From the start of meeting James, and seeing his presentation and explaining details thoroughly, made all the difference. We hade met with a few other companies that were overpriced, and pushing the hard sale for our new windows. I needed to contact a company that specializes in custom doors. I was searching a bit throughout Los Angeles and Ventura, but I couldn't find anybody that had the expertise that I was looking for. I wanted to be able to open up a few walls and have fairly large sliding patio doors installed. It was quite a handful of a task in my opinion since I wanted to expand my openings from 6 feet to 20 feet. After meeting with a rep at my home, he walked me through every step of the process from start to finish. I was able to get a better door since they suggested doing a multi gliding door in my living room. I'm extremely impressed with the quality and with how much it had opened up my entire living room. I also did a four panel door that came out truly unique. I really enjoy entertaining guests and being able to have my master connect right to my backyard (pool, tv area) it's a complete upgrade to my entire home. Since they manufacture their own products and handle the installation it's obvious that the quality was put into the project. it was worth searching for the right people to do this for me. I wanted to leave this overdue review for my awesome experience with them. My consultation at home was relaxed and pressure free, I had a bad experience a few years back in my previous home with a different company and will never relive that again. It was all just the most easy and low stress process with them all the way through. The guys that showed up to do the install were really friendly, they showed up on time like they said, they were clean and got to work right away. There is a certain expectation whenever you contract with a company to do a big install on your home. Throughout the day I would walk around just to see the progress being made. I never found anyone not working hard, these guys are committed. To staff, please extend my thanks to your team and make sure you let the manager of these gentlemen know what wonderful representatives of your company they truly are. I can only review their customer service since I haven't purchased anything yet due to budget but their product looked really impressive. My wife almost gave in but we got to save a little longer. Financing options is out of the question for us at the moment but we didn't want to lose on their current special pricing, while he wouldn't promise these prices would be available in the future he did say they will do their best on pricing once we are ready and made sure to put a note in our file with the amount that they quoted. Since we won't be ready for another year or so they couldn't do much but I guess it's our fault for making an appointment when we weren't really prepared to pull the trigger just yet. The sales guy James was top notch as far as sales people go and never pressured us, I felt bad that we couldn't sign. I'll post another review once we actually place an order. read more

2 years ago my husband and I renovated parts of our home and we did not get to our window and door project for budget and planning reasons. Since then the heat was unbearable. We don't really understand a lot about Windows in general, so we began to interview multiple companies, some local to Chatsworth and some were from other areas. We ultimately wanted someone that is close and the window factory had a beautiful showroom in Simi valley and they have done many homes in Porter ranch and Northridge as well it was hands down one of the easiest projects we had done to our home with the installation portion taking one day and now our rooms are enhanced visually and instantly we feel less heat. Chase, James and David were so great to work with since my initial consultation. The install crew did a professional job on the 3 sliding glass doors and 14 windows. Our whole master bedroom has a new and fresh appearance with the beautiful slider and picture windows. James was really easy to work with during the consultation and listened to our needs. The attention to detail this company puts really goes a long way and it shows when its all said and done. They were neat and clean as they worked step by step to remove the old sliding glass doors and take out the old windows. They were careful to fit the doors perfectly in place. I really didn't have any intentions of replacing some very old aluminum sliders in a rental apartment, but after talking to James, I was sold! Replaced 10 windows, and noticed an immediate improvement in temperature in this upstairs unit. Very clean lines, and I'm sure it improved the property's value if I were to sell. James was in constant contact with the progress of the manufacturing of the windows. Because this is a rental property, he pushed to get them ready for installation at an earlier date so that I could get it rented. Their sales representative James was really knowledgeable and direct. They were installed professionally last week and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I have been in need of replacing my windows for quite some time, but needed to save. All of my original windows had the square grids in the middle and some had moisture coming in from the inside. I got several estimates, but chose the window factory, even though they weren't the lowest bid I received. The rep, Al was awesome and I LOVE my new windows!! We researched a lot of different companies and prices and decided to go with TWF because they manufacture their own windows, install and warranty. If I ever have a problem I won't need to chase down any contractors, Al promised they would be responsible for everything which made sense to me. I also need a new front door but Al said they currently don't offer them but will in the future. I will be ordering a front door when they offer it. read more
