Mike came out today to take a look at our 30 year old 5 ton AC unit which was blowing like crazy but not cooling at all. From start to finish he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. In a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and bid the job. He completed the required repair within the hour and I was so pleased I asked him if he could take a look at a vent that had poor air flow. He suited up, went under the house, took pictures of the problem and performed the repairs the same day. I am difficult to impress but I can confidently say Mike does really good work for a fair price and I would call him again if I had any HVAC needs. First time we tried to use the A/C for the year, no luck. Mike showed up the next morning, several small issues contributing to the problem - a trip for parts and it was fixed a couple of hours later. 8 or 9 year old large A/C unit, we didn't expect anything major, just mostly labor & time I am sure. People seem to fret about this price or that price - if you are swapping out your HVAC system I am sure it makes sense to get a few quotes. If you have a break/fix problem, are you really going to pay 3 different people for a second & third opinion on a couple of hundred dollar problem - obviously not. We found Thermo Pro Inc. through Yelp and we are so glad we did as we had them move and replace our air conditioner. For 20+ years our AC was located in the back yard and we could not enjoy sitting outside when that "thing" went on, it was so LOUD! This is the first I write the review on yelp. My AC is not cold enough. The temperature was always above than 82. The air is not cold .I called the home warranty，they charged $75 for service trade call fee. Then the tech. check the AC. He said my AC just need to be clean. For cleaning，I need to pay by myself. The home warranty doesn't included. Then I find Mike who has 5 star in yelp. I think Mike is very professional, Friendly. He arrived on time. He checked the AC before and after cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about Thermo Pro! Our AC went out at about 4 PM on a Sunday. I got Thermo Pro's number from a friend who had highly recommended them and called them around 4:30 on Sunday. I did not expect to talk to anyone until Monday but Mike called me back immediately and offered to come out same day. I was astonished and very pleased that he had even offered to come over to take a look so late on a Sunday but told him it would be fine if he came over the next day. I requested that he give me a call before coming over because I have a dog that gets riled up and Mike did a great job of keeping me informed of his arrival time (which was exactly in the window he told me he would come in). Unfortunately, my AC needed a part that wasn't in stock (the beauty of an ancient AC) but Mike kept me in the loop the whole time and came to fix my AC the day the part came in. In short, Mike was professional, prompt and got my AC running great as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!
