Outside is rustic and kind of charming, but the inside is not. Definitely a grab-and-go joint.

The service was friendly and the deck has a nice view of downtown, but that's about all of the positives. The cortado I ordered was middle-of-the-road (rating--3) and more like a latte and the semi-stale chocolate chunk cookie (1) tasted like it came from a bad grocery store bakery. The inside (1) was dingy, cluttered and smelled bad and parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Looks like owner/management is absentee or just doesn't care. My advice is grab-and-go some coffee if you really need a cup or sit on the deck if it's nice.

Linda's fresh sourdough bread that they use on sandwiches is to die for. Keep an eye out for dinner specials like paella, jambalaya, or smoked Fri-tip and ribs. The wine tasting is good anytime!

We came here after our hike. We had coffee & latte & breakfast sandwich. Everything was so good. And walking into the establishment it smelled sooo delicious and they have a bunch of freshly baked goods to choose from. Very nice lady and good vibes sitting outside with a view

Cute little spot in the mountains! We stopped by for a quick breakfast after camping nearby, and it was a pleasant surprise. The sandwich was surprisingly tasty, fresh and flavorful. They also have a nice outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great little stop if you're in the area!

    Matcha

Their hot matcha is my boyfriends and mines favorite, it is so sweet and literally beats any overhyped matcha place from LA!! The decor is not modern but the mirror is fantastic. Overall, I personally love the pastries and the hot matcha is MUST GET! The service is quick and simple, never have had a bad experience with any worker!

The big smile from the busy and rockin' lil' barista when I walked in set the tone for awesome. Nice and serviceable espresso-based drink menu along with fresh pastries to get your motor runnin'. What's more is, the place is also a tiny-yet-nuanced wine shop. Beans and grapes. Interesting and cool.

Very nice cozy spot, it was my first time here! I ordered an iced chai pumpkin spice latte , it came with two shots. It's a bit overpriced at $9 but it was delicious and I'll get it again!

What a cute coffee/wine shop in the village! Had a yummy, freshly made bacon breakfast burrito and latte. They had a ton of milk options, friendly service, and nice views from the patio. Plenty of cozy indoor seating as well for those colder months. Will be back next time I'm in Wrightwood!

Nice little locally owned coffee and wine shop here in the mountains. So if you find yourself in the area exploring with your family stop in and support the local businesses that keep this area a great place to visit.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, especially on live music nights. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes it a point to personally connect with every guest, which makes the experience feel even more special and intimate. It is a smaller venue, so I highly recommend making reservations if you want guaranteed seating because once the live music starts, the place fills up FAST. But every single time I go, it's always a great experience. One thing I truly love most about this spot is how it naturally brings people together. I've met new friends just by sitting, chatting, and enjoying the music and wine. It's such a positive and inviting environment. If you're ever in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and showing support. I went again last weekend with my boyfriend and our friend during the wine hopping event. This time it was busy. We were seated in the back room that felt like a conference room. I felt like I was excluded from the party because we didn't buy the tickets for the event. We were still paying customers. I did the wine tasting with 3 red wines and a personal charcuterie board. Bad time to come because we felt unwelcome. Limited to where we can sit. "It's reserved" Pros - lots of free parking - cute decor - good charcuterie board - waitress was nice Cons - I didn't like any of my wine - bad pour for the price - Boring I won't be back. There wasn't anything memorable.

As a riverside native, I love the Backstreet patio and was excited to return in an evening setting. Husband and I did a short hike up Mt. rubidoux then enjoyed a romantic dinner at Devereaux House. We agreed it was one of the better date nights we have had in Riverside. We went on deftones and chess night. There was an excellent curated music playlist, chess boards everywhere, candle and string lights, and a really solid wine list. Ambiance was10/10. We tried the salad, meatballs, two pizzas, and an orange wine. Everything was 10/10. Service was insanely fast for how busy the place was (not an empty table in sight). The line to order appeared long but moved quick due to competent staff. Choosing a wine was a delight with a knowledgeable server happy to pour us tasters until we chose our bottle. If you're in Riverside, make this your next night out. It's worth getting out of the house for.

The pizza we received looked like corporate chain pizza which also lacked the homemade crust and sauce we expected. Either the recipe changed from when the pictures were posted, or it was an advertisement trap. The ambiance was great though. I loved the lights and decor. Another table also played mario kart and the switch which looked like lots of fun. Logistics-wise was a bit confusing. We parked in a lot across the restaurant. And I wasn't able to find a clear entrance and just walked through open gates and tables. I think you order at the bar and seat yourself/someone will seat you if it's busier. Then they deliver to your table. Our meal came out to $90 for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and a side of marinated olives. Would not come again.

Waiter Manuel. This…read moreis a review reflected on you, solely. Being kind is the moral of the story, from the beginning you were passive agressive with your comments and tone. Being in a party of 4 girls coming from high tea, we were dressed in elegant dresses, first comment was asking if we were coming from church, followed by eye flutters, short "okay" with an upward inflation to a joke about the day, an impatient comment about hurrying up and trying the wine while we were talking, asked for water when we were out, were left to pour the rest of our wine, didn't ask how the food was all the while was attentive to the table behind us, the cherry on top comment was when we were discussing the bill at the end, he was hovering at the table behind ours, then when we were ready, we asked to split the bill into 2, my portion on mine and the rest on another card, he then said "this isn't like a drive through, we can't do it that way" so I asked him to explain his comment, cause it was passive agressive and rude. After he wasnt able to becuase he wasnt expecting me to call out his rude comment, I had to then break it down and specify what I had ordered, he then sold "okayyyy....so how much, cause we don't itemize?" I had to again express for him to specify how they do it cause he has still yet to explain where his attitude is coming from and explain how they do their check splits, from my understanding it just felt like he wanted to play dumb and make me to the math, one I did he was like "ohh, okay" should have asked for the manager but we paid and left, I hasnt had this experience before being a returning customer, but he needs an attitude adjustment as his attitude was completely out of pocket. Do better Manuel, you alone got your place of work a 1 star. The rest of the staff was kind, facility beautiful and food and wine was good. This restaurant is not reflected in the 1 star.
