Great company. Amazing work. I've never met such efficient and thoughtful team. Very convenient communication, professional service and good quotes. It was my first move experience, but I've heard a lot from my friends how hard it cloud be and should I say I was worried? Happily I don't know any problems thanks to these guys. First of all, I must say I'm not very scrupulous or precise person so I was surprised when they arrived right on time. I wasn't ready at all) It was my fault, the stuff wasn't ready either, it was a mess in my apartment. I was in the middle of packing things into the boxes. I expected they would be like "serious? what did you do all this time?" however they were very friendly and polite, like true gentlemen Sam suggested to help me. So Sam and Walter just began to help me packing things and together we ended it very quickly and they started to wrap my furniture and loading it to the trucks. I felt like little girl with those Heroes from the movies, so strong and powerful they were. Easily and quickly they did all this hard work, they even reassembled my furniture as I asked. It was just great for us and a big help to know about this moving company right on time when we were in need of moving. The move was out of a large elevator building to an apartment about 1.5 miles away, which took about one hour and thirty minutes. Just an incredibly quick, smooth moving experience - about as pleasant as moving can possibly be. I've been fortunate to never have a horrible experience, but this was simply the best. Guys were very careful with not only the objects, but the apartment itself. Scott and Emmitt moved everything with such care and got the move done smoothly, safely and efficiently. We also liked the fact that they were really quick to respond after submitting their online form via Yelp. Communication with customer service throughout the process was professional and prompt. This is a fascinating company! We had the best experience with it. Our two-member family needed to be moved out of a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment and the company not only was able to accommodate us and meet a deadline but also fulfilled conscientious work. In fact they showed up ten minutes early and moved every piece of furniture with such care and handily. They were very careful with every possible object (surprisingly even more careful than we would have been ourselves!). Just excellent job! Alright so i have no idea where to even begin with these movers. Phone call; quick and easy, service; quick and easy, every worker; so polite. I've never had an experience like this with movers, every mover before them was so rude and non cooperative. After my previous movers I never wanted to hire again but because of my situation I couldn't even find time to do things myself without taking me at least a few weeks I have such a busy schedule. I was actually recommended from a friend to give these guys a call, and I'm telling you me and that friend got so much closer because of it haha, I'm not sure how they did but it only took 2 days to get everything packed and moved over to my new apartment, they unloaded everything very fast and organized, definitely will hire some more! read more

Very talented crew, did an outstanding job. This was my first time calling a moving company so I didn't really know what to expect. Im glad I gave these guy a call they save my a lot of time and energy. They worked very effectively and got the job done quickly. These movers took extra good care of my belongings for some things such as mirrors, and glass the shrink wrapped them to give it some extra protection. the movers themselves were a group of very cool and nice guys that know how to handle all kinds of items in a way that is quick but still keeps your things safe. I was impressed watching them work it was like watching worker ants carrying things twice there size lol. If you don't give them a call I think you would be making a mistake. This company has some of the most professional and hands-on moving experts that I have worked with in recent years. A couple friends of mine insisted on helping me complete this move by ourselves but I did not underestimate the size of this job and so I did some research. The service this moving company recently provided me was extraordinary! We have a lot of things made out of glass and several nice mirrors that we were specifically more worried about. We were a little worried because we decided to not get the extra insurance because we are currently struggling financially. The workers assured us that nothing would happen to any of our items and that there was absolutely nothing that we had to worry about. They took exactly as long as they said they would take when they had initially came in to give us our quote. I am now very happy because nothing was broken thank god! The entire process from quote to delivery and install was great! They made the dreading moving process stressful and easy. I received a call a few days before he schedule move to confirm items that were being moved as well as the date, time and location. Movers called about 30 minutes out just as the company said they would. They were incredibly personable, quick and showed that they cared about the how your belongings were handled. I had a majority of my items moved from one two story house to another. Moving, packing, unpacking and dealing with different vendors is a stressful process. Everything worked out for us in the best possible manner for this move, from the moment we spoke to the representatives of this firm we were sure they were the real deal. The lady over the phone answered all of our questions and informed us of the steps and procedures they take for each move, depending on the size and scale of the location. Afterwards she let us know to contact them back whenever we were ready to get all of our stuff packed up and loaded onto the trucks to be transported. The last time we had contacted a company to help us out on something was when we were performing some renovations in our home. This time we needed a group of guys that knew everything about moving, because to be completely honest our move was going to be a total headache with all of the furniture we needed to transport. The couches and bed sets were probably the heaviest items in our house, but they required at least two or three gentlemen to carry each one outside and into the trucks. We can't say enough good things about this company. We would have a very difficult move if they did not exist. We own an extensive library and had more than 350 boxes of books, papers and other media, along with 30 bookcases and we could not move to our new house in Thousand oaks without our library. The moving process was in the middle of winter but in spite of bad weather they arrived on time. They packed and loaded our entire library without an issue. We had a relatively large size move that we needed desperate assistance on however most of the places we had contacted were not willing to help out. It was either a problem with the distance of the move or the amount of things that needed to be hauled out, which we really did not understand since they are essentially moving companies. I feel like they wanted to charge us an extra rate for the extra work that they needed to put in, however these guys did not charge us any hidden fees and still performed a great job. I usually don't write reviews, but i thought it is credit where it's due. I had an urgent situation which required me to have a vacate my apartment within 2 days. Moving is a hassle in itself, however, having to move in such a short time span was nothing but a headache.
