This is my go-to UPS Store... Until now! I have been going here for years, this morning I had to do a return, normally they are always friendly and helpful, not today! I had what I thought was the scan label on my phone, the worker said thats not it. It seems Amazon has changed a few things, so I said I can print it. The worker said you can send it to me. I replied, great! He then says that will be $3.30? I said, thats insane, he said have a nice day sir and walked away. Like I said they were always friendly and helpful, now (like so many things these days, there is an upsell, It's like A-la-Carte). Based on this indivual, I would rather drive 5 miles for a decent experience! I won't be using them any longer. ___________________________________________________ New information: If you look below you'll see the business asked me to reach out to them (to me this means resolution, so I emailed them). They thanked me for reaching out? (I was reponding to their request), they just went to explain how, what they do and (why they charge). They never addressed the rude employee that walked away from me. I come here really frequently and only employees have been nothing but helpful and kind. I am pretty sure this is a franchise because you can tell they really do care. The entire store is always really clean and neatly placed. One time I didn't read my Amazon return correctly and the wonderful lady working actually did it for me, without cost. Pro tip: For amazon drop off packages make sure you have them all in box and taped up, they don't care what's inside and if you dont tape it, they'll charge you $8 per tape. I came here to return my Comcast equipment. Not only was the employee (petite Latin looking girl with light skin and black hair) rude but VERY unhelpful! I had the label ready and asked if I could email it to her, she said no. She asked for my last name, searched my account "couldn't find it", she then asked be for my account number and "couldn't find my account" according to her the number I gave her was too long. I showed her app on my phone with the account number, she then rudely replied to me "that is your statement number, not account number". I knew it was the account number but I called Comcast anyway and Comcast said the number I provided was correct. Comcast said that it sounded like the UPS store itself was probably having issues... Comcast should take this store off of their list of vendors, but from the sounds of other reviews, UPS should look into the Management of this store.. so disappointing! read more

Pretty horrible service when you need a label printed. They have an old fashion way to help customers print by charging them in their computer. Other ups stores I have been to I email them my label and they are nice enough to print it out for me. Not this store. If you have a label and the box ready for just drop off then come here. Otherwise choose another store. DO NOT PRINT HERE. ITS A SCAM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $6.00 for 3.20 MINS OF TIME! And the front girl keeps repeating the prices are listed. The owner is a piece of work. These are all individually owned. I would say don't drop anything off here! read more

I brought in a small package to mail. After that transaction, I let the associate know I had box in the car I'd like to ship-- I asked if I brought it in, could I weigh it to get an estimated cost? I also shared I'd be transferring the contents of the box into a new box (as the existing box was torn). The associate said yes, tho advised me the cost is dependent on destination, weight, and box dimensions -- so she would need the dimensions of the new box. No problem! I had already purchased the new box and would go to my car and grab everything so that we can weigh and determine cost. I returned moments later with original box + new box and we proceeded to weigh using the dimensions of the new box (16x16x16). I was given some shipping choices and selected the option that worked best for me. With that, I simply needed to place the contents of the old box into the new box. Here's where things got really distasteful -- I asked if they provided shipping tape to seal my new box, or would I need to buy tape from them? --The associate shared that actually, since boxing is a service they provide, they cannot allow me to physically box anything in the store... --Confused, I clarified, "Are you saying that I can't transfer the contents of my box into this box you just quoted me for, here in the store, because you want to charge to do it for me?" They confirmed, yes, and that it would cost me $29.99 to pack it for me....Otherwise, I'd need to go outside to re-pack the box myself. Rather than allow me to transfer from the torn box into the new box and get the job done....this business opted to require me to leave the store if I wasn't going to choose to have them pack the box for me for an additional $30 (on top of the already $66 I was already paying). IMO, this was terrible customer service and extremely inconvenient. I'd rather go elsewhere than be forced to utilize services in order to be treated like an already paying customer.
