The staff and owner at this location is top notch! I recently bought a 2006 Honda Civic from them and they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They treated me with respect with no pressure. I visited several people selling cars on Craigslist, which was a nightmare, and I lost all faith in trusting people. I visited two auto dealers before Third Coast Auto Group and they both were unpleasant. I'm grateful I drove the 20+ miles to purchase from Third Coast Auto Group in Round Rock because there is a very noticeable difference in integrity. Don't recommend buying from them they're nice and all, but whenever your car/truck needs something done like alignment, or anything with car fixing they will put it aside!! My stepdad is friends with there mechanic and every time I would call they would transfer me to him n he would be like " o I can check it out to set a appointment, but like your stepdad is a mechanic tell him to check it out and see what's wrong with it so he can call me and tell me instead" like it's not my stepdads job it's there job to do that!! The amount of junk i found in the car when i bought it. McDonalds wrappers, candy, french fries, and more stuff when i initially cleaned it. Not only that, there was some chocolate/coffee sprayed all over the interior roof. Took my car twice over to the dealership to see what was wrong with it and it was supposedly "fine". Me and my wife have a truck with third coast the staff is good to you until you get your vehicle if your car gets damaged or breaks down the repairs are on you the say they have mechanics, but they send you to shady ass auto repair shops that over charge you for work to be done while you still have to pay for your car note they do not work with you on payments at all but of all things DO NOT AGREE TO TERMS OF An OFFER OR DEAL ....if they offer you cash prizes for on time payments its fraud DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING EXTRA when you complete whatever is asked of you they will give you the run around put you on hold on the phone to the point you hang up give you excuses definitely wouldn't be my first stop again to get a car or truck here read more

I'm really disappointed the first time i got a car from here i had no problems but the lady that sold it to me isn't there anymore. Rocky was the one who sold me the Nissan versa a car salesman should be responsible for obtaining the history of the car he made this car sound flawless great mileage well taken care of so tell me why i rarely drove it and now I'm stuck paying Nissan of new Braunfels 2500 to get it out of the shop. So I got my tundra from this Dealer, I was told it was in house financing, so it was about $15,000 total, and I signed all documents, and when I went home I saw a page that I never saw when I was signing the documents, so it came out to be $19,000, they are a team of thieves, But what's done is done, so I'm supposed pay $240 on the 13th and 29th of every month. This is probably one of the worst dealerships i have ever dealt with. I called the number on the website early Friday morning to inquire about a midsize truck i had seen online. It was an individuals cell phone who seemed to be very bothered about my calling and inquiring about a certain vehicle. He was not welcoming and not very helpful. He called me back about my question, and his answer was actually false. He told me to go speak to Derek, the sales manager. Upon my arrival i was directed to Derek's direction. Let me tell you, between the gentlemen on the phone and Derek, i think the wall's in that place had a better personality. It seemed to me that third coast auto group is drowning in money, because they were definitely not trying to even attempt to sell me a vehicle. Derek had no knowledge about the truck i was looking at, he was certain the truck was a short bed when it was really a long bed. Do not buy from here! 2 weeks ago I bought a jeep, looked great, Unfortunately we have now discovered that the undercarriage is rusted! The breaks, suspension, shocks etc are all compromised. When i called, the owner, Ken, said thatIi had no come back as I signed an 'as is' form. I had hoped that he would assist in the repairs, or preferably buy back the jeep. Very disappointing. This post is long but worth the read. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300 on 3/27/2021. Put $4000 down. Car had a few minor issues such as no car rugs, a spot that needed a touch up paint, and only 1 of the tire sensors worked. But those were things I felt I could work with. I also want to add I live in Harker Heights which is an hour and a half away. The first day I had this car on the drive home I noticed there were popping sounds coming from the front end. Im no mechanic but from a previous experience it sounded like it could be  problem with my ball joints.  I go to a gas station and when I pump the gas it all leaks out. So I drive back to the dealership and drop the car off for them to fix these issues and now they have my money but I go home without my car. The following Monday I pick up the car. A week later the popping sounds are back but louder and the generic key fob I was given for this car only works sometimes. So now every time I go to crank up car the key fob is not recognized. Each time I spend 5 to 10 minutes playing with the start button until I can get it to work. It even got to the point where I would be scared to turn off the vehicle because I never knew how long it would take to crank up. Now I have to take the car back. The guy who sold me the car drives the car himself and was able to hear the loud popping sounds for himself. They refused to provide me with a loaner. So I miss work. I get my car back and 2 weeks later the popping sounds are back. Now I'm pissed. I ask them to provide me with a detailed invoice so I can see for myself what work was actually done to this car. They say they can not provide me with that information because the invoices they have only has the price. WHAT. What kind of shit is that?  I spoke with a manager name Jose and he wants me to bring the car back but again they refuse to provide me with a loaner when this is their fuck up. He goes on to say that they do not have a loaner car program. Its not a dam program that you apply for Jose. It's what you do for a customer when you fuck up. Not leave them stranded.  I even reached out to the general manager name Steve Quiroz. Called him several times and left several messages. To this day he has never even returned any of my calls. I have decided to get my car fixed by my mechanic and yes it was the ball joints. Paid out my own pocket. But at least I know the car is fixed correctly. I never got to enjoy my car at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Once they get your money and their commission they no longer care about you. So to the guy who sold me this vehicle, Jose, and Steve sham on you. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again nor would I recommend friends family not even a stranger to them. read more

Jordan Sowle in the last week Ummm. So these guys carry a fraudulent car. Take a look at the 2010 Impala "SS". I personally own an 06 Impala SS with a 5.3L LS4, leather seats, and 18" Chrome rims with silver SS badging. All stock and standard on an SS. I took a look at their "SS" and I was appalled at what I saw: 1. The seats are cloth. The Impala SS of that generation NEVER had cloth seats. Only leather. 2. It carries only a 3.5L v6. NOTHING like the real engine that goes inside a true SS. 3. The "SS" badging is on the WRONG SIDE OF THE TRUNK and is the WRONG COLOR. The true SS badging for Impala was CHROME. 4. The 2010 Impala SS... DOES NOT EXIST!!!! They were only made from year model 06-09. 5. The "Rims" are merely what seems to be plastidipped black HUBCAPS. Real SS rims actually are rims and come in 17" or 18" chrome. 6. The car Third Coast is trying to fraud is sitting too high and too straight to be the SS. The SS has specially tuned suspension to drop it lower and give it a pointed stance. 7. It has no fog lights. None. The true SS comes with them standard. If anyone has read this far and still doesn't believe me, go get ANY Chevy lover or mechanic and bring them with you to look at this car. It's a fraud. Scam. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. This has got to be one of the most awful dealerships that I have ever had an experience with. First of let me say the sales manager (Chris ) and mechanic manager (Johnny) are the rudest people! They talk to you like your the idiot that knows nothing! I got one car from them which broke down three days later and after that car was not repairable at the moment they couldn't figure out how to fix it they swapped me into another car which for a year and 4 months every 2-3 months was in the shop finally Chris and Johnny refused to fix the issues which were a lot more major then they claimed it to be ( stated it's was just an o2 sensor) took it to a Chevy dealership and it was not o2 sensor it was and issue with fuel system and engine timing off! So I contacted them and they wouldn't help so I finally decided to return the car and no longer deal with them! Please beware of their lemons they are selling and upon research on this dealership they have a lot of claims against them and many issues and unhappy customers!
