I made a reservation ahead of time for my birthday dinner with friends. We were sat fairly quickly. I enjoyed the theme and the decor. However our waitress was a 2 out of 10 myself and my fiancé were asking questions about alcoholic beverages and she made it seem like a burden for her to find out if the bartender could make basic drinks because it wasn't listed as a cocktail on their menu. Anyway when my fiancé received her drink she got the wrong drink and the waitress didn't fix it she argued with us instead. My fiancé ended up going straight to the bar instead to get her next drink where she was treated way better. I ordered the ribeye I really enjoyed it, 8 out of 10 for me, I knocked it down to an 8 because the waitress served others at my table their salad but forgot about me. Also when we first sat down we asked for lemon with our waters it took our waitress 4 times of us repeating ourselves for her to finally bring it out. The customer service was lost the only reason we still tipped was because the food was delicious. If I were to go again I would request not to have the same server because the other servers from my observation were attentive and nice to their tables. I should have complained but I was trying so hard to just enjoy my birthday dinner. read more

The Vault has a unique atmosphere and friendly staff. The decor is fun and really plays up being in an old bank. From the names of the drinks and food to the Bonnie and Clyde restrooms, you can't help but enjoy it! Reservations were easy to make and we were seated as soon as we arrived even though it was a busy Saturday night. All of the food was delicious. We had the pork belly carbonara which was rich and smoky. The filets we had were seasoned wonderfully. One was with a huge loaded baked potato and the other had the melt in your mouth Asiago stuffed gnocchi. The pear-fiction flatbread was so tasty and the balsamic was nicely drizzled and not overpowering. The safe salad was a great choice with a variety of vegetables. The special was surf and turf- lobster and filet mignon, garlicky mashed potatoes and vegetables. We will definitely go again to try different items. We forgot to take photos of the appetizers: hot honey coconut shrimp and the tri-tip bruschetta. They were both amazing! read more

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The initial price point may be higher but you get your moneys worth, with delicious food and solid cocktails. Our waiter was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of. The theming is so fun and incredibly well thought out from ceiling to floor and even into the restrooms. Whoever was in charge of the music that was played had great taste and it was overall just such a nice/pleasant experienc from start to finish. I cannot recommend this place enough. I feel it is the perfect spot for a special date night or anniversary. read more

My first visit to the vault was amazing. *fun fact* this used to be a bank and they utilized THE VAULT with fantastic creativity! The Brussels sprouts are to die for, the drinks are made by very pleasant bartenders (shoutout to Matthew). Ambiance was refreshing and classy. MyKayla was very pleasant and welcoming as well and I am very happy to say I cannot wait to return. They also have outdoor back patio seating, very private for outdoor larger events or dining. I waited a very long time for my initial drink order. When I was told a long time later that it was not an option, I chose a different option. It then took over 20 minutes to receive that drink. I tried to give them grace but then my food came. My order included chicken but the chicken was under cooked. Obviously I couldn't eat it and the sight of it made me lose my appetite. I can honestly say, I will not be back nor recommend this place. read more

First the service. The waitress was attentive at all times. She didn't quite know the menu, but it's fine, we figured it out. The ambiance was very pretty. Can't believe this was chase bank! Now to the food. The brussel sprouts were superb. My friends opted for sandwiches and they enjoyed the chicken caprese and meatball sandwiches. The bread was very good and the fries were yummy! I ordered the spicy Italian sausage rigatoni. To my dad surprise, it came with zero sausage. I asked the waitress if they forgot to add it in, and she said that maybe it was already in the sauce. Let me tell you, the sauce was just marinara that needed salt. Super bummed! I looked back at the menu thinking I misread it, but no, it said plain and simple rigatoni WITH spicy Italian sausage. read more

Wanted to try this place since it opened because of the buzz. Tried it for a late lunch on a weekday which wasn't too busy. Ambiance is innovative bringing the old bank feel but as a restaurant. Place is big and it can accommodate big parties. They have an extensive menu selection but menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Our server was very attentive. Reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because their food is okay for Italian food. Ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer which was tasty but not mind blowing (a little too fried/hard). I ordered their chicken carbonara with white sauce pasta and chicken was a little dry because the slice was thin. My partner ordered the sea bass and he questioned whether it was sea bass because it was a little on the thin side and said it tasted more like a cod. Their flat bread and pizza looked good but we didn't try it. We would come back and try other food to see if maybe the other food items on the menu are better. read more

It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for us to get our food after ordering and the meat was so dry and hard to chew and swallow. It is all extremely over priced for wha you get. The experience was a zero "0". We stopped by on a Friday night and decided to give this place a try. When we walked in, the hostess told us the wait would be about 35-45 minutes. We sat and waited, and after around 40 minutes the app showed we were #1 on the list to be seated. Then we watched two more parties get seated before us, so I went to ask the hostess what was going on. She told me those parties had reservations. I pointed out that the waitlist showed us as next, and she replied that they don't go by the app list if reservations come in. She then claimed she never said 35 minutes--only 45 to 60 minutes, as if we were lying about what she originally told us. At that point, I asked to speak to a manager. The hostess spoke to a man who came over and introduced himself as the manager. I explained the situation, and he told us it would be another 30 minutes or more on top of the 45 minutes we had already waited. He said the hostess must have "underestimated the wait," and then became condescending, saying, "I can't make people leave if they're not done." I made it clear I wasn't asking anyone to leave--just for honest communication. He said he'd check to see if any tables were getting ready to open. Instead, he walked over to some men he knew, chatted with them for a few minutes, and then came back to inform us it would still be over 30 minutes. At this point, it's clear this restaurant should not take walk-ins if they can't accommodate them. I've been to many high-end restaurants and have never experienced a place that can't seat a single walk-in or communicates so poorly. The rudeness from the front desk makes sense now, considering the manager also lacks basic customer service skills. read more
