My original nail spot wasn't open so I had to try out another place. This one is located by the metreon & next to Mel's Diner. I'm not a fan of the nail shops with just couches/chairs esp when it comes to pedicures bc your feet just ends up in a big bowl & it doesn't give me the relaxing vibe.. BUT, the chair I sat on was very comfortable and the girl doing my pedicure made sure I was in comfortable positions for it. She cleaned & shaped my nails well. I'm on my feet for 12 hrs at work and I give huge shoutouts to nail spots who give heavy massages LOL. The girl doing my nail A+++++ felt nice, if you like light massages or rub downs maybe another person there. It was $60 for a gel pedicure which I find kinda pricey for what I pay elsewhere, but it looks good and felt great. read more

I think it's pretty crazy to charge a customer for removal after they cut me during the removal process. They cut me while shortening my nails and it was not just a little nip it was the entire underside of my nail. Not sure if you can tell from the photos but the cut was so hard that even the inside of my nail was a little bruised or bleeding too. She was super apologetic and did a great job otherwise so I still tipped 20 dollars (including the 10 from the deposit), but I thought it was pretty crazy to still be charged a removal fee after bleeding from the process. I expected some sort of compensation or at least completely waiving the removal fee. read more

Firstly, I love the employees here. They are so sweet and I just am obsessed with talking with them. I asked for a pedicure and manicure, as I often do. I got this gorgeous red color and the woman doing my nails did amazing on the star. Such a gorgeous place and very calming to be there. I go almost every month to get my nails done. Don't sell gift cards if you won't accept them. My parents got me a $100 gift card for Christmas (purchased 12/2024). I went to use it today (8/2025) and they told me it was too old, even though it was purchased less than a year ago. If they expire, make that clear on the gift card. And check Civil Code §1749.5. Gift cards sold after 2008 generally cannot expire. Not accepting gift cards you issued within the past year is sketchy business. read more

Made an appt a week before for a Thursday slot at 1:15. When I came in, they had a few people in seat but there were enough nail technicians to handle more customers if they were to drop in. The salon itself is very clean looking. Service was great! They are all so nice and welcoming. I got a mani pedi and only got gel nail polish on my fingers. They had a lot of nail color options and even do nail art! They do not have a foot spa, but they use a basin with warm water which felt nice. I love my gel nails! I don't get my nails done that often, maybe once every 6 months, to clean my cubicles really. Sometimes to feel and look pretty. I decided to find something close to my dinner location as I had time to kill. They were able to slip me in the day of, which I appreciate. I read some reviews that some ppl got hurt/cubicles cut but I decided to risk it bc it's a convenient location and maybe I won't get the rough person. Well, I did. She was super rough and when she hurt me, I asked if she could be gentlier. Instead of apologizing, she just said "oh you don't get your nails done often" like she had to go hard at it or something. Yes, I don't get my nails done often AND you're rough. Not everyone who does my nails hurt me. I had to show her that I'm legit bleeding (ironically, the middle finger) to emphasize what I meant but even then, no apologies. The pedicure was fine though, she was nice and quick. But I think if you plan to go get a manicure, go elsewhere as there are only 4 of them working the shop and looked like two focuses on pedicure and two focuses on manicure and so you got a 50/50 chance of getting the rough person who is rude. The place doesn't really look that sanitized either Website rates said that if you get a manicure with no color, it's cheaper. I didn't get color for both. But when I went to pay, the cashier, who doesnt even look old enough to drink, let alone know what good customer service is, awkwardly smile and told me that the website wasn't updated and that was that. No matching or anything. The whole experience was not great. I only gave them 2 stars bc the pedicure was fine. Otherwise, it'll be one. Made an appointment for a gel manicure and they had a lot of availability for the same week. The appointment itself was great - Lina did a great job cleaning and shaping my nails and helped me pick the perfect colors for a glazed nail look. The salon itself is very cute and clean. Took away 2 stars due to the longevity and price of the manicure. After only a week, the top coat of my polish started to peel off (maybe because of the chrome powder layer, which cost $15 extra) and the polish close to my cuticles started to lift. They also charged $10 for gel removal, so my total was around $70 (plus tip). I really liked the service here, but not sure if I can justify the price. read more

I really wanted to like this place since it's a lot closer to the usual place I go to for my nails. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had a poor experience with the service and will not be going back. My friend asked for some light pink recommendations and her nail lady picked one. After a couple coats in, my friend expressed how the color was so sheer that it didn't even look like she had nail polish on and the nail lady was super defensive and did not want to fix the color. My friend was being really flexible requesting they put a more opaque color on top so they don't have to redo the whole thing. Her nail lady ends up throwing a fit and leaving her to do another persons pedicure which I thought was extremely unprofessional-- to leave a job unfinished. In the midst of this all, the owner was condescending telling her "don't get mad because you don't understand how the color works" but refused to give her color recommendations that weren't sheer. The lady who did my friend's pedicure ended up finishing the job and was super sweet and checked to make sure she liked the new color. I wished they handled the situation differently without having to put my friend down. In addition to my friend's poor experience with the owner and her nail lady, I would say the quality of work on my fill was pretty poor. A few days later my nail cracked and started to separate from my real nail. I never had this issue going to my regular nail spot where I get frequent fills. It might have to do with the fact that they actually don't offer acrylic fills but use gel to do the fills. Not sure how my nail could possibly break since I didn't do anything strenuous being on vacation. read more

Up in San Francisco for business and my previous dip manicure kept chipping, I had to find a close place to my hotel to get my nails done, and found this place. So glad I did! I might even put off getting my nails done until I am up here again for work!! Joanna did my dip set, and she was a perfectionist in the best possible way. There was every attention to detail about the quality of the dip, cuticles, along with mail shape and length. I do have one natural nail that was broken when I came in. Joanna was able to keep it as long as possible to match the others without cutting the rest of my nails down too far. So happy!! The only that I didn't like was the seats. I needed to fit in an emergency mani after breaking two nails at work. I have my usual salon by my house and a second one by work. However, I happened to notice this one also close to my work and thought I'd give them a try. While my technician was very nice, I am never returning. It comes down to the quality of the work, which I'm fine with paying more money for, but a damn shame when I'm paying $10 more (for a REGULAR mani, mind you) and it chips after three days. WTF. I usually get regular manis over gel and have even had some last over two weeks so I expect every job to last at least one week. Lastly, I had asked for an express when walking in. Stated again when I sat down with my technician. Was still charged for the regular (where is my massage then?) I was late so just paid and besides, my technician wasn't even there when I was paying so I could clarify. Never ever again. Go to Lotus on Maiden Lane a couple of blocks away for the same ambiance, lower pricing and MUCH better work. read more

There are a lot of bumps and bubbles and edges that weren't clean. I thought that leaving it under the hot drier would help it but it didn't at all. The service was overall good and the girl that did my nails wasn't talkative (which was a good thing for me because I had a long day at work). The environment was nice besides it being a little awkward to be facing someone else who was getting their nails done right in front of me. After drying, I wasn't sure how long I was suppose to sit there (I don't get manicures often, obviously haha) so I ended up sitting there for about 30 min.
