First off let me tell you this place is underrated! Some of the BEST Thai food I've ever had. Their Tom Yum soup is so delicious with so many different flavors that complement each other well. I can honestly say to this day the BEST Tom Yum soup I've had! There spring rolls and sauce are a good way to start off your lunch to dinner with something like and refreshing. Now, I've tried both the regular and the one with noodles and both leave me satisfied yet always wanting more cause it's so good! The service is very warm, welcoming and friendly. The ambiance is relaxing and every time I come back I want to bring a friend. I would recommend this spot to anyone trying to eat some good Thai food for a decent price. Wow! This is truly delicious and authentic Thai food. The papaya salad was the best I've had outside Thailand, and just as good as the best inside Thailand. We also enjoyed the Masaman curry and the spicy eggplant. read more

Price wouldn't have mattered if the food was good let me just start with the rice was all veggies and what rice was there was mushy the garlic chicken no flavor curry boring used to be my favorite! The worst was probably the chicken satay it was huge pieces so big that you couldn't taste the marinade at all! No one ate them they used to make the best! They are located in the same plaza as Target across from El Pollo Loco and there is plenty of parking outside. I did like the fact that the lady was willing to do curbside pickup even though it didn't say that on yelp. Food- I always get pad thai at every thai restaurant so I had to try their pad thai. I got the shrimp pad thai and the flavor was good but it was not as moist as I would like it. Everything was fresh. They also forgot to give me lime. The crying tiger flavor was really good but the beef was so hard. I couldn't eat most of it. To-go portion size- 1-2 people. Found myself alone on a Saturday night so I decided to treat myself with some pad thai and tv. I browsed on the internet until I found this place! I placed an order over the phone and started to drive on over. I'm always nervous trying a new place, but I'm so happy I took a chance on this restaurant! The pad Thai was probably the most flavorful I've ever had! It was so good and still very warm when I picked it up. I will be coming back to try more options in the future! First- Don't use Door Dash here. I ordered via Door Dash for pick up. Paid for it via the app (verified my checking account was charged). Showed up at the restaurant. The person at the counter said, "we don't have Door Dash." I showed them the app with the order. They took a picture of it and made me my food. They ultimately resolved the issue, but I had to push a little bit to make it happen (mind you after I had been charged). Reasonably, they should know if they have Door Dash or not. Whatever. Breakdown in communication happens. Maybe the person was new and didn't know. Who knows? I moved passed that and brought home dinner for my wife and myself. We ordered Veggie Pad Thai and an order of the egg(less) roles which happened to be vegan (apparently I'm supposed to tell everyone I know when something is vegan). Here is the breakdown: (1-5 star rating) Veggie Pad Thai Freshness: 5 stars- super fresh and hot! Vegetables: 5 stars- good size/cut and just enough of them Noodles: 4 stars- I personally like them cooked a little less. Only (slightly) mushy if I'm being picky. Flavor: 2 stars- bland/no heat. Really not much flavor at all. I'm used to going to Thai restaurants where they typically ask how hot do you want it 1-5 (or 10 or whatever). This was a 0 for hotness. Egg(less) Roles Freshness: 5- super hot and fresh Crispness: 5- really crisp. Great for dipping Filling: 3- a bit stingy on the filling. Not much in there. Flavor: 3- while the crispy shell was nice, the filling didn't pack much flavor. The sauce was nice, but a bit much to talk about. Overall: Atmosphere: Cool vibes inside. I saw a party of about ten people that looked like they were thoroughly enjoying themselves. Trendy decor. Service: service was okay. Not awful. It was a short transaction. Value: 3- $45 for two people is a bit pricey for this meal in my opinion. As I've said in other posts, I get it. EVERYTHING is more expensive right now. The small business owners/associates need to survive. I do believe in that. I'm just saying the value on this one isn't there for me. It is great that there is an option to order brown rice with the entrees as well. Our favorites include the dumplings and cashew chicken. The dining area is comfortable and it has a great ambiance. We were down the street at the Fairplex and wanted to grab Thai food for a late lunch. We've never been in the area before so I'm glad it had a 4.5 on Yelp. This is easily a Top 5 of Thai restaurants that I've eaten at. I used to hang out with a gal from Thailand so we ate Thai food regularly and even served times not on the menu (Thanks Tuy!!!) We started with the Tom Kha with shrimp. It was flavorful- all the aromatics were there. The temperature was by perfect, it's a little chilly outside so this hit the spot for a starter. We had pork Pad See Ew, the noodles were like butter, very supple and tender, and the pork was nicely thin and cooked through. The broccoli was nice and tender too. We got the Spicy eggplant with shrimp - they didn't overcook the shrimp, it was perfect! Truth be told that I always get a spiced basil chicken whenever I go to a new Thai Restaurant and they didn't have it (this dish is usually my litmus test of a Thai restaurant). The eggplant were sautéed well and the sauce was very complementary. Lastly we got their Thai Fried rice with came with shrimp and a new twist that I never had before - whole fried Basil leaves on top. Again, excellent. We ordered all our dishes as 4 out or 4 for spiciness, and honestly we saw all the red pepper flakes on all the dishes, and nothing felt like it was spicy as to being even close to a 3. It didn't matter, we had the condiments on the table and we could have easily kicked it more, but it wasn't necessary. I complimented our server and told him that this has to be in my Top 5. I'm not Thai but I've been eating Thai food since the 80s and I could eat it daily. So if you are ever in the area, it's a short drive off the 210 on Fruit St. If I'm ever remotely close to this place in the future, I will definitely stop here and try more of their dishes. read more

We've been here before several times when it was "Bangkok Blue" Thai Restaurant. We called the order in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there sooner than that and the food was ready. That was nice. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai Noodle, Red Curry Chicken and some white rice. The food was delicious. Not sure why it has taken us this long to try this place. The Red Curry Chicken was spicy but that was okay, we like spicy. I always go to this restaurant once in awhile when my mother has time off of work. The workers here treat everyone like family. Everyone is so sweet. There was an old man one day who was working a waiter shift for the first time and when he took our order he had sat with us and had a genuine conversation it was absolutely adorable.
