I haven't been back in a long time! Did some Laundry early this morning and stopped by because man I got hungry real fast. I still see some friendly familiar faces. The food is still good !

Huge sandwich and they don't skimp on meat and toppings. Really great value and wish they had location SD. The sampler spring roll plate was awesome too. Baguette was delicious ... wish they would toast em a lil.

THH offers Vietnamese sandwiches and Vietnamese food and desserts to go. The brand is known in the community to offer consistently good food at reasonable prices. I particularly like the special "dac biet" + meatball sandwich and the different types of spring rolls that they sell. Places like this are great for roadtrips as we usually grab items and go. Parking is easy. Service is fast. Please come and create your own adventure.

Ordered the banh beo and nem nuong as a catering order for a 50 person potluck last minute with one night advance and they accepted my request no problem! The pick up was easy and store is clean. Everyone at the party loved the food and they gave plenty of side veggies and sauce so it didn't run out.

Early bird gets the goi cuon! My family and I entrust this place for all of our party trays, single portioned meals, strong Viet coffee, or banh mi. Their space is so clean and they literally make the food in front of you. If I want a snack, my go to is their goi cuon ( shrimp + pork sausage spring rolls). You just can't go wrong when you are here. It may be a food to go deli, but they always make it fresh + quick for you.

Banh mi spot in orange county. I had the chicken banh mi and the chicken udon noodle soup. The soup was very warm and flavorful. The sandwich was decent but I guess I have very high expectations for a banh mi in this area. Ambience - just do takeway. The place is not too clean but it's cheap.

Revisited because this is really the closest place to home. Got a cafe su da, and 2 regular baguettes. The girl gave me 3 because she noticed one of the baguettes was not shaped as round as it normally is so I appreciate that type of top level customer service. It's so busy at 8am, and am glad to give them a second chance.

i never really came here because i always thought the plaza was kinda sketchy, but oh my god this place opened my eyes & will now be my go-to for sandwiches. like the grilled pork banh mi was SO good, definitely prefer over the house special (especially if you don't like lots of different types of meats) & i would highly recommend! also got the avocado smoothie, very refreshing but nothing crazy unique since lots of vietnamese restaurants have this. - only thing is that i prefer the pork spring rolls from brodard's, but THH still has pretty solid ones. the inside is pretty clean & good amount of seating, plus service is quick (and just a note that most staff speaks viet)

My husband was craving Vietnamese coffee after our visit to Paul's Deli--so, of course, he got what he wanted. Ordering was quick and efficient at the counter. A $0.25 fee applies to all credit card transactions, no matter the amount. The ambiance was what you'd expect from a classic Vietnamese sandwich shop.

Usually love this place but they now skimp on the meat. Barely any meat. I'd rather go to carrot and daikon. Not coming back here anymore

Do they have the fried chicken sandwich like the Tustin location?

    They just added it

Is the steak sandwich beef or pork? Thank you

I think they have both options!

We were headed toward REI to grab some outdoor chairs and decided to stop at GHOST Sando Shop in Huntington Beach. I've driven past this place plenty of times and never really knew what it was. It also happened to be one of the only places open in the shopping center that early, so we figured, why not? Man, we had no idea what we were missing. We ordered the Melrose for ourselves and a Club for our daughter. Marco took our order and was also the one making the sandwiches. A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.

It has quite a few seating spots in the front of the shop but there's also seating areas throughout Rodeo 39. We ordered the katsu chicken and shrimp mix plate and the spam brûlée musubi. The flavors were so delicious with their kimchi butter really making the dish! And I loved the brûlée on the spam musubi. I'd say this wouldn't be the place for veggies but would definitely come here again!

From the start, the service was excellent and easily one of the highlights of our visit. The cashier was exceptionally kind and even apologized for the wait, generously applying his employee discount to our order to make up for it. Despite the initial delay, our food was ready within 10 minutes. **Spam Brûlée Musubi: 5/5** Nestled between layers of freshly steamed rice, the grilled spam was coated in a glossy teriyaki-style glaze. Creamy kimchi aioli was drizzled on top, while the brûléed brown sugar formed a thin caramelized crust that added a pleasant sweetness and delicate crunch with each bite. It was so good that we ended up getting a second order. **Hot Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken Sandwich: 5/5** This sandwich featured incredibly crispy panko-fried chicken that remained tender and juicy beneath its golden crust, smothered in hot kimchi butter that provided a subtle acidity and gentle heat. A touch of brûléed brown sugar introduced a sweet contrast to the savory fried chicken, while the kimchi aioli and macaroni salad brought a mellow creaminess that balanced its richness. Rounding out the sandwich was the Hawaiian bun, which was soft and moist yet nicely toasted on the exterior. **Hot Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken & Katsu Shrimp Mixed Plate: 5/5** The mixed plate was another standout, combining their signature chopped katsu chicken with lightly battered shrimp drenched in hot kimchi butter. The shrimp had a light crispness that gave way to a succulent, snappy bite, while the sauce delivered a bold, umami-forward flavor. Accompanying the proteins were rice and their house-made macaroni salad, which incorporated shredded tuna and mashed hard-boiled eggs into a mayonnaise-based dressing finished with a sprinkle of paprika. These additions elevated an otherwise unassuming side with unexpected depth and complexity. Between the outstanding hospitality and impressive execution, Shootz exceeded expectations across the board, earning its place as my go-to whenever I'm at Rodeo 39.
