I ate here 2x and had drinks & guacamole one other time. 1st time here: I had a martini and it was perfect! My daughter had a mixed drink and she really enjoyed it. The highlight of the night... table side made guacamole! Oh my goodness. It was spot on! 2nd time- dinner before a concert and this place was PACKED and the servers were running their butts off. I had a salad and steak dinner. It was a HUGE serving! The highlight was my server, Mikey. Mikey made sure my water was full and checked on me often. If you have Mikey as your server you will be well cared for. 3rd time- I sat at the bar and had a martini ( again perfectly made) and the salmon thunder salad. I loved this salad so much that I dreamt of the dressing and am on a quest to duplicate it. Sometimes they have live music above/ behind the bar. The one night it was a great one man band and it was a good time.

Came in from a long drive wanting a sit down breakfast. Took a long time to be seated. Very apparent they are sorely understaffed. Cowboy breakfast was served fast; liked the homemade sausage, which tasted really good, and plenty of whipped butter for the pancakes. Only issue was part of the food got cold waiting for condiments. In their defense, waitstaff was interrupted by a Karen/Ken couple making a scene and requiring Manager assistance. Prices are affordable considering it's in a casino. Nice booths.

Going to the casino for a concert and decided to eat here before. The interior was a cross between a cantina & 50s era. The menu reflected it. Lots of seating on 2 floors so not much of a wait. Prime Rib was excellent, nice smoky flavor, Jalepeño Cornbread sweet, hot out of the oven, and not overwhelmed with jalepeños. Even tho the Rib Eye was it was a nice cut, tender and cooked as ordered it was disappointing. Neither it nor the accompanying broccolini came without any seasoning. Even some basic salt and pepper would have been an improvement. Since it advertises as a steak house they should have the steak part down - including seasoning. Adding seasoning after cooking doesn't give meat the same level of flavor.

The better choice if you plan on dining or even just having drinks at the casino. Had beers at the sports bar and this place is so much better. Beer is served in an iced glass and it's cold. My date had their margarita and she enjoyed very much as well. We mainly came here for their Prime Rib dinner. We opted for their mashed potatoes rather than a baked potato and so glad we did. It had some heat in it and that's the way I like it. The dining experience was great. They had Thursday night football on several TVs. Also, our waiter was on point. He understood we wanted to have drinks before ordering dinner. I appreciate that we weren't rushed and that we took our time. * Addendum We had a great experience for dinner that we decided to grab breakfast here before hitting the road. My date had the Breakfast Enchiladas that had a great hit of chili heat. So good! I myself ordered the Hungry Cowboy or shall I say I was the Hungry Cowboy. Our waiter was very nice and kept our coffee mugs full.

I'll start by saying, if you have a large party it's always best to make a reservation here or be prepared to wait! Well decorated steakhouse inside of Route 66 Casino! Brought my mom and aunt here for the Mother's Day brunch and we really enjoyed! There was a mimosa special that was very yummy and my favorite plate any time of day are the birria tacos! Smaller portion than some of their other plates but perfect size for me! One less star because the service can be slow at times... no reflection of the staff, they're just short staffed and my mom isn't always the most patient, lol...

Nice sit down restaurant and bar inside the Route 66 casino. Went in for breakfast, staff was very friendly and attentive. Food is well done, good quality ingredients, reasonably priced.

The cowboy beef ribs are definitely going back again. I definitely recommend it to anybody.

Well, this place used to be wonderful considering it was in the middle of nowhere. I mean it's address was the BFE. But after closer examination, the service is slow. The bartenders are lazy. The kiosk staff is arrogant. There is no more little bad, just bad. Bands are not playing in the upper deck. So no more life music accompanies the venue. This place went from cool to sucks in 5 seconds. I completely amend my opinion of this place. The manager came out. She set the world right. She told the semi-offensive kiosk girl to not talk to us again. She made sure we what we needed and Ryan the bartender made sure I had the best old fashioned this side of Vegas. If you can get roasted beef rib, do it. It's amazing. If you don't like fat then forget it. It was like 6 hour slow roasted brisket and rib meat. Always make management aware of anything off. They will make it right. Don't mind the pretentious little girls at the greeter kiosk. Order a stiff drink from Ryan and proceed to 7th level of heaven.

Very easy to find located in a small part of the neighborhood we parked on a side street and walked in. We were greeted right away and told to take a table. When we receive the menu, it had no prices on it, and although the menu is somewhat limited, the variety was a good sampling there is something for everyone. I ordered the QuesoBirria tacos and my eating companion, had a cheeseburger and fries. They delivered a basket of fried potatoes slices that were a little slice of heaven before our meal. The restaurant was busy. Every table was full, and people kept streaming into the restaurant to pick up to go orders. A food arrived shortly after we ordered it. The cheeseburger was handmade served with fresh cut onions and tomatoes on a potato type bun with loads of fries the tacos were over the top! They brought out two types of salsa, freshly made a red sauce and a green sauce. My favorite was the green sauce. It was a little bit spicier than the red. The flavor was next level. I took two of these to go home because they were so large. You could definitely share this with someone. I did read all the plaques on the wall in the restaurant. The chef has won awards and lots of newspaper articles were posted about this location. I highly recommend would certainly visit again and by the amount of people that were streaming in most seemed to be regulars I guarantee this place is going to be around for a long time so happy that we visited this spot. It's a pleasure writing a review, especially since the staff were hard-working and we are very attentive.
