I used this service for a while, and found that the walkers were excellent. I never got a great feeling from the owner. I ran into him one day and he told me how he had not followed my instructions in walking my dog, and told me my dog was "stubborn" because he liked to stop to sniff a lot on walks, he just seemed to dislike my dog in general (not an issue I've had with other dog walkers or with the daycare my dog has attended for the last 4 years). Since it seemed to be the owner walking my dog most of the time I stopped using the service. He is always available even last minute. Once I had to go to the ER with my husband and texted him last minute to take them out at night and it was no big deal.
