I am in my 2nd year of being a box holder and have no regrets in getting one. The people at this store are very friendly and super helpful. They will eventually get to know you and are welcoming everytime I go there. My favorite service as a box holder is that I can have all my packages signed and held at that location and pick it up whenever I can. This is perfect for my business. It beats waiting at home for the package and having to sign it. Working with this store is in my long term plans and I highly recommend their services. read more

I always come here to do my amazon returns and pick-ups. In the past other places i've gone to that do amazon drop-offs always have had issues, my packages are kinda messed up looking, or it's always such a long process. but here it's always quick and the service is really nice. i'm not one to leave reviews, but it was such a nice change i thought they deserved it :) if you have to do anything amazon related, avoid the grocery stores or department stores and just go here read more

Service not too great here. Just dropped off a package and it took them forever to help me and when the did the lady seemed to have an attitude. For the most part ups store have been good to me the one in Dublin is good. Also the parking is bad here had to wait for a spot to open up. read more

Totally illiterate and unfriendly. Went in for notary. Even while notarizing document she moves around to address other shipping customers. Not focused at all. There was a document which requires her self to declare as a notary and sign. She declined to sign that section as she doesn't know the meaning of affiant. read more

Looking to return a ginormous suitcase I had ordered online but had already thrown out the shipping box - so came to UPS to get it packaged up & shipped out It was a Saturday morning & there was only 1 person working. The girl in front of me had 4 boxes to wrap up & ship & needless to say that took a while since each item must be weighed, then measured, then taken to the back to get boxed, then back to get weighed & measured & finally the delivery charge is presented to the customer to make sure they are in agreement Luckily I came in when I did b/c about 5 other people walked in right after me & we all knew it'd be a while Let's just say my shipping was $140 & that was the *cheapest* quote they could offer! Outrageous! But what was I going to do? There was no local facility to return the item & my only option was mailing it back Turned out that there wasn't a box big enough to fit my suitcase so the guy crafted it out of 2 boxes but then I got charged double boxes & double packing fee - NOT COOL. Shouldn't I have been charged for the size of the box you didn't have in stock instead of double for the box size you had? But again, what was I going to do.....I'd already been there 20 min while he finished packing the girl ahead of me & I was scared to take it anywhere else so I let laziness win out & just paid the astronomical fee Wonder if that fee was for hand-delivery? Maybe the box will get a spa-treatment? So for not being adequately staffed & for charging me double b/c you didn't have the appropriate size in stock, have to say I've experienced better read more

I frequent the little shops in the area and one day needed some packages to be sent out. I remembered seeing this store on my walks around the place and thought I'd try it out. As I walked in the store I was greeted by warm smiles from the staff letting me know they acknowledged my presence and I'd be assisted soon. I waited in line and was assisted by Astika when it was my turn. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all the questions I had. I noticed they do live scan fingerprinting and offer notary services too. I will have to come back for both. They have a selection of boxes and packaging items for purchase should you need any and offer printing services as well! I was very impressed at the range of services they offered. I occasionally go into UPS to ship things and the other day I went into my local store and it was really easy and fast to get everything done. I previously went to other locations because it was closer to work but with Covid mixing things up I went to this store and it was waaaayy faster. By far one of the better UPS locations I've seen & experienced.....no it s not that huge its actually like a hole in the wall sized establishment, but what they lack in size they make up for it in excellent customer service, almost everyone in the line who got serviced by both the employees had a happy experience I guess 'coz all had a very satisfied tone & appreciative demeanor... It was a little hard to spot as it does not pop out like other UPS locations...may be its the facia of the complex that blends the UPS sign into the back ground. The parking can be a bit tricky, theres few spots dedicated to this store and even though there's plenty spaces available there are a lot of businesses than share the lot... I have to call out outstanding service when I get it - this morning I went to the UPS store at Market Place. I had two packages to mail that I had not labeled and I needed to get my fingerprints submitted to volunteer at the high school. I was the first person in the store at 9:01am with two people right after me. Ahsan was the only person in the store. I was greeted and he had both of my packages labeled and rung up within the first 4 or so minutes while I was filling out the form I needed for fingerprinting. He then proceeded to help the next two people while I was writing and then quickly back to my fingerprinting. I was out of the store within about 13 minutes. He was so professional and efficient, making sure everyone was taken care of. I hope his manager recognizes his professionalism and efficiency! I will be sure to come back to this specific store for future needs! read more
