They've helped me with everything from a simple oil change to brakes and more. Whether it's pointing out things that they see while they're working on your vehicle (and can show you) or working with you on prioritizing what NEEDS to be fixed versus what can wait a bit, they've always been a great shop over the years. Sometimes it's hard to find a shop you can trust, so I'm leaving this review for a local shop doing good and honest work. Both visits yielded exceptional and reasonable service…read more The first time I brought my car in, I thought my ignition was shot because I could no longer get my key to turn in the ignition chamber without prolonged efforts to start it. When the infamous dreaded call came for the damages, they told me to come pick it up--that it was done. As it turned out, I just needed a new key. My old key was worn from years of use. After expecting a bill of hundreds of dollars, I brought my baby home for just the inspection fee of $75. Well worth it! The second time I brought my car in, it sounded like a lawn mower. I knew this wouldn't be a cheap fix. My car is aging and only worth about $2000 for retail sale, so this visit would determine whether I would keep my car or donate her. I knew an exhaust leak would probably be too much to get fixed, but I figured I would see what thy had to say. The issue turned out to be a broken manifold. I cringed when I heard that, but then they said it would be a little over $425. I gave them the green light and even got an oil change on top of it. My car runs great again. I will be bringing my cars here again. Great, fair and honest people, running this business. I highly recommend! 5 stars!

I ordered my parts and came the next Monday morning. I was greeted...information taken and right away my car was taken back. He had the axle changed in 40 minutes...and over 1000.00 less than Honda. He then did my brakes which took maybe 30 minutes. Only 180.00 for both. I was so happy..I brought my brother to get hus brakes done too. I found Ed to be honest and he absolutely did everything he promised. He even went as far as telling KY brother things he did jit need done right now instead of just doing it. I am very impressed with Ed. I would highly recommend him.

He said something else needed to be fixed, not that. I told him that there had not been that leak before he worked on the car and that I wanted him to fix it. In addition, he told me that he would provide me with a receipt for all of the parts. After repeated requests, he has not done so. I was likely overcharged somewhere between $140 and $200, Hire him at your own risk.

He will attempt to intimidate you if you stand up for yourself even after you paid him his asking price. This could have been a stellar review of the man knew about gapping spark plugs (which is very basic knowledge, and something I mentioned to him before he started the job) and if he didn't legally assault me when I informed him that I would report his refusal to make good on the service I paid for. My issue occurred on March 19, 2024 morning when Carlos came to my home to redo the spark plugs he installed on my 2002 Infiniti i35. He scanned my car's electronics and tried to lay the blame on a solenoid. He refused to listen to the fact that spark plug misfires can cause the same error code. When I asked him what the error code should be (as he was adamant about there being a different code) he picked up his tools and refused to do any work. He cursed at me for "wasting his time." When I asked him what about my time, he became irate, smacked and the inside of his truck bed with his hand (as if trying to scare off a wild animal) and he postured against me within inches of my body. He repeated the assault when I took photos of his license plate. I gave him a chance to complete his work, and he refused. Do not do business with this man. He will attempt to intimidate you and he will do a poor job. He also spilled my vehicle's coolant, he somehow broke the hydraulics which hold up my hood, and he did not plug in a sensor after the first job. I noticed these errors after he worked on my vehicle and when I mentioned them to him, he completely ignored me. I suspect that Carlos is a dishonest mechanic who may "fix" things that he knows he can charge you to "fix" again, if you get my meaning. Tldr: Do not hire Carlos unless you want to be assaulted by him.

Ray, beyond being just a nice guy, was great with communication and was knowledgeable about the work. Ray was done in about a half hour. He took the time to show me the faulty part he replaced and to reset the code. Earlier today I was in a pinch and was getting frustrated with the one week, two weeks plus wait that repair shops were giving me. I thought a mobile mechanic option might be a better solution. But I was worried that it would cost too much. Not only was I able to get the repair done today but it didn't cost me any more than it would have at a shop. Quality work done in quick time and for a fair price. I definitely recommend these guys and not just for emergency repairs. They are a great option no matter your needs.
