I wanted the same salad I had at the restaurant when I was there in person a few weeks back. I also ordered some chips and salsa. The order arrived in a decent amount of time, but there was no salsa in the bag. When I called to report this to the restaurant a woman on the other end told me that I could drive to the restaurant and pick up some salsa if I wanted it. I tried to explain that the reason I had ordered my dinner via DoorDash is because I wanted the food delivered to me this evening. She tried to blame DoorDash for the problem but clearly someone at the restaurant had forgotten to put the salsa in the bag. It had nothing to do with DoorDash. I then asked for a refund of the chips and salsa and she refused. Needless to say I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again. The customer service is nonexistent.
