Today I came in to ship and return some floatation belts that I purchased for 2 senior citizens but unfortunately were more for a child's size rather than an adult. Nice location with ample parking. I chose this location because it has better hours than others. I have a mail box at the location. Whenever a package arrives requiring a signature I get email notice within minutes. I'm very satisfied with their customer service and being assessed by name when I enter. read more

This place wanted to charge me $19 for regular mail . I explained that I usually go to a UPS that only charged me $6.52 for regular mail and the Guy told me to go back there and mail it from there because this location charges $19 for priority mail. The Asian guy that was helping me asked another guy ( tall , big, brown hair) And he sis the seem like he wanted to help answer questions . They didn't want to be bothered with questions . Worst experience ever!! I went in to send a package like I do often and the ever so rotating staff informed me I could not use their location as a return location. Well we'll well ... idk why they've done this many times for me, when I asked for the cooperate number I was told it's a franchise so then when I asked to speak to the owner who was in the back he refused to come out and answer my questions. I had a package delivered here and they can't find it. All they did was give excuses and didn't bother resolving. Update: After multiple times going back. Same guy was telling me that my package wasn't there. Luckily another guy there stepped up and looked for it and found it within less than a minute. I liked his comment "that's wasn't hard to find". I was blown away by the awesome customer service, very, sweet and pretty young Asian girl who helped me I didn't get her name helped with my Amazon returns was so polite. I should've tipped her. I haven't had someone treat me with that much totally sincere kindness in decades! It is operated by high school kids who don't have a clue on how important mail delivery is. They have made SO many mistakes with delivering my mail to other boxes, as well as me receiving mail from other people's boxes, including IRS refund checks, and payroll checks, it is RIDICULOUS!!! Luckily, the poor people who had checks delivered to my box, got them back. What would have happened, though, if I had either thrown them away, or worse, if I were a crook and cashed them? When I returned the checks to the counter, the boy said, "Oh, ok". No "thank you", no "Wow, sorry about that", or "Wow, Thank you so much for returning them". It was like it happened all the time. They have also lost mail from banks that I had been waiting for weeks for, only to find out they returned the mail to the bank, because they forgot to add me to the PO box that I actually paid for. They took my money......but didn't put my name on the box???? HUH???? The owner won't let them give out her name, so when I went to complain, nothing ever happened. Why? Do you think they gave her my message that I am going to complain??? Yea......right...I was born yesterday!!! Bottome Line??? Don't go to this UPS Store....you will be SORRY!!!!! read more

This place is not a good representation of the UPS name. The store is usually pretty dumpy. The people are usually nice. The parking is non existent and that's a drag when you have several boxes to drop off. The biggest complaint is that it's a complete ripoff if you need a box or even a piece of tape. If they have to tape the box closed they will charge you for the tape and the labor! There is a FedEx location at the other end of the lot. Go there. It's clean and much easier to park. read more

I took some Christmas gifts to this location to shIp to two different daughters out of state. The clerk carefully packaged the two shipments for me and I watched him label both boxes. Turns out that one package containing mostly cloths shipped out without an issue, but the other package containing expensive items magically never made it to the UPS truck. Of course I can't prove what actually happened after I left the store, but if you have expensive items to ship, don't have them packaged at this store. read more

Staff is great, problem with this location is the parking and the very narrow door that opens outward so if you have a large box you have to pull the door and get it though the narrow door, I use this location often due to the convenience but there are other locations that I will use for larger packages due to the parking and door situation. read more

I shipped a small item that weighed less than 2 lbs, with their slowest service, it cost $13 which isn't that bad. Then they charged me $9 for a tiny cardboard box! Ridiculous, I will never return. read more

I use this UPS store all the time. They help me in all if my shipping needs, the customer service here is pretty good. I use them for notary also and they know what they are doing when it comes to my documents. The trick to shipping is to use common sense specially returns like Zappos or Amazon returns. read more

This is THE UPS store to go to in Torrance. There is another UPS store in Torrance that's actually closer to me (however that one has horrible customer service, always very short with me), but I go out of my way to this one because of the great service I get. They are always friendly and help me with my packages, I also had some international packages that I needed shipped out and they helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork. What I love about this UPS store is that it's never packed but even when it does get a bit crowded, there are always at least 2 cashiers on site and they usually work very quickly to get through the line. They are pretty friendly, knowledgable, and pack your items up fast. However, there was a young man there today who seemed to be in some sort of rush and had a bad attitude even though I was the only person in the store. I brought some packages for them to ship out but was told that I could only send them through the USPS, not UPS. Oops, my fault. But you could have worded that a bit nicer... Also, what bugged me is that after he rung me up for the envelope I bought, he put one of my shipping labels in this see through plastic case and told me to "Just peel the back and stick it on." It didn't look like a sticker and I asked him again to explain it to me, said the same thing, and that's it. He had no basic customer service manners and had to go all the way back home to try to figure it out. There was nothing to peel. It would have been nice if he just did it for me or at least showed me how to do it. read more

Very nice store - clean and well supplied. Competent staff. I had two dresses to return and forgot to print out the Return Label for one of them. I did get service at the store. Which is always a good sign. I shipped a laptop back to the manufacturer to be repaired. I assembled my packaging at the UPS location and the clerk charged me an additional $2.00 because according to the clerk I used a lot of staples and tape. The clerk was young and hadn't learned about customer service yet. It will happen one day. I do think he was trying to help in his own way. The initial print out with my address was incorrectly input by the clerk and when I pointed it out he did correct it. I think this store is ok. It's just not equipped with good customer service. If you have a few extra bucks go to FedEx in the same shopping center. Their customer service rocks. But in the end you get what you pay for and I wanted cheap shipping so I can't expect A-1 service with it. But I am an optimist and always hope for the best. read more

Your $2 printing fee for the first page and then 0.15 cent per page after is disgusting. Then your 0.25 cent fee for credit card purchases under $5 is just as ludicrous. These prices are preposterous. Anyone in their right mind should go out of their way to support other companies with a better price point. read more

I came in to send a package off and the guy greeted me and proceeded to help me. He told me to go to the counter so that he can ring me up and prepare my package. He then proceeds to help another lady that just walks up to the counter and ask me to wait I was there prior to the other client and that should not have happened. I am not happy with the service that was provided because he should have asked the woman to wait while he was assisting me. read more
