Phil is awesome. He's reliable and my dogs love him. They know when his car pulls up. My husky jumps to greet him everytime.

Phillip is amazing! He is like my own personal dog whisperer! He walk my goldendoodle Stella as I work nights and she always gets her exercise when I have limited time. Stella is always happy and excited to see Phillip and he takes such good care of her. He sends the best pictures of her when they are out in there adventures! Phillip has been a lifesaver and such a joy to have around! I would recommend him to anyone as we are so lucky to have him!

    Our babies love Phillip!

Phillip is outstanding! We moved here with our two dogs and three cats. Our lab can be a bit difficult to walk..... When we got married,, we left town for a week And a half & Phillip came to our rescue! He made fast friends with everyone! Even our scared cats! Now, we contact him when we go out of town and he's ready to go. He is always friendly & sends us pics of our babies. Just great! Thank you!!!

After interviewing several dog walkers, Phillip has won my pups Lunas heart! He is reliable and adores dogs. I have never trusted anyone more and am so happy with his services! He is affordable and even takes the pets overnight if needed for a great price! Both Luna and I are so happy and lucky to have Phillip!

He's still extra energetic, but when we've had to get control, his training is key. He also got injured playing and had to undergo a major knee surgery... THANK GOODNESS for the training! It's been hard, but again, training has been key to success. Looking forward to next steps sometime after rehab is done.

This was the very first time we left our 1-year-old dog with someone. He's almost 80 pounds of pure energy, a big, happy, very enthusiastic boy so choosing the right person felt incredibly important. I was anxious and very cautious about who we could trust. From day one, Sara exceeded every expectation. She didn't just "watch" our dog -- she worked with him every single day with so much passion, patience, and love. When he came home after two weeks, the difference was remarkable. He was calmer, more focused, and able to control his excitement much better. Walking him used to be a struggle -- he pulled constantly and tried to grab everything he saw on the street. Now, our walks are so much easier and more enjoyable. Of course, there's no magic in dog training -- consistency is key, and we continue to reinforce what he learned -- but his biggest issue, jumping on people, improved dramatically. The foundation she built made such a difference. What also gave us tremendous peace of mind was her communication. Sara sent frequent updates, photos, and videos showing us what he was learning and how he was doing. On top of that, we received detailed daily emails about his overall condition. It made us feel completely reassured that we had chosen the right person. She even gave him several baths during his stay! Her place is incredible , very secure, spacious, and extremely dog-friendly. It honestly felt like a big farm where dogs can feel free yet safe. Sara is truly passionate, caring, and loving. Her knowledge of different breeds and her training methods are impressive and effective. You can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any dog owner, no matter the age or breed. Leaving your dog with someone for the first time is never easy, but with Sara, you can feel confident your dog is in the best possible hands.

She makes sure that she is prepared for anything and everything, and documents it all with detailed notes and a checklist for your account. This is a comfort to moms and dads leaving their fur babies behind! My adorable cat Sadie is amazing to me, but not so much to strangers. However, Christine was able to work her magic to get Sadie engaged every day while we were on vacation. It is a huge relief to know that while we are gone, she isn't hiding and sleeping 24/7, sad and depressed. Sadie played with Christine, ate her wet food daily, and posed for photos to send to mom;-). Not only do I feel that Sadie was in great hands, but Christine went above and beyond to help with a few items around the house such as grabbing mail, cleaning up after Sadie's bulimic tendencies, and perhaps most importantly, feeding the outdoor cat "Blue" that we've semi-adopted in the last few months. And not only did we get daily photos and texts to update us on Sadie, we also got a few updates and photos on Blue, too! I love traveling but hate leaving Sadie. Finding Christine makes leaving my baby at home a little bit easier. Thank you, Christine!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

I booked their service last second, Sara was super quick in organizing everything to perfection. They use a special app (that I loved!) where you can message with them during your absence and receive updates and pics of your pet. Fantastic! My pet sitter was Laura. I couldn't have had better service. She is GREAT! she is very professional and from the first visit i realized that she loves her job and that she would take good care of my cat. Laura was great every day, every visit: she took great care of my cat! She sent me pics and updates every day. On my return everything was clean, perfect and it was as if I had never left. Thank you so much!! I will use Sarandipity again for my next vacation!

Sara (owner of Sarandipity- cute, huh?) and Laura (sitter) came by a day or two before our trip. Met the cats (well, the two of the three that weren't hiding) and we all discussed their care and any concerns while we were gone. Both Sara and Laura are very nice and down to earth - not judging our disheveled house (we just moved in) and the fact that we were frightened (feral cat kind of frightened) to leave. While gone, we received daily texts of collaged pictures and a quick update with how well the cats were doing. Laura (the sitter) kept us tuned in with our cat that was a little anti-social and even asked US for particulars on what SHE could do to assist HIM through his shyness. The trip was great - but we were definitely in a hurry to get home. The house was just as we had left it. Mail brought in, litter box changed, fresh water and dry food given, and Thank God the cats didn't create throw any crazy spraying parties while we were gone. Sarandipity also created a daily log for Laura to complete while visiting the house, (times she came, what she did and the moods of each cat). Thank you Sara and Laura! Your help is very much appreciated and you will definitely see Mia, Casanova and Grey Guy again. Readers check out my pictures of the LOG.
