Dr. Clark is great and she had me try several different types of contact lenses over a few weeks to make sure the fit and comfort were just right. They also were very helpful in determining the best way to maximize the use of my vision benefits. The staff is all friendly and nice. I would have given this place zero stars if allowed. The first visit was a year ago where it took 2.5 hours to complete an exam for my son. I took him back this year since they already had his info and it was a BIG MISTAKE. After the exam, the Dr. fitting my kid with lenses, taking my payment, & charging my insurance company, I requested the prescription and they said it is not valid until he comes in for "training". Which basically meant they weren't going to release his RX until we bought contact from them. After I questioned them, they gave me his RX with "Not Valid to Fill RX" in the signature line where the Dr is supposed to sign. Seriously? I call BS. Luckily, I was still able to order contacts online and my "not valid RX" was actually valid and they were lying when they said it wasn't. Listen, I understand that they are trying to make $, but instead of getting greedy, they should have been happy with the exam business (they charge $230, where Costco charges $85...not sure how that all works out). These people are complete thieves and their business practices are questionable if not illegal....DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! read more

This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever been to. The doctor needs to go back to optometry school. He didn't even notice an infection in my eye after I told him about it and showed him the drops I was using. Than he gave my daughter contacts she has been using for five years and she said her right eye would become blurry and he said it's because her contact must be moving. If the contacts are fit correctly they do not move. She has never had this issue with the same contacts in the past from her other doctor than he suggested maybe after five years of experience maybe she is putting them in inside out or in the wrong eye. She is 18. She isn't doing either of these conditions. He was rude, condescending and called me a liar saying he needed to see me again and charge me another office visit for medication he knew I needed a refill for. He is the liar not the customer. Rude Rude Rude. Go anywhere but this location. Still trying to understand why a neighborhood eye glass store would change names from Seven Hills Vision after over 20 years. Been coming to this office for several years & last couple of visits (both within 2 weeks of each other) the front desk staff is extremely unattentive to customers standing in front of them. On 3 separate times of having to deal with them they are more concerned with talking to the other employees than to the customer. Walked in both times & stood in front of desk staff while they didn't even give a hello. Another employee walked up to desk from back & the front desk employee starts talking to them while I (the customer) just stands there. 2nd employee that didn say hello. Tried to find out a wait time & they just both look at each other. 2nd employee that walked from back says to desk employee "I don't know because I don't know where we're at or who's taking who." Seriosuly? That's how you act in front of customers? Similar situation happened on a previous visit. Finally after just standing there waiting for them to give me an estimated wait time the front desk employee meekly says "I don't know. Maybe 30 minutes." Really? That's how you treat customers? Ugh. The receptionist / admin, the eye testing technician, the optometrist and the optician worked together to deliver an outstanding solution to my declining eye sight. My solution was customized to my profession: software development. The ability to see clearly without eye strain is essential to my livelihood. My husband and I both used this office recently for eye exams and frame selection. I rate the doctors 5 stars. Both Dr. Lee and the gentleman Dr. (can't remember his name) were great! Very attentive. I rate the front desk people 3 stars. They are lacking. What really gets me is their Outrageous pricing for hardware. I rate their pricing ONE star. For frames (I could not find any under $200), progressive lense, transition, anti glare. $485 OUT OF POCKET after insurance, and I picked the Cheapest frames (price without insurance was nearly $800!!!!!). I went to another vendor in my insurance network. Paid $135 out of pocket (got Vera Wang frames, transition, progressive, anti scratch/glare lenses). Total WITHOUT insurance was $366 ($100 less than After insurance at this office). Do yourself a favor. Feel free to get your exam at Seven Hills Vision. Ask for your Rx and hi-tail-it to a different office for your glasses. read more

Incompetency at its finest! What a joke of an office from the "doctor" to the front desk staff. I have a minor eye condition so I been there for more than the annual checkup. Each appointment is worst than the last, and I'm officially DONE with this place! First, why does my optometrist and the staff there keep changing?? Four different doctors? That's a red flag. From the start, the office staff looks unkempt and are a bunch of chatter boxes. How about greeting the customers instead of chatting instead of 'The Bachelor.' Let's chat about ways to improve customer service. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist sounds lethargic/lazy as if she hates her job. Perk up! Please try to have some professionalism about yourself. After scheduling the appointment. I received a reminder call a few hours before on the day OF my appointment which most offices do NOT do. I rushed over through traffic to get to the office and for whatever reason had to wait close to an hour. I started to asked about the wait time and the receptionist mentioned the option to reschedule--ah no. I don't have time to go from work back and forth to this awful place. I asked to speak to who was in charge. She said we don't really have a person in charge. Huh??? I said that's bulls---! She said well the doctor is acting until we get a new office manager. I spoke to the doctor who was a joke and decided I will NOT be returning. Everyone wins! Simply a ragtag freak show! Never again. Didn't wait around for more of this circus of ridiculousness. There are too many professional optometrist offices in Las Vegas from which I can receive much better service. Do not waste time and money here. read more

Dr. Chiodo was very nice, friendly and patient. The staff was pretty much the opposite. Seeing the difference in attitude of the staff and doctor was almost comical. I was just interested in getting my prescription but after receiving a dry "you don't want to even see what your insurance covers?" from a staff member named Maria, I looked at some glasses that would be free. When I asked why a certain pair of glasses were crooked when I tried them on I was told very bluntly, "it's your ears." I also overheard this same staff member tell another person that her face was too wide for her glasses and they're wasn't much she could do about making the frames bigger and that she should of gotten a better fitting pair of glasses. It was pretty awkward and cringy just to watch and the customer was standing there speechless. Needless to say I didn't get the glasses and the staff was noticeably less than thrilled about my decision. read more

Very bad is being kind. Were do I start. The eye exam was the most positive part of the experience minus the big push for additional tests, at a cost. Following the exam I sat with a person and began the process of selecting lenses. They did not have samples of progressive or transition lenses so she showed me a brochure and said imagine. I then selected frames, that needed to be ordered. I was told they would be delivered to the store in 3 to 4 days and I could come in, confirm that I wanted them and then the lenses would be ordered. I stopped in 5 days later and was told number 1 that the person that took my order no longer worked there and secondly that she was mistaken and that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for the frames. Finally the lenses were order and was told today that my glasses were ready for pick up. I was presented with a plain case with a ripped interior that contained my $422 Oakleys. I had questions about the bill so the accounting person came out and explained. I told her about the case and she said she would find a different case. i was brought a random Oakley case asked if the classes felt ok and told goodbye. The "main guy" was busy, but did lean over and give me an eye chart and said in a few days I would adjust to the progressive lenses. He did not have more time for me other than those few words. THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN IMAGINE. Better service at Walmart self check-out. read more

Dr Clark is great and very professional. Office staff is friendly, but forgot to order my wife's contact lenses. Got a phone call a week after our eye exam, and was told that our contact lenses came in and were ready for pick up. I drove 15 miles from my home to pick up the lenses, but the lady at the front counter couldn't find them and told me to "come back next week". I asked her to check again because I was told that the contacts were there. She finally found mine, but told me that she forgot to order my wife's contacts. She said that she would order my wife's contacts and have them shipped to our house. When I got home, I ordered 2 more boxes of contacts from Lens. com for myself. Today (a week later) I got all the contacts from Lens.com in the mail and my wife also received her contact lenses. The only problem is that I got my full order, and my wife only got 2 boxes instead of the 4 boxes that we paid for. I will still go back and get my eye exam with Dr Clark, but I will definitely not buy my contact lenses from them. Lens.com is cheaper, faster, and more reliable. read more
