While she was nice enough, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there and it took FOREVER to get the orders of 2 people ahead of us. The menu above the main counter is tiny so if you can't see well, you will not be able to see this. We ordered Thyders, chicken sandwich on sourdough and a spicy chicken sandwich. I asked for my waffle fries to be fried hard, sauce on the side. Fries were fine, sauce was missing. I also asked for pickles on the side, also missing. It was weird because ppl were working there - several ppl but where they went, I'll never know. The chicken sandwich I had was so underwhelming. It was like they just fried it and put it on a bun. It had cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and a special sauce but those simple ingredients were done right! I ate every bite. The small fries were the perfect size when you're not trying too overdo it. They said those fries were seasoned and they did not tell a lie! I didn't even need ketchup! Also, my cup was filled with full sized fries and not a bunch of crumbs inside. That strawberries and cream waffle sandwich was the truth! The waffle was perfect. The strawberries were fresh. Let me start by asking you, how important is parking cto you? Serious question. If you go somewhere and automatically see that parking is dreadful, do you stay & wait? Do you go? Does it depend? Got there about an hour and half to two after opening, places to sit but no parking so we were driving around for a bit hoping there was additional parking nearby, NOPE. Eventually a space opened up. So you either make your own parking and hope you don't get hit, risk getting towed on other's foreign territory or wait it out at the mercy of someone else. Personal space even "post covid" is a thing of the past. Service line was long, with people standing right up on each other. You can feel the next person's aura right on your backside. Tables are too close as well with the place being about the size of a shoe box for it's turnover rate. It's just a mess. There's stools by the entrance that on every other one say "Do not sit." But even with the placement of the stools it would be awkward to sit there--right at crowded register? For the hassle of what I ended up getting (Chicken Fryders) vs witness, it wasn't worth it. Area traffic & parking already a headache on that side of town, plus that? No thanks. Loved the food truck years ago because it's dynamic was strictly "Hey we can accommodate your needs of to-go!" A restaurant WITH SEATING should be able to accommodate, just that- people wanting to sit AND go... place could barely handle a line of 4 without strangers sharing personal space.
