Apparently she didn't understand that, because when I came to pick up there was already a 25% tip added on, which I thought was rude. Every single pie (we ordered 4) had the driest crust and was hard to cut, even with a sharp kitchen knife. I ordered pies because I was on a tight time crunch with a lot of guests and thought it would save time. Hardly anyone took more than a couple bites and it was very embarrassing because I had hyped up the local bakery so much. They were pricey and not worth it at all. Every interaction with the bakery from the time of order to pick up was terrible. We are so burnt on this experience that we won't be coming back here during the rest of the year anymore.
