    Impossible burger
    Samantha L.

My family and I enjoyed dinner at Villa on a warm summer evening - lots of outdoor seating available. I had the impossible burger with fries, and it was delicious. Service was slow, especially when trying to get the bill so we could leave, though there were signs within the restaurant flagging that they were understaffed. A nice little spot in Blairsville, especially if you're passing through on William Penn Hwy!

Great experience! Service was great. Ambiance was good. Steelers game was on, but not overly loud. All servers checked in on us!

This join was recommended to my Mom and I by our hotel manager during our short stay in Blairsville. The side salad was massive. Very generous portion there and full of tasty olives, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Their house dressing is also good. My Mom got the shrimp and really enjoyed it. Not too much breading. The onion straws were tasty and had this really yummy sauce with them that we ended up getting extra of. My Ruben was really delicious. The French fries with it tasted off. I don't know if the potatoes were old or what was going on. I ended up sending them back for sweet potato fries which were good. Service was excellent, food was good. Would definitely return in the future.

Backyard BBQ burger upgraded with fries.

Driving along 22 I always see a billboard for this place. The burger on the billboard is very enticing and decided on my day out why not finally give it a try. The billboard does not lie either, it's just a right at the next light and you are there. Pulling in I was a bit surprised by the location. Right on the corner at the end of the road. The parking lot is a bit wonky, but there appears to be enough parking. This also shares with a beer to go/pizza place. Walking in this place you feel like you are in a bar more than a restaurant. The bar takes up a good portion of the space with tables of both high top variety and low top variety around the area. I decided to sit at the bar as to not take up a table since I was there by myself. While sitting there for a few minutes I took in my surroundings. You can tell that this a beloved local establishment. As I sat there a multitude of people came in. Some to chat, some to pick up an order they called in for dinner that night, some to have a meal. But each time this happened, a conversation would start with someone already inside. It was a bit amusing. I was given a menu to look over and placed my drink order. One thing that I didn't care for was the automatic placing of popcorn in front of you. Due to allergies I cannot have corn, so it was like a big tease to me, even though I shook my head no and had my hand up, it was still placed in front of me. Time came and I placed my order. I went with the Backyard BBQ Burger. The description of this goes: A juicy burger smothered in barbeque sauce and topped with crispy onion rings. When I say they weren't lying, they weren't lying. This thing came out and it truly was smothered in barbecue sauce. I'm not complaining there as the sauce has a nice hint of spice and, in all honesty, was what I was looking for. The onion rings were in fact crispy which gave it a nice textural component. Very satisfying. It's also great that the burgers come from a local butcher and is 100% grass fed. The burgers come with potato chips and a pickle spear. Or you could do like I did and upgrade it to hand cut fries. Those fries were amazing. Reminded me of when you just fry up some potatoes at home. A nice crunch on the outside and nice potato-y inside. Service was top notch and I would definitely stop in again. They also have six packs to go. Big screen televisions.

Salmon Special. Salmon was good, the gnocchi and sauce was questionable.

What a gem! I discovered this brewery when I was at the nearby nature center for family photos and…read morelooked on Yelp for restaurants nearby. Bonus was that it is also on the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour. We enjoyed everything about this brewery. First, it is HUGE! There is the main bar/tasting room and then another where the restaurant/food ordering is along with additional tables. There was also a lot of outdoor seating as well. The night we were there, there was a music trivia event going on. It was nice that there were two rooms of seating because you could be close to the action or you could be a little separate from it (but you still could hear what was going on). I sampled several beers at the bar before deciding on flight. Service was friendly and the bartender was able to tell me a lot about the brewery itself and each individual beer. Something to note is that you order the food at a kitchen window and the beers at the bar. Nothing wrong with that (and everything was actually really efficient). But sometimes it is good to know those details. Between us, we tried the onion rings, buffalo chicken dip, two different pizzas, steak nachos and tacos. Everything was delicious! Food is brought to your table when it is ready and everything was hot and fresh. The highlight for us was the onion rings. Huge and packed with flavor. Although everything we ordered was something we would eat again. Overall, an incredible experience and wonderful place that I hope to return to again.

It also has Harvest Kitchen that serves wings, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, etcetera. I went to Four Seasons for the Jambrewzle festival, an annual day-long music festival. I skipped the beers, but I enjoyed listening to the music and eating the foods.

Here's the real deal: OOTF is casual fine dining, this place isn't - but if you are considering OOTF, you should consider this place too. It's a no frills, fake flowers on your table, type of joint. They turn out pretty good food, you don't need a reservation, and you aren't getting charged a cork fee because they haz all liquor. If you want something with the pretense of fine dining, or if you have trouble admitting that a well executed sammich is always better than "fine dining" executed with mere mediocrity, just go to OOTF and don't be mad at me for leading you here. I really like their potato chips. I really like their salad bar (which is awesome for a quick, light lunch). I like their sandwiches - and am partial to their version on a club and one called the birdie. I've never ordered an entree, but have attended a special event there that had a buffet -- they had solid offerings (I don't think those appear on the menu, so no point in talking about them too much -- but everything was cooked properly and nothing was over cooked, which hard for a buffet set up to pull off). The only thing I don't like is the cheesey broccoli soup - which is an unnatural color of orange that I remember from my mother's "homemade" mac and cheese, which contained so much Velvetta. Anyway, check this place out.

We ordered the Seafood Flatbread to share and ice teas. The Seafood flatbread had on it crab meat, scallops, and shrimp with a white sauce. The food overall, and following of COVID19 safety precautions lowered my star rating. The Seafood flatbread was tasty, though for a Friday night special the shrimp were a bit overdone. During times of COVID19; sadly this restaurant lacked in enforcing mask wearing and santizing the tables. As for menus, it was odd as I received a paper menu, and my mom a regular one. Understandable every state is different in following COVID19 restaurant guidelines. It would have been nice to have seen more patrons with masks, as well as our server. My mom and I along with a couple of 4 older people wore masks. The service and food receive a recommendation, next time though I'll be more selective on a restaurant outside my hometown following COVID19 guidelines.
