. (With the amount of shipping done for heavy airplane parts on a daily basis on this account, the billing is astronomical. And if we can't even receive SERVICE, there really is no point in using UPS for something FedEx can do.) BUT- we did receive service at another location, with no problems, right after leaving here. It's only THIS store that won't do its job. Go to ANY other location. You might actually get served. read more

I called this store to see if they still had notary services in view of COVID restrictions. "Yes," said the notary "and we're taking all the precautions." So trotted in with my six documents. The notary PIYUSH DAVE, kept me at the front counter and we were definitely less than six feet apart, when I was signing. He had a mask around his NECK, and when I commented "You're not wearing a mask", he responded "What do you mean?" I'm not sure what else that could have meant. Then he put his mask on but it slipped down and only covered his mouth. At the end I said "When I called earlier you said that you were taking precautions, but you're not wearing a mask over your nose" He insolently replied, "Well that's up to me isn't it?" I replied not it's not, it's supposed to stop the spread of the virus." He ignored me after that.If he's serving the public he should be wearing a mask. Not sure what UPS Policy is? I suggest you go elsewhere for notary service at this time. read more

At that point, I just wanted it packaged securely so I could ship it by some other means, only for them to refuse because they were "busy". read more

I had a check for 3000.00 dollars that the @#@$ delivery fed my dogs ! I have repeatedly told them to deliver to the back porch.... and they never comply even when its in the shipping instructions...... I would hope business and individual would use FEDEX or the USPS and NOT UPS. They do not have intelligent drivers that can tell putting an envelope with 3 dogs present is not good Idea......... UPS SUCKS I called them and then and they asked for a tracking number, well maybe after my dog shits I can find one cause they ate it.... The delivery guy supports GILROY 95020 (Pacific Mobile Estates) UPS would do well in Training this guy, not to feed dogs UPS letters, and READ the shipping instructions to deliver to the back door..... or FIRE his @$#@$# read more

I've never experienced any problems here. I pretty much come here for only one reason. Every semester I rent text books and the return label is for UPS. Therefore, I drive on over to this place to ensure the safe delivery of my package. I've came here about three times. Each time, I have been helped by the same young man who process my package quickly and efficiently. Thanks Mr. UPS worker! :) Also, they have a ton of P.O. boxes. I'm not sure at what cost and if any of them are available but just thought I would throw it out there in case anyone was wondering. Lastly, I've never had to wait in line..it's almost always empty or with one customer leaving. Now I understand why UPS has such terrible ratings online. When they lose your package they refuse to refund your money and they make you call Staples. And Staples says call UPS then UPS says call Staples. Then Staples says call UPS and nobody knows what the hell is going on or where my package is. Can you say incompetent? Or pass the buck? When you use a hub UPS gets to keep your package and pretend that they don't know what happened to it I can do whatever they want and not claim a bit of responsibility. read more
