Usually there is only one person on duty so it may be a little slow particularly when UPS vans are actually picking up the packages for the day around 5:00pm. The lady who works in this store is -VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE -NOT PROFESSIONAL -NOT HELPFUL Warning! AVOID THIS PLACE! Their customer service is REDICULOUS. I was thinking to make one page print and ended up paying $4 for over 10 pages. If you see the lady (probably around 40-50 years old) works there, you should run!! If you are the owner of this store, I suggest you pay attention to the business of your store. This kind of employee will definitely affect your business. I have lived in Saratoga for 10 years. Originally UPS store was owned by an old couple. For some reason, they seemed not like to serve us. Really bad attitude. I had to go other UPS stores. Then it's moved, seems owner changed. I was happy: new location, new owner, new service. But sadly I got even worse experience. For a simple task, she did it wrong. When I told her the correct way, she claimed she got so many years' experience, she knew what she was doing. I went to another UPS store the day after in Cupertino, without any instruction, the guy did it right way. I have thought it's a simple business -- but I am wrong. If you got years of experience, but still did wrong, that means your experience was out-dated. There is something called "continuous education". Keep up with the modern world, please. I would like to support local Saratoga downtown business. But I wasted so much time on a simple task. Hope It can improve. read more

I had a terrible experience here. Never to return! The woman who runs it trumps her so called "policy" over any inkling of customer service. It's as if she worked in bureaucracy where the required phrase would be " there's nothing I can do for you" and yes its also overpriced.... read more

I needed an ink pad to print my fingers on a form. Rinku, the store manager, let me use her store's ink pad. Just like that. I walked in, asked to borrow the pad, did my work, said thank you and walked out. Thank you Rinku. I'm returning to your store for my mailing needs in the future. The UPS store has been part of the community for years and their new location across from Wells Fargo is very nice. There is a back entrance from the parking lot which makes it convenient for checking a PO box or carrying in large packages. The owner and all the staff are very nice and professional and make an effort to get to know their customers. While we were out of the country for a year they collected the mail from our PO box every other week, sorted out the "junk" mail and sent the rest overseas to us. They would check in via email every now and again to make sure we were getting everything. I would highly recommend using this location for all of your shipping, mail box and notary needs! read more

Traveled quite far to this UPS store a couple weeks ago to make it in time for closing (5 pm according to Yelp). I get there and the store is closed, as the hours on the front window state. Disappointed! read more

This UPS store is always sort of a strange experience. It's been around for awhile, used to be a Mailboxes Etc before UPS bought those out. It serves as a good UPS prepaid package drop off, but otherwise I wouldn't be going in there. I've had some odd conversations with the owner and would just prefer to make any purchases elsewhere. read more

Shipped a 1/2 case of wine in first week of September, never delivered to the destination, contacted UPS told me to contact the store as my package was delivered. Traced the package and it's at the shipping company the UPS store uses to ship wine. Long story short, asked them to send it back to the UPS so I can pick it up since I can't be home to sign. Now I have the shipping company calling and trying to deliver to my house and keeps writing down or losing my address. What a joke, the wine is probably vinegar by now. I did purchase insurance so hope that I'll get some money back. Will never use them again, I'm so pissed a lost 1/2 case of wine. read more

The woman who owns this store is the same who owns the store on Winchester in San Jose. The owner of this store has so little integrity I would advise to never use her services! I bought packaging from her and returned two phones to a previous cell phone carrier, the phone never arrived. After MUCH leg work on my end she finally admitted that her employee never checked the phones into the UPS system! She gave me a sworn notarized statement saying the missing package went missing at her store and was the fault of her employee. However, she refused to pay for the phones!!! Now I am stuck with a $986 bill from my cell phone provider despite having a sworn statement from her admitting fault. I guess she will admit fault but refuses to take responsibility!!! read more

i wasn't home for a delivery that required a signature, so my package was left here for pickup. the name on the package was my business' name, but the address matched my driver's license, so i made sure to check the UPS website to see if there was any issue picking it up, and there was not; as long as the addresses matched, it was fine i get to the store, and the woman there won't release the package to me because it was addressed to a business. apparently, she had an issue in the past in which an ex-employee of a business stole a package, and the store was liable for the theft. i went outside and called UPS to explain to them what had happened, i was put on hold while they spoke with the woman at the UPS store, and then they told me to go back inside and i'd be able to get my package. lucky for me, the UPS delivery truck was there so she handed the package to the driver (which he scanned), and then he scanned it again and gave it to me, a process which i assume removes liability from the UPS store. i'm giving a two star review because i have no choice in where my package is left if i miss a delivery, and according to UPS policy i have every right to pickup my package with a matching address on my ID. i understand why the store was hesitant give me my package, but they shouldn't enforce their own policies in a blatant contradiction of UPS' rules. read more

I run a small law firm in downtown Saratoga, and I love working with the folks at the UPS Store on Big Basin. After the Post Office closed their downtown station, this is the easiest and best way to ship stuff out. I have used their printing services for seminar handouts and client handouts, and they are a TON cheaper and faster than Kinkos. Rinkoo, the owner, has even stayed late to help me print out large orders, and has done a ton of assembling, at no extra charge. She makes me look good in front of my customers, that's all I can ask! read more

Really really shocked that the lady there said that to mail the US ballot she would charge $1/ballot to put the postmark on it. This is suppose to be a free service for the citizens of the country. It's clear to the reader of the comments about this UPS store that the reviews are mixed. And, I fully understand the reasons behind the inconsistency of this feedback. Rinkoo, the owner, is ridiculously competent, sharp as a whip, and provides her professional services at a level few could match. We all value competency when receiving services from any vendor, and I can assure you, Rinkoo can't be matched. And, at times, she may feel a little brusque, yet behind that, is a person who simply is committed to not messing up even one small detail of her professional responsibilities. I would never entertain another UPS store in the area because Rinkoo exercises her trade so, so well. Yes, she is serious, can be a little tense at times, but she is a caring, super talented person bringing a wide range of business and communication services that simply can't be matched by any other UPS franchise in the area. read more

Terrible delivery service. A package that was supposed to be rush delivered and insured never got to my apartment and they are currently investigating on where they lost it. My apartment is only 4 hours away from this location, so how could the package be lost?! read more

The notary at the store, Rinkoo Nat, charged $20 to legalize a document. The way she did it (on a separate page with no way to relate it to the original doc) was worthless. When I went back to request her to do it the right way she wanted to charge me the full service fee of $20 again. At that point I obviously went to another notary who did it the right way from the beginning, and I learned my lesson: I'll stay away from this public notary! read more
