    Outstanding service Ashley(manager). Ashley opened on time (per times on the door) Ashley helped start my day perfectly. She was welcoming and cheerful and had such a genuine nice and caring attitude. Thank you Ashley and UPS for helping me make a return with such speedy and professional service. Ashley has a great attitude and was so helpful. As the customers walked in behind me she greeted each one with a smile and eye to eye contact and I can't thank you enough to have had this very impressive , cheerful and professional experience at UPS this morning. When you stop here, make sure to catch Ashley's great attitude and smile, it'll change your day or start your day for the better. Thanks UPS. I'm retired Army and a disabled Veteran .     It's highly convenient if you just need to drop off your Amazon return, prepaid return, or a USPS…read morepackage. It does take a bit of a wait as it seems like even if there is more than one person behind the counter, only one of them will actually be helping customers. Why I rated this particular location a 3 was due to the service I received today. I own an online business and needed to Priority ship a package but didn't have a padded envelope big enough. They do offer USPS services so instead of fighting all the traffic, looking for a parking space, and praying a snowbird doesn't hit my car, I decided to go to the UPS store. A padded envelope being sent as a priority envelope normally would cost no more than $10. While they comped the envelope, they charged me $21 for the label. Yes...$21! When I asked them why the cost was so high, they rudely told me "Well if you want to pay the cheap price then go to the post office." Since the label was already printed and everything packed up and ready to ship, I ate the cost this time. While I understand charging a convenience fee for going to a shipping location vs the actual post office, $21 is way too much money. Most shippers I been to (including another UPS location) would have charged no more than $11. Next time I will skip this location and just go to the post office instead of being charged that much.

    Awful! Awful! Awful! They tried to deliver when we were away from home. Personal signature required…read more(who knew?) Tried all three methods to contact them, per the delivery slip left by the driver. Not one option would go through/be accepted. Refused input of our apartment address... after numerous tries... because our APARTMENT address was listed as a "commercial"address... which was not eligible/acceptable for what I needed to get done. Kept telling me to enter a residential address. This IS our residential address. Even tried leaving off our apartment number. Still "registered as a "commercial address... NOT eligible for online service without a commercial account????? Online wouldn't accept our address as valid. Text message method rejected, too. Tried to call. Got automated "help" assistant who was trapped in a cycle of repeating the same thing... repeatedly. After about 75 minutes of playing with their screwed up, ineffective "communication" system... I gave up. I don't care, at this point, if I EVER receive my shipped medications. In the future, I will NOT do business with ANYONE who sets FedEx as the only means of shipment. I will not, in ANY way do business with FedEx... period. I'm SO angry, and frustrated, at this point... I'm about to burst a vein. Their system is COMPLETELY USELESS... and they REFUSE to connect you to a living person. Put me down as being irrevocably DONE with FedEx. Shoddy service leaves you high and dry.

    FEDEX LOST MY LAPTOP WITH MY PASSWORD INSIDE AND REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR OVER A MONTH…read more I have spent over a month trying to resolve a missing package with FedEx, and the experience has been beyond unacceptable. My shipment -- a MacBook Pro being sent for repair -- never left the local facility. I have called repeatedly, every few days, and each time I am transferred, misdirected, or forced to restart the entire process. I've been sent to the wrong departments, told conflicting information, and even informed that previous claims and documentation I submitted were never received. At one point, I was told the investigation was closed due to the package being "lost," yet no resolution or accountability followed. I was then asked to restart the claim process entirely. What makes this situation extremely concerning is that I was required to include my device password inside the package for repair. This means my lost shipment is not just a missing item -- it is a serious security and privacy risk involving sensitive personal data. FedEx has failed to provide consistent communication, proper escalation, or any meaningful resolution. Being offered only a shipping refund for a lost personal device is unacceptable. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I would strongly caution others when trusting FedEx with high-value or sensitive items.
