She selected regular cut bacon over thick cut, and also choose the cheesy hashbrowns as the potato option. I don't recall which bread she chose. She said it all tasted great, and had me taste the potatoes, but between the bacon & potatoes, it was on the greasier side (in case you are sensitive to that). We were waiting by the host stand when the hostess came up, followed by who I assumed was the manager on duty, all in a huff. Instead of a basic, professional welcome, we were snapped at: "It's going to be about 20-30 minutes to seat you, we are understaffed and very busy!" No apologies, no "Hey, please understand we are understaffed at the moment, if you like, please grab a drink at the bar and we will get you seated ASAP." The bar area seemed to be the only open section, and that was half-full at best. As someone in the industry, I get staggering tables, but to be so b*tchy about it is unacceptable. With both a street fair and the Bison game happening that same day, management should have expected that level of business and staffed accordingly. It wasn't our fault they were understaffed, and taking that frustration out on guests is a terrible way to make an impression on out-of-towners or locals alike!

Both items were delicious, I believe the salad dressing was homemade and it was mouthwatering, the pasta was creamy and cheesy, it was made with corkscrew noodles which is one of my favorites and it was topped with bacon and bread crumbs for a little extra added crunch. The restaurant was clean and very nicely setup and the wait staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend this place and I will for sure go back to try more of the items on the menu!
