Great pizza, great wings, and great service. Plus a really good deal with the pizza and wings special. I will definitely be back!

Food was great and very reasonably priced. Atmosphere was fun for an adult that grew up as a kid in the 90s. Will definitely be back.

Her club was huge and stuffed with cheese and meat and really good looking bacon. My chicken tenders were big and well cooked and the honey mustard sauce was excellent. Even with them closing in a few minutes we didn't feel rushed or in the way. They were attentive to us keeping our drinks filled and making sure I got a box to take my chicken home for later. Yes their chicken tenders were good enough to want to take home. Hope to visit again soon.

I've also stopped by for dinner a few times, and let me tell you, these folks don't miss. The food? Always fresh and delicious. The service? Fast, professional, and somehow still warm and personable. They've really built a fantastic team here, and at this point, I'm pretty sure I qualify for honorary family membership. Someone get me a name tag that says "MSB Cousin." If you're ever there for Brunch when the "Big Stack" is on the menu, please try it. You're going to love it, and the many other brunch and dinner items on the menu.

What more could one ask? I mostly choose their Classico Lasagna with a salad since I avoid making both at home. Lasagna is too time consuming, and why is it that a salad always tastes better when someone else makes it, right? Olive Garden makes me happy when I chose to let them cook for me. Despite some low scores (almost every national franchise of any restaurant gets low scores), this location is dialed in for my wife and me. Looking for someone else to cook today? Has my "Give 'em a whirl" meter covered in marinara sauce and dripping with cheese. Dine here.

I let her know, and it was taken off the bill, with her apologies. She checked back several times to make sure everything was OK. We had 2 different pasta dishes and they were both delicious. The appetizer fresh mozzarella was incredible. The pasta was out of this world. The drinks... I had a non alcoholic one but added a shot of rum.. incredible Service was outstanding. Really an amazing place in every way. Would take my partner, wife, parents and everyone here.

We arrived early for our RSVP @ 5:30 pm...and there were many tables and booths open (possibly up to 5 booths open, in fact!). Well, this girl behind the hostess stand didn't even bother to read the reservations details, and set us off to these high-top tables. I told the hostess that we requested a booth. She then took us back up front to that girl behind the stand...who then seemingly purposefully put us in their back porch area (?!?) with these big, rowdy groups and many children...right by the doorway, and not a booth either (but a half booth)! It was possibly the worst seating in the entire restaurant. After this second time, I went back up front again, and told the 2 hostesses that I saw many booths in the restaurant, and I didn't understand the difficulty-resistance!! Frankly, I was livid. Truly, that girl was just clueless, to say the least! Again, I can't believe that despite plenty of full booths available, she sent us out to their porch area, with this half-booth seating, RIGHT By THE DOORWAY. (I actually mentioned NOT by the doorway in my reservations details!) I truly thought she was deliberately sending us out there in retaliation. BTW, this girl didn't even give us any eye contact...and no proper greetings when we entered the restaurant either. We stood looking at her for a good minute before she even acknowledged us. Her incredibly rude hostessing nearly made us walk out. Absolutely terrible hostess service...the WORST! Once we were finally seated in a booth, we managed to calm down, and things started to take a positive turn. For one, our waitress (forgot her name) was great...cheerful and attentive all throughout. Also, I have to commend the house Manager, who must have noticed the re-seating. He stopped by to check on us and get all the details. I also noticed that this Manager was really on top of things...as he hustled around the restaurant the entire time we were there. I don't think he sat down even once! So it seemed the only incompetent staff member there was their Hostess (not the one that walked us to the table, but the one behind the stand)...definitely not the wait staff, or the Manager. I actually studied their menu beforehand...and loved what they had to offer. As we began to order, we also realized that they gave us the option to choose the type of pasta and the sauce as well. Kudos to that! We decided to share everything, and ordered: Mama's Crabcake, Combo Parmesian (Eggplant plus Chicken Parm, plus Pasta of choice...with a sauce of choice!), and this amazing special of the night, Short Rib Pasta. We ended our meal with their Gelato...and they threw in the Cannoli (as peace offering, I guess?). Well, truly we thought all the dishes, including the desserts, were delish. We even enjoyed their complimentary bread...so good! Portions were huge too...so we managed to doggy bag some leftovers. I also tried their Manhattan Martini...and it was stellar. Very strong...exactly what I needed! Despite the worst possible intro to this restaurant, we ended up thoroughly enjoying the meal...and as mentioned, the rest of the staff made up for the incompetence of one. For that, I'll only deduct a star. It's a shame...because I would have easily dropped 5 stars for the foods and the service by our waitress and the Manager. Maybe next time?

The restaurant itself is a classy joint but with a sterilized modern amalgamation but I'll add, I got my order to go. It does have life and pizzazz as if I were walking into a Don Corleone supported satellite restaurant of "the family" but they had a rogue designer. While I'm on the fence about the interior, the staff are cool but "it sounds nicer in Italian" (Goodfellas). Any who, let's get into the meat and lasagna of the review (ok.. that was a horrible stretch). Frozen mozz stix, why!? Pass on the stix unless you want to pay extra for the same thing Arby's serves up. The pasta aren't homemade, an important note and sometimes they're overcooked (bloated) and sometimes on the money. It's hard to determine what you'll get. I did like the friend calamari as they were tender although they had more breading than I care for, however that's a big subjective. In other words if you like a thicker breading you'll love it. I do wish they offered an aioli with the marinara but alas that's not an option. The best app is the antipasto salad. They absolutely nailed the flavors and ingredients. Bravo! As for the calzones they're pretty good but I prefer ricotta as mine had mozz only. Other than that, it was decent but limited. The pizzas were better than what's delivered from those fast food guys, but nowhere near the best in town. I found the dough decent but for the first time in a while, I just couldn't put my finger on what didn't excite me. Just ho-hum. I guess the ingredients were average? That said my kids enjoyed it, but it's pizza so their judgement isn't exactly gospel. They also like the meatballs and spaghetti. It was decent but not stellar. Overall, my experience was slightly above average. I guess when I see a buffet it planted the seeds of my preconceived notions. I'm not saying it's bad by any stretch but it didn't make the case for a memorable eating experience. Stop by if you have a lot of different items you want to get at one place but if you're looking for the best.......

I don't think I would come back , , unless I was in the area and wanted to feast on a really nice salad bar. This is not New York pizza, at best it's OK pizza. I really don't think they should have New York in their name because this is the furthest from New York style. Then you can get.. From the chew /to the color -to the flavor, the crust does not tell me I'm eating New York style pizza ,nor did the sauce. For the price point and what you're getting, it's OK. I have to say, though, when I walked up to the counter, and I asked who owns the place? Expressed that this was my first time there, There seemed to be a hesitation in admitting who the owner was, and then the young lady at the register said oh she's right over here on the oven. I looked up, made eye contact with a lady who was on her phone, who kind of like nodded and then went back to her phone. That was a clear message sent to me as one of your clients /guest /customers whatever label you want to use.. What an opportunity for her to step over hi -my name is -thanks for coming in. How was everything?, That personal connection is priceless. The message I received was I don't have time to be bothered by this. I'm on my phone.! Having owned two restaurants, one in Raleigh and one in Charlotte and launching another project spring 2027, I can tell you this goes a long long way, people will return for great service, decent prices, even if your food is substandard. All feedback is positive. I wish the best for this establishment.
