Upon picking up my car, checking out was quick and I was given further context on my repairs. The staff were all awesome. When I drove off, I immediately tested my car for 1 of the issues I had and found that not only was the problem resolved, MY CAR NOW DRIVES BETTER THAN IT HAS IN YEARS!!!

When the infamous dreaded call came for the damages, they told me to come pick it up--that it was done. As it turned out, I just needed a new key. My old key was worn from years of use. After expecting a bill of hundreds of dollars, I brought my baby home for just the inspection fee of $75. Well worth it! The second time I brought my car in, it sounded like a lawn mower. I knew this wouldn't be a cheap fix. My car is aging and only worth about $2000 for retail sale, so this visit would determine whether I would keep my car or donate her. I knew an exhaust leak would probably be too much to get fixed, but I figured I would see what thy had to say. The issue turned out to be a broken manifold. I cringed when I heard that, but then they said it would be a little over $425. I gave them the green light and even got an oil change on top of it. My car runs great again. I will be bringing my cars here again. Great, fair and honest people, running this business. I highly recommend! 5 stars!

He said something else needed to be fixed, not that. I told him that there had not been that leak before he worked on the car and that I wanted him to fix it. In addition, he told me that he would provide me with a receipt for all of the parts. After repeated requests, he has not done so. He will attempt to intimidate you if you stand up for yourself even after you paid him his asking price. This could have been a stellar review of the man knew about gapping spark plugs (which is very basic knowledge, and something I mentioned to him before he started the job) and if he didn't legally assault me when I informed him that I would report his refusal to make good on the service I paid for. My issue occurred on March 19, 2024 morning when Carlos came to my home to redo the spark plugs he installed on my 2002 Infiniti i35. He scanned my car's electronics and tried to lay the blame on a solenoid. He refused to listen to the fact that spark plug misfires can cause the same error code. When I asked him what the error code should be (as he was adamant about there being a different code) he picked up his tools and refused to do any work. He cursed at me for "wasting his time." When I asked him what about my time, he became irate, smacked and the inside of his truck bed with his hand (as if trying to scare off a wild animal) and he postured against me within inches of my body. He repeated the assault when I took photos of his license plate. I gave him a chance to complete his work, and he refused. Do not do business with this man. He will attempt to intimidate you and he will do a poor job. He also spilled my vehicle's coolant, he somehow broke the hydraulics which hold up my hood, and he did not plug in a sensor after the first job. I noticed these errors after he worked on my vehicle and when I mentioned them to him, he completely ignored me. I suspect that Carlos is a dishonest mechanic who may "fix" things that he knows he can charge you to "fix" again, if you get my meaning. Tldr: Do not hire Carlos unless you want to be assaulted by him.

My transmission had started slipping in 4th and 5th gear, which made it extremely difficult to drive in automatic, so in the intern I drove my car in the manual option. It worked for a while but at times I would slip gears on the freeway and it became unresponsive when trying to shift gears to catch again. Long story short, I came here based on family recommendation, dealer wanted 10k to put a new transmission in. AAMCO wanted to charge 6k. I was quoted 2.8k for the transmission work to be done. My vacuum pump had been leaking for years so I asked about that. Dealer wanted to charge 2k and Jose charged me only 500. Not bad at all! I took a gamble and let his team do the work... I usually do my own work but obviously I can't do a transmission... unless I have the right equipment. Now my car runs phenomenal! I didn't realize how worn out my transmission was. Granted this "new" transmission is used, it was certified and warrantied so it was rebuilt. Sounds new to me! Car runs amazing and my brakes are more responsive after the vacuum pump change. He is very reasonable and very humble. He has a great team of mechanics who do an excellent job at what they have a talent in. They are ASE certified too if anyone wants to know.
