Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. I was told that I couldn't reserve a table for our group or put up any kind of signage to help everyone find us. While I understand businesses have their own policies, I was disappointed by the lack of willingness to accommodate a group of customers who were there to support the business and make purchases. The one person who truly made a difference was Nick. He was kind, helpful, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was the only employee who offered assistance, and he is the reason this review is getting 3 stars instead of 1. Everyone in our group purchased food and drinks, and we appreciated the opportunity to try the menu. However, based on the overall experience and customer service, I personally won't be returning. I hope the team recognizes the value of having employees like Nick, because his kindness stood out in an otherwise disappointing visit.

My friends and I came here for dinner the other night and I was absolutely blown away by this spot…read more Visually, it's a stunning place and they've done a fabulous job with the aesthetic as it's the kind of place that feels like a party. Neon lights, cute signage, and overall they just did a really great job with the design and execution. There's a lot going on but it doesn't feel cheap. Ambiance is definitely A+. For dinner on a weeknight we found this spot wasn't too busy but we also came after happy hour. It was a relaxed vibe. Service was overall pretty good. I felt like all of the gals working were very very sweet and nice. Also, anytime we stopped them to ask for refills and such we got what we asked for. That's my only upgrade as since it wasn't super busy, it would have been nice for the staff to catch the refills on water or salsa on their own/more proactively but hey, it was again a relaxed lowkey night and the staff couldn't have been lovelier. I'm just curious how the service would be if they were super busy? Now on to the food and drinks. The menu was very impressive! Solid cocktail and drinks menu. I'm bummed I didn't get a cocktail but my party doesn't drink so it was more fun to get an agua Fresca with them. The guava one was good and served nicely chilled. However, next time I'll definitely get a cocktail because their drinks looked fun and beautiful. The food was definitely the standout for me. I ordered the cheese enchiladas Suizas and they were a 10/10. Not comparable to most enchiladas I've had but the sauce was fantastic and unique. I really loved these enchiladas and I'd honestly get them again. Solid flavor in the rice and beans as well. My friends also enjoyed their meal and it seemed like everyone was happy. The pricing is a little steep for Mexican food but also the ambiance and presentation make sense to me why it'd be a little more. For the three of us the bill was over $100. And that's for three mains and three non-alcoholic drinks. Normally at $33-ish a person I'd hope for at least a beer with my enchiladas, so keep that in mind. As a special occasion place or a spot to celebrate this spot is truly fantastic. I honestly loved my meal so much that even with the price point I'd rush back and bring more friends because this spot is vibey. Nice staff and a cute spot to diner, 5 stars in my books given the quality, taste of the food and the overall experience.

Nolan was our server and he was on it. Wasn't obnoxious about giving good service but on top of it. Got our orders right, was accommodating. I love the ambience. Not California dining with bright lights and high noise level. Old time sexy ambience where you think the couple in the next booth might be having an affair. Not exactly the first impression you'd expect from a steakhouse restaurant. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. It arrived with plates but no silverware. We waited several minutes assuming our server would return with utensils, but she never did. We had to flag her down and ask for them. I also ordered a glass of wine that never arrived. The restaurant was slow, and by the time our entrées were served, I was still waiting. When we reminded our server, she just said "oh the wine yes!" She completely forgot! The food was even more disappointing than the service. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted extremely sour, no cheese, just shredded raw onions and sour cream with burnt top. How can you call this loaded baked potato? The mac and cheese was dry, bland, and lacked any real cheese flavor. Even the green beans had to a burnt pieces mixed in.None of the sides were at edible level. The steak was the only thing on my plate thats tolerable and even that left my stomach uncomfortable after my meal. The biggest disappointment was the food. For steakhouse prices, we were served loaded potatoes overwhelmed by raw onion, mac and cheese that tasted like cardboard, burnt green beans, and an average steak. The service and cleanliness issues only added to the frustration. We usually dine at Larsen's but decided to try support local businesses. After this experience, we'll be sticking with Larsen's. This will be our first and last visit.

As I entered into the bowling alley, it'd be my first time there I wasn't sure exactly where the bar was located so I came in through the front entrance, which was the main entrance. And as I walked in the first thing that I saw to the left side was a facility called rock 'n' roll pizza so apparently this is the food that this bowling alley has to offer, which is all basically bar food and with the exception of making pizzas. I'm a real stickler when it comes to cleaning this this establishment rock 'n' roll pizza really needs some really deep cleaning especially everywhere throughout that front kitchen area where it's visible for everyone to see at that walks by. And also the appearance of the employee should all maintain a certain type of uniform and not all wearing different pieces of garment. All employees with no exceptions should all be wearing hair, nets, and or hats to cover their hair particles from falling into any of food preparation none of the employees whatsoever we're wearing any hat, nets or hats. This was a big concern for me. Food handling, and food safety is very imperative.. Not sure who the manager was at this location no name tags on the employee so really couldn't identify who they were. There was two female females and a male the mail was making pizza.. So bottom line the review is basically on the rock 'n' roll pizza bar area. It really needs to look be looked at. I will be there again in amend this review for the whole bowling alley.

My second visit was this past week, and it definitely left a good impression. My husband and I stopped in for a daytime date to watch the USA FIFA game. We grabbed seats at the bar, which gave us a great view of the big screen. There were plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant as well, making it a great spot to catch a game. The service was friendly and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by their lunch menu. There were lots of options, and the prices were very reasonable. We ordered the chile relleno combo; which comes with an enchilada, beans and rice. It was honestly more than enough food for us to share. We also ordered the tinga taquitos. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. For drinks, I started with the spicy cucumber margarita, which was easily a 10/10. It was so good that we ended up ordering a pitcher to share. Fair warning, a pitcher goes a long way! Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely come back. Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere.
