I'll make this short: hands down the worst costumer service experience I've ever had at this store. I've been there a total of 3 or 4 times due proximity, and every single time they are rude, belittling, and angry. I just placed a formal complaint with them via UPS and I suggest anyone else who has an issue with them do the same. I seldom write reviews however I was taken aback by the level of effort and attention put forth by the staff at this location. While dropping off two packages (UPS & USPS) they noticed I had improperly packaged my outgoing USPS package and assisted in repackaging correctly without additional fees. Was in a rush yesterday. Needed to print 15 copies of a handout for a meeting about 30 min later. Ran into this location as I had visited it before for quick printing jobs. It seems they've raised their prices & changed their policies. They charge 18 cents per B&W copy/print! And if you need to use the computer to print from a USB, they charge a flat rate of $2.00... even if you're only on the computer for less than 2 minutes to print the file. It cost me just under $5 for 15 B&W copies. I called the store today to verify their pricing & make sure I wasn't overcharged yesterday evening. I wasn't. I was quoted what I paid last night. Nope. I won't be going back. Ever. Again. If you need to print anything, go somewhere else. You'll probably save yourself at least half the money you'd pay here. read more

I just had fabulous service at store from Kamal.I have always mailed my packages from United States Post Office. This time, however, I did not have a suitably sized box for the knitted blanket I had made. I did not want to be a source of frustration for the line of people behind me at the post office and I had heard that the UPS Store will mail and package your items for you. I decided to give it a try.Kamal took the time to carefully fold my blanket so it would not be damaged, boxed it up, labeled it and the entire parcel cost me $15 to mail to San Diego. I shipped a package through this store 2nd day overnight and they filled out the forms wrong and shipped the package back to me instead of to my parents. When I took the package back to the store and asked for a refund they no worries we can still get the package to your dad for fathers just give us the package and we will correct the forms. Then the package did not get there for Fathers day I phoned up and said I need a refund as 108$ for a delivery that takes a week due to your error is unacceptable. The owner was very rude and said he did not care what mistakes his staff made they don't guarantee int ship times. Never use this store they will not stand behind there services. read more

Wow this UPS store is the best by a long shot. Not only is service amazing, but they are really understanding for people who do not ship too often. I did a horrible job taping up a package and lagged trying to do it myself so the lady behind the counter did it all for me and didn't even charge me. I've only been there twice and she's done it for me both times. I can't say it enough. Awesome staff. Amazing service. I honestly think that the bad reviews posted are for a different UPS mailing center because the names of the employees they stated were rude, etc. don't work at the one on Camden. This is the BEST UPS store I have ever gone to. After being a customer for several years, I will never go to any other location than the one on Camden (by Bascom Ave.) even if I am closer to another UPS store. Because I know I can get in and out quickly. They have some of the best customer service I have ever received. Both Christina (so friendly and helpful) and the owner, Piyush Dave, is so kind. Excellent service. Visited the store at 2:15 on October 19th to have some documents scanned and put on my USB drive. The fellow behind the counter helped me with courtesy and alacrity. Five minutes and I was in and out. The files transferred perfecty from the USB drive back to my computer. Cost was under $2 for four pages. read more

They weren't set up for mobile deposits like most UPS stores, then the person helping me seemed to have a very difficult time understanding what I was asking. Sending a package was more complicated than it needed to be. read more

Great Service. Will go back again. I needed business cards in under a day. This store managed to pull it off better than another nearby UPS Store (I hedged my bets and ordered at 2 stores) and for less than half the price. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but the man who helped me had great attention to detail and cared about the quality of the work. He wasn't happy with the front/back alignment (off by under a millimeter) and offered to work on it longer. I found out he used to be an engineer and it shows in his work. read more

I have to say since moving back to this area from a small community where a business's reputation is everything I have found customer service is greatly lacking in the San Jose area I that used to know. This business is one of the first that I am so impressed with the management and customer service. I came in on a busy day as well as busy time of day. My needs were simple and inexpensive and I was treated just as a customer with a big order was. They offered to do something that I did not know was feasible and they did it right then. Living in Los Gatos this is the closest store to me just north of me. I wanted to send a EOS camera for my uncle to my familys homeland- Guadalajara, Mexico. The guys at UPS were more then glad to assist me. They went over the contract and paperwork since I purchased and insurance plan (in case it went missing at the Mexican airport). You never know, so just to be safe I bought the damn plan. Anyways, my uncle Ricardo called when the camera arrived just 4 days later after the shipment of his new camera. Yes this UPS store is great unless you get the incompetent woman who works there...you'll know its her because of her slovenly appearance + her negative attitude..she huffs around the store overwhelmed at her job...really lady you do almost nothing all day...if the owner didn't take over you would never get anyone's packages shipped...my advice if she is working... ask for the owner or come back later. Better yet...owner of UPS store...dump her for someone more competent who has a better attitude. I just stopped in to return 2 packages to Zappos, and they wanted to charge me for taping the boxes!! I've returned many Zappos packages from other UPS stores, and have never been charged a cent. Obviously they get paid by Zappos for every box they ship, there is no need to collect double from me. Very Disappointed. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review of this kind of place but when I experience friendly, helpful and intelligent service three times in a row I feel the need to recognize it! This seems to be a family run business and the family is warm and caring.i usually go in with my baby and toddler and the staff always lends an extra hand (make the copies for me, engage the kids, smile and make us feel welcome etc.) That makes all the difference!
