0125944412 I would be very satisfied if FedEx would put the same level of care and concern into my shipping needs as you do on your very nice Instagram stories and adds. On January 11th I shipped (888048301224541) and spent $70 to have a package shipped to Brooklyn New York and suffice it to say the receiver has still not received the package. This tracking number is not the original, I can provide you with that however the label somehow came off the package...not my fault I'm sure the nice kinkos rep was in such a hurry she wasn't able to actually do her job. Anyway instead of going to Brooklyn New York it ended up in Salt Lake City Utah where it is been now since January 19. I do have a case number 0125944412 though and I need somebody to look into this and get results for me NOW. I'm tired of waiting... I'm tired of talking to a new person every day who assures me it's shipping tomorrow...lies clearly... I'm tired of not being a priority...and more than anything I'm tired of my time being wasted with service that I paid for that is not been rented to me for customer. I understand things happen but the level of disregard and lack of responsibility that I've received from at least five members of the ground tracing team have me quite upset. I have three weeks of runarounds and supposed follow up phone calls that have lead NOWHERE. So just to reiterate somehow the person that handles my package lost the label. Or I guess the label came off the package. After five days of waiting with no movement I called to which I was told that the package had been located and it will be overnighted free of charge to Brooklyn New York. A communication was missed to the Oak Park terminal to get the package overnighted to Brooklyn and now it's sitting in Utah where is been stuck for close three weeks. To be frank I've had it! I have talked to five people in the span of two weeks and each person told me that the package was going to be shipped the next day. I'm not making that up that is the level of incompetence and run around that I have received since early January. Now I am in day to day contact with the person who bought a very expensive set of cycling wheels from me and explain to him why he doesn't have a package that was shipped January 11. I'm extremely upset at this level of service and I have shipped exclusively with FedEx for a very long time and I this is by far my worst experience shipping anything. I'm very upset and something needs to be done I would like my package to be found and delivered to the proper person and I need to be compensated for this gross show of incompetence and inconvenience. In my 25+ years of being a retailer I've never had this level of lack of concern or lack of care for my shipping needs. And I am tired of lipservice and the "I'll call you back" and I want something needs to be done about my package now. If the piece cannot be found and delivered as that was the service that I payed for I'm expecting my insurance claim to be paid out and one way or the other I want my close to 70 in shipping charges refunded. This is not the way you keep customers and I'm very upset at how FedEx has taken care of me in this situation. I still unable to get over the fact that my package is sitting in Utah for two weeks, while I was assured daily that it was shipping the next day. Is it your business to lie to your customers? Upon talking to someone last Monday i was assured the package was shipping out the next day. Than a week later the package is still not even gotten to its final destination for ship out from Utah. I need proper customer service and I need someone to call me today. And let me say this I am not the type of person to ask for something to be done for me or to ask for any sort of compensation but this charade is gone on long enough and my concerns need to be met by FedEx. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible. And I would like this problem completely fixed and made better. And no I don't feel that I need to call the claims department. Or call the claims team as the young lady told me this morning. I'm not doing that! You are going to take care of his for me TODAY. I am not doing any extra running around, following any extra steps to be compensated for this huge inconvenience. I am very disappointed, very upset and feel very much forgotten about by your massive company. I know the Super Bowl means a lot to you but it means more to me that you value your every day customer that actually pays your bills...we should mean more. I expect to hear from you. Very disappointed with the customer service provided after a package that I had sent from this store was never delivered to the recipient. After filing a claim for the value of the contents (with documented receipts for the value that exceeded the original declared value), shipping cost, and package cost I received a check that was substantially lower than the claim. They would only state that this was a UPS decision and they don't know how UPS determined the value. They were not willing to find out why it was short paid, further investigate the decision with UPS, or provide any options for me to recover the full cost for losing the package other than having me call UPS directly. I will never use this service again. The owner of this store was unprofessional and provided no effort at all to help to resolve this issue. I will never use these services again. read more

I don't understand how people who run a business can be so unprofessional. We live in a free county, I don't have to use your store. And I know a tremendous amount of people and will persuade them to never come here. If nobody comes to this location, this store will close and you unprofessional employees will be out of a job, so start behaving. They also charge you $1 to "prepare the package". I edited my recent review, I took back the nice things I said about this UPS store. This is the first time I have used this UPS store location. They told me that my package would go out today. I specifically asked that question and selected the service that would get my package to the receiving party on time. Later, when I tried to track the shipment, I found that I could not track it at all. So I contacted UPS. They (eventually) told me that no packages went out today from that store and that the UPS store knew that this was going to happen. I am incredibly pissed off. UPS says the stores are privately owned. So I doubt anyone will do anything but point fingers from this point on, but the bottom line is that I paid a lot of money to ship a package and it won't get there on time. CRAP! read more

I dropped off a package and made the mistake of showing the employee what I was shipping by going through my box in front of her. The package disappeared into the thin air after I left the location (after paying for the shipping label). I tracked my package for eight days before making a claim. Til this day no package was delivered. The owner Keenan was very rude unprofessional and standoffish when I returned back to the store to make a claim for my package. I wouldn't suggest using this location at all. As for the owner, he's one of the most disrespectful people that I've ever met that works in the service industry. He was no help at all, before I could finish speaking he was very quick to cut me off and invite me to leave the location because he didn't like what I was saying. Stay away !!!!! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have filed complaint multiple time and no one seems to call me back. I reached out to corporate and got a wraparound story as well. My packaged arrived late and damaged and the fingers keep getting pointed between DHL and UPS. Someone needs to be held accountable as I did not packaged my product or choose the shipping method. read more

I go to this UPS location because of the proximity to my neighborhood. On July 6, 2021 between 2pm and 3:30pm, I went to this store to return a few items from Amazon and there was an issue with all the return labels from Amazon having the same number. Instead of trying to figure out the problem, the black female clerk, Desla, said, "You don't know what the fuck you are doing and if I keep having an attitude she was not going help me" I stated, this is not how you speak to someone in a business. Mr. Mory Sy, the manager, finished my transaction and we both realized that there was some mixup with the shipping labels from Amazon. But he allowed Desla to continue assisting customers; I would have sent her home for good and the store was busy to add insult to injury. I spend my money in my community and I nor my neighbors should be subjected to such vulgar, disrespectful and completely unprofessional behavior. Mr. Keenan Pettit, Owner, this is 100% unacceptable. Please put yourself in my place and terminate this young lady's employment for she is a liability and a low down dirty shame to your business and our community. Yesterday, I called about a package that was delivered (according to the tracking number reports) but I didn't receive it. The manager was hostile to me the second I spoke to him on the phone. He refused to offer any help and couldn't even tell me the number to call (although it was right in front of him). This location charges you to send PREPAID packages. Yes, you read that right. When I told the customer service representative that I had never been charged by any other UPS store before, not only was she exceptionally rude but she then said "we are franchises, we get to make our own choices". I have a tracking number that says my package has arrived there and yet the guy who signed for it says "I sign for hundreds of packages per day just because I signed for it doesn't mean I actually got it. Maybe it wasn't here" And then offered no help to find my missing package. It was shipped by UPS and they couldn't believe how incompetent this store was.I will use Pony Express before I will ever again set foot in this store. I am appalled by this store's customer service. I recently had a wonderful experience at the store on Northwestern Highway and walked away feeling pretty swell about The UPS Store. However, one particular employee at the 12 Mile/Evergreen store was exceptionally rude because of a simple request, and proceeded to berate me in the presence of a store full of customers. This employee nearly changed my opinion of The UPS Store in general. To exacerbate the matter, I found the owner of the store to be just as surly if not moreso. You may say I am one person with one bad experience but why should you take the chance. Drive a couple more miles and visit the Northwestern Store whose employees aim to please and are like Burger King. Life's too short to spend your life with such nonsense. Seriously. We have options and I will never use the services of this store again and will encourage my friends and acquaintances to do likewise! read more
