We are on vacation here from southern Indiana, and love to eat at local breweries. I had the buffalo wrap which was amazing, wife had a braised beef sandwich and our two year old loved the mac and cheese. Service was quick and the beer was good :). Despite being a brewery, I think Three Blondes does a better job of making food than brewing beer. My braised beef sando was quite tasty - flavorful and tender. I opted for the side of tater tots, which I thought was a clever twist on the usual fries, and found them to be good but not exceptional - they would have been better with a little black pepper or other seasoning for more flavor. Both of the beers I ordered were decent; refreshing on a warm summer evening, but light on flavor. The atmosphere is very family friendly. We waited about 40 minutes for a table on a weekday evening, and they have a nice setup with both outdoor and indoor areas where you can wait until your table is ready. read more

A solid positive experience here. Nice modern decor inside, also has an outdoor seating area. Ample parking. Great service, very helpful Beer is available in three glass sizes plus 32oz or 64 Oz growlers for beer to go. Stopped here on a visit to the area for a friend's 40th birthday. We had appetizers and drinks. Loved the atmosphere. It was clean and fun vibe. Appetizers were great! We loved the nachos, soft pretzels and sprouts! The homemade chips for the nachos were so good! Everyone loved their drinks! Strawberry Basil was refreshing, as was the seasonal cider. As a vegetarian, it is hard to find a restaurant that both my carnivorous husband and I both love. Well, we found it!!! I had the veggie burger with grilled pineapple and it was AMAZING. It is made in house with black bean and sweet potatoes and it definitely crave worthy. I also tried the Korean Brussels sprouts- yum! They are spicy, but not overpowering. It was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. My husband had the burger and said it was cooked perfectly. He got fries as well and enjoyed them. But, he loved the beer most. Between the 7 of us who ate there, we sampled quite a few and were never disappointed. My favorite was the Boom Boom. We also had kids with us and while they gobbled their food up, they were most excited about their frisbee plate that they were able to take home. The place was very busy and had an uplifting, fun vibe. We were seated outside which was perfect t for the kids. They played bags and drew with sidewalk chalk while we waited for our food. We stopped here as part of a multi brewery visit for my boyfriend's birthday. Since he likes good, craft beer, this seemed like a good place to stop. Our server was very nice and the ambiance was really cool. He got a beer flight with The BBA Team, Palisades Porter, and a couple others I'm forgetting. He thought the beers were OK but nothing to rave about or have a burning desire to tell everyone about. I tried the seasonal cider and a lime hard seltzer. The seasonal cider was a grapefruit cider. It wasn't bad. I didn't care for the lime hard seltzer. Not fizzy at all and the color looked like dirty pond water...but that weird color was likely due to real lime juice being used. The food here is really good!!! We ordered the garlic cheese bread. The beers and ciders had not impressed us much, but darn...that's some outstanding cheesy garlic bread. The location to this restaurant is tricky. When you find it there's a nice setup and classy beach type atmosphere. The wait staff bickered about takes before they seated us. The offer gluten free options but do not train their staff what food allergies are. If you are Celiac or have any food allergies I wouldn't recommend eating here. read more

Stayed at one of the nearby hotels and came here for lunch an early Tuesday evening. Definitely plenty of seating and patio area. However patio area was closed off for private party. I like a Hefeweizen but they didn't really have anything equivalent. We opted for a 5oz Wake and Lake. The bulgogi tots are DELICIOUS also had the Jazzy Faye pizza and added onions. The food was good the beer was good. The service was decent. I was bothered by the fact that the waitress refused to separate my bill from the table. I enjoy a beer flight whenever I go to a brewery. But that's a big expense. My uncle was with me and always carries the bill so I didn't want to order a $40 meal and expect him to pay it. So I asked for my bill separately but the waitress refused. We were seated right away on a Friday evening and checked out the menu. It seemed like typical brewery fare. The service was kind and helpful. The ambiance was fun, airy and open and the decor was cool. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza, my wife ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and I had the chicken wings. I had half spicy garlic and half buffalo. The wings were good, juicy, meaty, and tender and the sauces were perfect. I wish there were a few more in the serving but it was enough to fill me up. Went there yesterday as our backup plan since our usual downtown restaurant was busy and just had to get out of the craziness of downtown. Soooo happy we went here. My sister had the seasonal Blueberry cider which was delicious and I'm not usually a drinker. I had the steak tacos for an entree and they were amazing. We had started out with the Blondie Bread which were really pillows of deliciousousness. We finished off with the Hot Blonde sundae to share and that was super good. I had a long list of restaurants to try while renting a house in South Haven, but we liked this so much that we ordered it two nights in a row. We even forgave them for forgetting one of our kid meals the first night, although it helped that they were so sweetly apologetic about the situation. Speaking of kids meals all 5 kids were absolutely thrilled with their kids pizza, kids pasta and kids chicken fingers. And the seasoned fries that came w/ al the kids meals were the biggest hit of all. As for the adults we were also quite happy. My husband couldn't stop raving about the bottle cap bbq burger, which was prob the #1 reason we ordered 2 nights in a row. I went a tad bit healthier with the cherry crunch salad the 1st night and crispy brussel sprouts tacos the 2nd night....and then made it unhealthy by eating half of my kids fries. We picked up since we weren't taking our kids out to eat during Covid-19, but they did have a nice patio that I'd be all for dining on if I was kid free. And the best part may just be that the infamous Sherman's ice cream is a short walk away. read more

My friends and I were camping at Van Buren State Park and stopped in to Three Blondes Brewing for some lunch and to try their beers. The taproom is bright and airy and they have outdoor seating too. We had a bit of a wait for a table but only about 5 minutes. We all started with a flight to test some of their beer offerings. Our server also gave us a sample of one of their unique beers, a sour Berliner Weisse with cucumber and dill called Dill With It! It was not super dilly and more cucumber-y and we all enjoyed it. My favorite was the rotating cider which was a basil pineapple. The other favorite was the Trees and Seas IPA which was also very good. We got the cheese curds as an appetizer but they only came out about 5 minutes before all the food. They were pretty good but not the best I've had. The menu includes tacos, sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Everything sounded really good but I went with the burger and got a double patty. It was great! The patties were cooked med rare, which I actually prefer but others might not enjoy, so be sure to specify (I wasn't asked). A bunch of my friends got tacos, which looked amazing. My boyfriend ordered the beer cheese steak, which had good flavor but the meat needed to be cut differently. It was in big chunks, which made it difficult to eat. But the beer cheese was awesome! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area, as it is a bit outside downtown South Haven it was less busy than any of the other places we visited. read more

Less than impressed. Was excited to try this brewery based on the great reviews but was very disappointed in just about everything. Iced tea served with no straw and waited 10 minutes before server was around to ask for one. Ordered the garlic cheese bread, which for reference is a full size pizza. This was okay, nothing special. Great for drinking beer and snacking. They asked if we would like both ranch and marinara-- you will be up charged 50cents if you say yes. That's fine with me but maybe mark on the menu. I would recommend ordering both though as it was nice to have options for such a large appetizer! We had ordered our entree, the steak tacos, at the same time as the appetizer, but I specifically asked to hold on entering the entree order until we finished our appetizer. The tacos came out two minutes after our appetizer. We were told "the kitchen must work fast, I didn't enter it until the bread hit your table". Regardless, the tacos were cold at first bite so not sure how they were made and sent to our table within 2 minutes of when the server entered the order but arrived cold. The steak itself was tough and tasted more like ground beef not steak. The tortilla chips were very stale-- like 2 months the bag has been open stale. We will not be back and do not recommend if you're looking for a good bite to eat. The outdoor patio looked nice and had games for kids. Seems like a good place for families as prices are cheap and they can accommodate bigger tables. read more

Worst meatloaf I've ever had in my life. Like eating a brick, but I'm sure bricks have more taste, as bricks actually contain salt. For $19, it's dry as heck and certainly wasn't worth my money. So happy we went here! All of the staff was incredibly friendly. The wait was an hour long when we got there, so it was nice we could wait outside in their lounge area by a fire and order a few drinks before dinner. Steak tacos were a bit spicy and the steak reminded me of gyro meat, just ok. Buffalo chicken wrap, was too spicy for my sister. Bottle cap BBQ burger with fries. The burger was good, I asked for the pomegranate BBQ sauce on the side, it also had bacon, cheese, fried jalapenos, aioli. Came across this place while traveling through the area and it was a nice little spot off the highway. The beer lineup was decent with 12 drafts and the menu offered apps, salads, burgers and pizza. The nachos were honestly one of the tastiest nachos I've ever had and I was pleasantly surprised. Tri color chips with plenty of queso, beer cheese, shredded cheese and crumbled Mexican cheese.
