The owner and staff are wonderful. I have been using this location for years since it is close and convenient. During Covid they have been great about keeping everything sanitary and assisting me (and others) with keeping safe and distanced. Shipping costs for personal items has skyrocketed, but at least I am very well taken care of re: my addresses I have used before and walking me through any options available. They also have a great selection of cards and enough office supplies for my needs. read more

Kudos to Angel, a kind and helpful employee at the UPS Marketplace store who graciously offered to help me during a panicked time of need when my young friend wrapped his seat belt that was strapped to his car seat to my driver's headrest and it got stuck. I thought I was going to have to call the fire department for resolution but Angel generously jumped in and helped resolve the seat belt debacle! Angel is a true gentleman and hero who went above and beyond to help a customer. Everyone who works at this store is friendly and extremely proactive and helpful which is why this is the only UPS store I do business at, even though there is a store much closer to my home. Unfortunately we went in on my wife's day off , Saturday, to get a document notarized but when we went in, they said the Notary was not available today. Person was nice but his only alternative was to come back Monday rather than point us to another location. Both the times I called up ahead and made sure there is some to notarize my documents and once I am in the service is very prompt. The store is clean and they also follow COVID rules really well. I absolutely LOVE this place! It's easy to park, the store is clean & the employees are friendly and professional. Additionally, the lines are shorter than the post office. I recently shipped a giant painting (over 5 feet tall). The store manager Astika ordered a specially made box for it and packaged it extremely well, so that it arrived in perfect condition! Just left this UPS location and wanted to shout out Niche. He took the time to help me box up the items I needed to ship out and was very patient with me. While I was there, about 10 other customers came in and out. He greeted each one of them and told them he would be right with them. He was able to help me and a few other customers simultaneously. It's a small shop, but they do the best they can to encourage social distancing. The other associate there also seemed really knowledgeable and professional with all the other customers. Today I brought in about 30 of my wedding invitations to be mailed. My invites were individually packed into 9x3x3 boxes and needed a mailing label. I have to commend the gentleman that helped me. I believe his name was Ronil. He was so patient and helpful as he had to create a new label for each invitation. Also, his kind coworker was running around helping the other customers as my request was taking up a register for an entire hour. She was so patient with the other customers requests as I observed for awhile. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of the two of them for their help and not making me feel bad for bringing in so many packages to be sent. Highly recommend this location! read more

It's been 2 years now and they still have 1 person working at the counter. The place is smaller than your home closet! With so many other UPS stores opening in San Ramon, gives you the option not to come here anymore to wait 15 minutes for a one minute drop off. So far the worse UPS store in San Ramon, the one at Dorothy and Bollinger next to Safeway is the best. read more
