FLF (Fast Lean Fit) has all the best amenities a studio gym offers that most big gyms provide at nearly a fraction of their membership costs. Not only does FLF have weights, a dead lift station, and olympic style rings.. I use the dry sauna, and cold plunge bath every session.. You can feel right away that it's a gym where everyone is welcomed. All body types. All ages. No egos. What continues to surprise me is the knowledge that the trainers have. Nick has an educated response to all of my random questions, and continues to motivate and encourage me on my journey.
