Came in for a quick wine tasting before leaving town and this spot was perfect. Great location, great staff and great wines!

We had already been doing wine tasting nearby and decided to check this place out. They serve 5 different wines for tasting. You can just tell them your preference and they can choose for you. Matt did a great job finding wines we enjoyed, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. My favorite wine was the Cobden Wini Old Federal Vineyard Cab. Matt informed us that it was the winemaker's dad pictured on the bottle, doing some kind of math?!? My favorite part of the experience was the "welcome dogs"... yes two adorable dogs that showed us lots of love while we were there, starting from when we entered the venue. This place is spacious and gives off a fancier, more formal feel than the tasting room at Feast It Foward next door. But both experences were great in their own ways.

Our annual stop to see Andy and taste his ever-phenomenal collection. We love, love, love his collection of offerings. We don't "need" anything in our cellar, but HAVE to take home his vino. A stunning Pinot, barrel aged Malbec, Cabernet Franc and we ARE rich, deep Cab fans. Gotta go- enjoying the experience.

Lastly, we got to meet Andy the owner was fantastic ... to hear us story was just heartfelt!! Thanks for a great wine tasting experience.

Had a great time talking to the owner, AJ and learning about the boutique wineries he represents. Also so nice to be able to taste delicious wines while walking about downtown Napa! Loved the location right next to Oxbow Public market and The Model Bakery! We joined the club so we could gain access to their wines. Well done!

This has to be my favorite wine tasting room! Andy is so funny and friendly! The wines he recommended were amazing!

Matt and AJ ( the owner) have been nothing but amazing. Beyond welcoming the moment we walked in. And the private tasting was perfect. Amazing customer service and great wine.

Had a wonderful visit to Thief... They were very welcoming. We got to meet the owner and wine maker and had a lovely time! So appreciate the attention and the wonderful venue right near downtown.

Shout out to Sven for providing such an incredible experience! As inexperienced wine lovers, we came in totally lost but wanting to experience a fun tasting experience. Ultimately we did three tastings at different locations and this one blew them all away! Sven was super patient and showed genuine interest in us as people, clearly even enjoying and being able to intelligently answer our crazy slew of newbie questions. Not only that, he even had us tasting $100+ bottles of wine!! Even more, we had the opportunity to personally speak with one of the vineyard owners about his wine and his story. I wish we had saved all our time and money from the other tastings we visited and just did multiple at the Wine Thief. These guys truly know their stuff, love their jobs, have ZERO pushyness, and are simply great people providing GREAT wines! (Be sure to grab a bottle of the Solamente!)

Seriously wish that I had come here my first time to Napa, and my first day this time. Moe was SO knowledgeable and personable. He has a wonderfully dry sense of humor and a huge personality. His whole goal is to find you wines that suit you best and wants to help you discover what suits your palate, whether you're a newbie or a pro he will be able to help you. I will never take another Napa trip without stopping here and doing a VERY REASONABLE tasting and chatting with Moe.

Fun spot! We had a nice time trying some great wines from all around the Napa Valley. Located across from the Oxbow Public Market, east of downtown Napa. This place is cool because you can try many different labels. There are several vintners represented here and they are all small (under 500 case to 3,000 case) range. Mostly wines you have never heard of, but fun to experiment with new stuff! They seem to focus more on reds but do have whites to taste as well. The wines are available to purchase and price points vary. I liked the chill vibes here. A few cozy sofas as well as several stand around tables and even a community table. Makes for meeting new people and small talk easy. We will return next time we are in the area!

An Unforgettable Bouchaine Experience!…read more My three girlfriends and I had the most amazing tasting experience at Bouchaine Vineyards. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly special. Our wine educator, Rob Fischer, was absolutely wonderful. He was warm, knowledgeable, funny and genuinely passionate about Bouchaine. He shared the winery's rich history in such an engaging way and made our tasting feel personal rather than rehearsed. Rob was a huge part of what made our visit so memorable. We especially loved learning that Bouchaine is the oldest continuously operating winery in Carneros and sits along the southern edge of Napa Valley, overlooking the beautiful vineyards near San Pablo Bay. We were also impressed to learn about the remarkable women helping lead the winery: proprietor and president Tatiana Copeland and president and winemaker Chris Kajani. The setting is gorgeous. We relaxed on the beautiful patio, surrounded by vineyards, and enjoyed the peaceful Carneros scenery while tasting some exceptional wines. It feels tucked away from the busier parts of Napa Valley, which makes the experience even more special. Rob also told us about the new wine cave currently being built into the hillside. It sounds incredible, and we are already looking forward to returning when it is finished! Bouchaine offers everything you hope for in a Napa Valley tasting: excellent wine, fascinating history, beautiful surroundings and personal hospitality. Thank you, Rob, for making four girlfriends feel so special. We will definitely be back!

The entire experience was stellar, beginning with a welcome glass of Vin Gris, which counts as one of the five wines in the tasting. We settled into comfortable, spacious semicircular couches with panoramic views overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and mountains beyond. What truly elevated our visit was Dulce, our hostess, who has more than 20 years of wine experience. She described each wine with such knowledge and detail that we were able to choose wines we genuinely enjoyed. But it was more than expertise. She shared her knowledge and passion so freely and with such heart that she made the afternoon feel special. Dulce is truly a gift to Bouchaine. The hospitality began even before we arrived. When we realized we didn't need as much time between wineries, we called and asked whether we could move our 3:30 tasting to 2:30. They accommodated us with grace. We ended up staying more than 2 1/2 hours and never once felt hurried. I especially appreciated the generous spacing between the seating areas, which gave each group privacy and made the tasting feel peaceful rather than crowded. The grounds were lovely, with purple agapanthus and black-eyed Susans blooming against the vineyards and mountains. Even the modern wood architecture--from the tasting room and offices to the beautifully designed bathroom--made us feel as though we were somewhere thoughtfully created and genuinely special. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Some wineries you visit once because you're curious to experience them. Bouchaine is the kind of place I would return to simply because of how wonderful it felt to be there. Although I would definitely be getting the Gewurztraminer, Merlot, and Pinot Noirs again too.

My husband and I were able to call ahead and schedule a very last-minute tasting, and from the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. I work in the wine industry on the retail side in Texas, while my husband does not, so creating an experience that feels both educational and approachable for both of us is not always easy. Steve absolutely nailed it. He welcomed us warmly, shared thoughtful stories about the wines and the winery, and made the experience feel incredibly personal. The tasting room itself is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem in Napa. We especially loved learning about the wines and the woman winemaker behind Levendi. The tasting was stunning from start to finish. What truly sets Levendi apart, though, is the level of hospitality. Since our visit, I have referred many of my favorite clients to Levendi, and Steve consistently goes above and beyond for them. He bends over backwards to make sure my customers are taken care of, and every single person I've sent has come back raving about their experience. After leaving, well really the next day (LOL), I realized that our tasting was supposed to be only 60 minutes. I guess because we got along so well, we stayed until closing! And he gave me a glass with a generous splash and let us walk the property alone after they left! So welcoming and trusting.
