Stopped by here to get a drink for the road. The inside is decorated very nicely! The customer service is great as well. I got a rose milk tea with sea salt cheese foam, boba, 50% sweet, and light ice. The milk tea is delicious. It's light, floral, and sweet. The cheese foam gives it a silky taste. The boba was perfect. You can taste the honey. It's soft and has a chew to it. Will definitely stop by again to try their souffles. They look amazing!

Respectfully, one of the worst portions I have every seen. Nothing to the service because the guy seemed overwhelmed as there is only 1 worker for 5+ orders in the span of 10 minutes. $4.50 for less than a handful of fries that we waited 20 mins for and $7.50 rolled ice cream that can only be described as sad. Pity because the ice cream was not bad, taste wise. Fries were so bland until we asked for more seasoning which we had to add ourselves. The ambiance of the place was actually really nice just a pity that the food servings is not worth the money.

I've never seen a boba place with such variety! They do rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, soufflé pancakes and so much more. Their boba is pretty good too; it's the right amount of soft and chewy. It is very reminiscent of boba from The Alley if you like that kind of boba. Definitely try their soufflé pancakes! They are super soft, and theres even a good variety of flavors too. I recommend ordering online for the soufflé pancakes because it can take around 20-30 minutes to finish one. The staff is also really nice! They'll sometimes bring the drink to wherever you're sitting instead of having you walk up to them yourself. Definitely try this place out; its one of the only boba places I go to in the Murrieta/Temecula area.

We come here all the time. My kids love this place. Service is always great. We ordered Fuji mountain and strawberry milk tea. Fuji mountain looked a lot blue this time than before. After mixing it, it turned all blue. I wonder if they changed ingredients. Anyway, it was good as usual. They are middle of remodeling I think. They changed the wall paint recently. It is alway clean and lots of seating space inside.

Went again to redeem the bogo offer I had earned, and ended up with 3! An-Me was super nice, I think she's the same lady who let me keep the messy drink that didn't seal all the way a few days ago. This time when I tried to redeem the bogo offer, their machine wasn't working so she wrote down my number and said she would just input it when it started working again. When my 2 orders of ice cream were done, I pointed out that she had used the wrong toppings, so she made a 3rd one. She then offered to let me keep all 3. This place is amazing, and the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend and I'm definitely a repeat customer for my sweet tooth!

Finally found our go-to boba shop! It only took a year but we found it. Not only is their boba perfect chewy but not too sweet, their huge drinks have just the right about of sweetness. My fave is the rose milk tea with boba. New fave snack is their soufflé cake with salted cheese sauce! I kinda made weird face when the owner suggested it... but when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. Ya gotta try this!!! Fluffy texture, sorta like salted caramel but lighter and less decadent. Kids loved the waffle with Ice cream. They offer 10% military discount, too.... Thanks, guys!

First visit and I am already in love. The decor was bright, colorful and sweet. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming, was greeted the moment I came in (and it was busy mind you) I was given a good introduction to the menu and I decided to stick to my favorite. Taro Milk Tea with Boba. I was not disappointed. Their milk tea was just the right amount of sweet, I'll definitely be back for it and am looking forward to bringing family to try it. Also, major added bonus I got a sample of the maple bacon ice cream and I am here to tell you, it's good. Real good. 10/10 I'll be back read more

I am so glad they closes at 11pm for some late night bobas and egg waffles. While it advertised for thai ice cream, it have ample choices of bobas and my favorite Hong Style egg waffles in the middle of Temecula! Nice decor and definitely a treat to chat with the owner. He is extremely nice. IC Rainbow is inspired by his daughter and run by his wife hence the unicorn theme and pastel color. IC rainbow go along with the unicorn theme, colors on the hot air ballon, and rainbow appearing when he drives back to Temecula from SD. What a nice story and I am so glad they open in Temecula. Definitely make my trip to Temecula more noteworthy beside the wines. In addition, everything is so delicious. Definitely a try and I love they have non dairy options too! read more

I had the privilege of visiting rainbow ic on my birthday and I was blown away by the artsy vibe, the amazing colorful decorations and the delicious ice cream. Although we went there for the ice cream we spent so much time taking pictures as we took advantage of the amazing decorations, colorful walls, and wonderful drawings on the walls. The service was amazing, the workers there were very attentive, and even reached out to our children inviting them to play activities and help set them up to enjoy some yummy ice cream. The ice cream there is honestly some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I don't know how they roll the ice cream but it's so delicious, every flavor we had was amazing. This place used to be great but they changed ownership. They were playing music with curse words. I brought my daughter in and we were so uncomfortable. The place is run by 2 teenagers who were just flirting and laughing with each other instead of fulfilling orders. They were also eating while making the rolled ice cream. It was also dirty. There was literally a dead bug on the stack of napkins. We wont be back. read more

Tonight was my first time trying this place out, and i definitely will be coming back again! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone there looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing, and the owner (not entirely sure) even chatted with us! He suggested we tried their ice cream in addition to the boba we ordered, and it was delicious! We had a Thai tea, milk tea, and avocado rolled ice cream. Their milk tea is honestly the best milk tea I've had in comparison to other boba places. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. As for the avocado ice cream, I was unsure at first because the idea of avocado in ice cream form sounded weird. But I'm so glad I gave it a try! It had the perfect amount of milk to give it a good balance of creaminess and sweetness. I am lactose intolerant, but I occasionally sacrifice my stomach for treats like this. This place is definitely worth it LOL. Their customer service also doesn't compare to any other boba/ice cream place I've been to before. We lost track of time and stayed til close (oops), but not once did we feel rushed to leave! We even got to sample a few upcoming menu items for taste testing!! :) I will definitely be coming back, and I'll be bringing my family with me next time! Also a plus: The decor is also very aesthetic and makes great Instagram posts lol. read more

Great service and ambience! They have a variety of item such as bubble waffle, smoothies, slushies, milk tea, flavored tea, Thai rolled ice cream, popcorn chicken, Cajun fries... I love their souffle cakes, very light, fluffy and yummy! If you order a souffle cake, they do take some time to make but they are worth the wait! They have a variety of jellies/boba and flavors. They even have free water in the corner you can pour yourself while you wait. read more

Delicious! Me and my boyfriend first had rolled ice cream at this place in Costa Mesa and were instantly obsessed! We were constantly looking for places to try around here and there weren't any so we were excited when this place finally opened. Love bringing my kids to IC Rainbow. The staff is always friendly and their menu selection and prices are amazing ! It's very affordable for me . They are always kind and helpful. The lady at the register was attentive and explained to us that the rainbow ice cream was like sherbet. The taro soufflé cake was yummy. I love the bubble waffle! For awhile now, I've seen my friends post about rolled ice cream, and I've always wanted to try it but there haven't been any places around here that has it. Now there's IC Rainbow, and I am definitely in love. My boyfriend and I were craving some ice cream after having lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. We actually stopped at the ice cream place in the mall that had rolled ice cream, but the flavors weren't as appealing as the ones that were offered at IC Rainbow. My boyfriend found them on Yelp and they had great reviews for only being opened less than a month. The price isn't even that bad because you get so many additional toppings! My boyfriend got taro and added kit kat, strawberry wafers, and something else that I can't remember. I ordered the fruity pebbles with strawberry wafers, sprinkles, and graham cracker, and it was delicious. The way they make it is fascinating to watch too. The business is owned by a kind family and they have one employee who is super sweet and made the ice cream delicious! Since she's the only employee, I hope they treat her well because she definitely looks like a hard worker! I will definitely be back and will continue to stuff my face with fruity pebbles rolled ice cream :) read more

This place was decent before but sadly it's gone beyond down in quality and seervice. Ordered a messy taro drink (used to be called a taro later) and lady asked me if I wanted it with milk or milk tea, I said milk. (Ordered like so before) Get the drink and it's literally just milk and taro chunks. No actual flavor of taro. I speak to a worker and she just says if you ordered it with milk that's how it taste. First off no, I've had it before it had taro taste with taro chunks and what they gave me was absolute trash and so she asked if I wanted it remade and I said yeah I'll take it with the milk tea so that it had actual flavor. Then a minute later she brings out a normal taro milk, and then when I said where is the taro bits she tried saying that I said I wanted just a milk tea like I didn't order a messy taro milk tea. Guess it must be new owners or simply the og owners don't care. Guess I shall find a new place for boba. read more

I've been to many rolled ice cream establishments before. I was quite disappointed when I bought strawberry rolled ice cream at this particular location a few week ago only to find out that the magic of watching them make it was skipped. So I got the ice cream in a scoop form not rolled. It was covered in whipped cream and sprinkles along with a few other toppings. The flavor was good but my main purpose of going there was for the rolled ice cream. Maybe I'm being petty.... but then again if I'm paying $8 for rolled ice cream, I expect rolled ice cream. Never have I encountered a place like this where even in the women's restrooms, I constantly find people leaving pee all over the seats and floors, globs of feces and piles of toilet paper and seat liners left unflushed in the toilets (recently happened in yours), unclean, unrepaired toilets just covered with black garbage bags for several months (like at the mall), sticky floors and dining tables, horrendous, LAZY customer service, restrooms reeking of horrid, cheap chemical perfumes (like in your restroom), businesses charging extra to OMIT ice from their smoothies, fake people smiling in your face while unreasonably upcharging you, backstabbing you, talking behind your back, and too California soft to take any sort of honest, completely founded criticism, and people all over the place, particularly on the road, living in their own completely isolated K-pop, Disneyland imaginary bubbles doing whatever the f they want without ANY regard for anyone else. It is the most miserable, disgusting energy I've ever had the misfortune of existing in...indescribably miserable of how deep the misery goes. Yes, absolutely I have found some decent people around, but overall there is something horrid here in the air. Believe me, no one is more disgusted by this place than I am. I don't know what jacked up wormhole I got sucked into, but I want to get out of this place as soon as humanly possible. A long time ago I tried boba tea. I honestly just wasn't impressed by it. The tapioca balls (now I know they were black sugar) left me unimpressed. On a whim, I decided to try IC Rainbow and was so surprised to find out that I actually love boba! Maybe my tastebuds matured, or maybe IC Rainbow is going something right! I have been there twice now, and ordered a classic milk tea with white honey boba. Both times, I was greeted immediately upon walking in, the gentleman was very patient with me and explaining the different options (my brother wanted something different from what I usually get this time around). Very simple ordering process, their system calculates a tip for you, and prompt service. I can't speak of their ice cream or other drinks, but their milk teas and tapioca balls are on point. They also have a sign posted that if you visit on Thursdays (I think within a time frame, I only got a quick glance at the sign) and wear something with a unicorn on it, you get a small discount! Ice cream was just okay and not many flavors to choose from. On top of that my order came out way later than my boyfriends and other people who were in line behind me got their ice cream first and by the time I got mine he was finished and by the time his friend got his, HIS girlfriend was finished with her's... obviously they need to fix their system or create a ticket system so that people actually receive their order in the correct time from which they placed it. Ridiculous. But there is another rolled ice cream place opening up off Murrieta Hot Springs so I guess I'll just be patient and wait till they're open instead of returning to this place. Icecream was just okay and not many flavors to choose from. There has to be a lot that needs to change. Thats what they did with ours and I ended up with less ice cream than my brother, and they DID NOT bat an eye at how I ordered a larger size. They say you order by weight, but they don't bother to weigh it. I advise not to go to this place since the people they have working there do not give you what you paid for usually. read more
