This place is so no worth it they charge for everything little think and it's quite the up charge. Want to print sure no problem oh it's a email $1.50. Or your only printing pages no color $2.50 and your paying with ur card. $1 like for every little thing ended up spending 5 $ to print. And not to mention they are flea infested. I was there for about 20 min yes I waited that long. And I came out with 8 flea bits on my legs. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else. read more

We have had two PO Boxes at this location for many years. My husband and I stop in several times a week. Today I went in to find the place filled with people standing all over, many in a line extending out the door. There were also boxes stacked EVERYWHERE. I didn't recognize anyone behind the desk, which was unusual. I saw one male trying to help people, another male looking something up on a computer and a female lounging in a chair playing on her phone. I had a FedEx package that in the past they would always take and give to the FedEx guy when he came in with deliveries. When I tried to give them the package they said they no longer took other carrier's packages. I asked if the store was under new ownership and they told me they were. I was shocked. I was also upset that they no longer handle mail for other carriers, even for their PO Box customers (the PO Boxes are not cheap!). I went onto Yelp and read many reviews from people in the last few days and strangely enough all the reviews had similar themes and were all 5 stars. People were greeted warmly by the new manager - the place was clean and organized - they're happy it's open on Sundays. I got the feeling those reviews were possibly added by friends and family of the new owner. Or maybe the female sitting in the chair playing on her phone was creating accounts and reviews. The owner even commented on reviews made several months ago about Sarah snd Matt and Mark and the other great people who used to work there. I will update my rating and review after I have time to assess how things work with the new owners. However, at the moment I'm underwhelmed and sad. I am stuck there at least for awhile because it's hard to change PO Boxes but I hope I will be pleasantly surprised in the future with their customer service. As a side note to the new owner: it's a bad look to have someone lounging in a chair behind the counter playing on their phone when the line of people was out the door. read more

Told to "take it or leave it" by Alex while Pania kept saying "do you want to do it or not" when I asked them about the pricing. Blame it on the labor shortage, I guess. The father and son team that run this store have turned into a couple neighborhood bullies. I've seen them berate customers over trivial issues while waiting for service. The folks here have a big chip on their shoulder that needs to be knocked off. The only reason I ever come here is for convenience prepaid drop-offs. Hate to give negative reviews but paid for something to be shipped overnight, got the Shipment Receipt that said it would be delivered the next morning by 10:30am and so I let the recipients know. And then it didn't arrive. Checked the tracking number again and it showed it being delivered 2nd Day, one full day late for an urgent overnight package, UPS staff may have forgot to include it with the day's pickup or perhaps it was mislabeled but either way it was a very urgent delivery that UPS failed to make. read more

I went to this location to return an Amazon package. I was greeted right when I walked in, which I noticed right away. Most UPS locations that I have been too are too busy with the person they're helping to notice other customers that are walking in. I was running a bit late at the time and didn't have time beforehand to properly pack my item. I purchased packing supplies and Sarthi was able to help me out quickly which I appreciate! Personally I think it's ridiculous to charge for box taping! And let alone to charge $1 for 2 small length of tape over the box. I usually always tape up my boxes prior to going. But was in a rush today. It should come with it especially if I'm using UPS service. Most UPS like the one in Rowland on Colima do not charge for taping. read more

I agree that other UPS store locations are better. The prices here are really high. You might want to even check out USPS or FedEx for better shipping rates. If you know the size and weight you can price things out ahead of time online. (A hint for extra large items as in the other review... check out sending the item via Greyhound.) The staff here have no personality and no sense of customer service. I like that the store is close to my house, but I would rather drive to a different location for better service. I ship on a regular basis through eBay and have a decent system set up where I attach all the invoices with addresses to each item, they package them, ship them, voila. Done it a few hundred times. Some how these idiots screwed up an ENTIRE GDMF ORDER and shipped all 4 items to the wrong location after I watched them put it together!!!!! I like old people. I believe we should respect our elders. But these 2 old a-holes cost me $400 and hours of lost time and aggravation for screwing up my sh!t. read more

A week ago, I sent 3 packages to Fl, but since my friend did not receive them, I went to check my ups receipts, and noticed that the address was wrong by one number. I called the 1-800 number and they couldnt help me, but told me to go to the ups store where I send them to solve the problem, and I am glad I went, because Rico (the person who assisted me) helped me with everything, he even called the 1-800 number to fix the issue, and suggested me how to proceed in case that I cannot find the boxes, but thank God my friend found them. I have been customer to this ups for ten years when Bubby used to run it, and now is under new management, and I am happy that my first experience with them was great. THIS PLACE STRAIGHT UP SUCKS.... Its ran by two elderly Filipinos, one male one female.... I have to ship certain things out for work once in a while and the only reason I come here is because of the location.. Multiple times I've came here my experience was just annoying. 1. there are no computers the customers can use to actually process labels... so you have to fill one out which is very time consuming. 2. The one time where I had messed up one of those forms to send a package out, I asked for another one and the elderly man gave me a dirty ass look and a super sour attitude. I was seriously like 'WTF?' 3. Another time a customer had sent me a label and it was printed out and I had taped to the box, but the resolution of the label was bigger than normal... sure i mean that shouldn't be a problem, barcode in theory should scan perfectly fine. And he tells me that they wont ship it like that, because the label is bigger than normal.... again another "WTF?" moment..... I just told him to just scan the damn thing in and give me a freaking receipt. I try to be a bit more patient when it comes to the elderly... but maybe that old guy just hates young people... read more

He offered various sizes of boxes as well as some that weren't on display. The service was quick and I was in and out in no time! Very friendly and fast customer service! On 03/11/15 today I am a regular customer of this store. I think it was taking over by ups corporation now. Customer service is worst I ever experienced. I am shipping a usual shoes and I ask the store manager I need to buy a box for it. I finished all necessary info and ready to ship. The manger told me $20.xx including the box and shipping. I was ok with it, when I try to pay , the manger told me again $32 because box is $7.5 plus packing fee because he tape it for me. $12 just for the box and freaking tape.. And you call it packing fee. When I am leaving, store manager said something like oh... Ok I can give you 5% discount .. I still say no .. $12 box n tape .. No thank you What a rip off !!! Never come back .. Wish the corporation can train this "manager" with better customer service read more
