When multiple towns people tell you to check out this place AND mention their pork salad (what the heck is that!?), you GO & order the pork salad! OMG! Hands down, ONE OF THE BEST SALADS of my life and I'm 55! This adorable little bungalow-style restaurant is nicely decorated and inviting. Inside and outside patio seating is available. Service was top notch; friendly, attentive, and personable! Hubby enjoyed their chicken pho and I had a taste and we both enjoyed it, too! Very flavorful and made with white meat. Fresh ingredients were obvious in each dish! We started with one of their thick egg rolls (pork & shrimp) and WOW!! Next time, I'd get one all to myself! So flavorful! I will be dreaming of my next visit wherein I'm definitely getting that pork salad again!! It's fresh and freakin' DELISH!!

Friendly service. Not long before food arrives. Very fresh food. Reasonably priced. Not sure about savory-ness. But quality food.

A decent spot for some delicious Asian food! The choices on the menu are limited, so don't expect pages of options when you go. This is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine & that only, with the star meal being Pho. I tried their small Chicken Pho & my partner had the large one, although comparing their sizes, it really didn't feel like that much of a difference. They serve the bean sprouts on the side, and I chose to mix them into the soup because that's my favorite part. The service was good & fast, had to be with the location being crowded indoors & outdoors. Unfortunately, this made me feel a bit rushed, so I tried eating faster than I normally do so I didn't inconvenience others. This is a normal expectation for a small place serving in the early afternoon (12-2pm), so it's not like I criticize them for it, but if I'm going by personal experience, I have to take in account of how I felt in the moment. I would still recommend this place for those looking for a light meal. You can get full off big portions without eating unhealthy. The crowds can't be helped since this is a popular spot, but that being said, I suggest you come in VERY hungry.

I believe the kids are saying GOATed. This is a stellar spot for Bisbee. Is it the best Vietnamese food ever? No, but for a tiny old mining town WOW! It was so satisfying and delicious. The ambience and out side area are just gorgeous, and well shaded too. The staff were so so so so friendly, and the prices very fair. I wanted to go back again and again. My only complaint is I wish they were open more days and earlier! Definitely worth shaking up the usual Bisbee food of American and Mexican with some tasty Vietnamese food! Yum!

Such a cute place and really an experience. The ambience is relaxing with indoor or outdoor options (recommend outdoor). The food was tasty and the 6 of us finished it all. Wait staff are amazing, friendly and hardworking.

Bisbee is stunning, but I was really craving good pho, so I was incredibly grateful to find Thuys Noodle Shop. As soon as I parked, I knew I was going to love it. The vibe and ambiance felt homey and calm. The staff was kind and checked on us frequently. The pork noodle salad practically called to me from the menu, and it was absolutely worth it. I considered getting pho, but after walking so much, the noodle salad was perfect to cool me down and provide a great meal. Thank you, Bisbee, and this wonderful establishment for offering a chance to relax after my first few exams of the semester. I ESPECIALLY needed this considering I definitely didn't do well on my immunology exam these noodles made my exam feel like it was a thing of the past.

Excellent Asian food! We are from Austin, Texas. All of the dishes were so flavorful. It is family owned and they are all so kind.

Soooooo good! So glad a friend that works nearby told us to keep traveling to the top of the hill! I'm from California- where there are a lot of Vietnamese spots to choose from, so when I heard there was a restaurant in Bisbee- I had major doubts about how good it would be. I was wrong! I caught a clue from the patron that was literally slurping his grilled pork bowl! I got the chicken curry, one friend got the pho, and the other got the grilled pork- all Bomb! If and when I'm back- I'm definitely making a stop here!!

It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

As the evening went on, we learned that this is a family-run restaurant, which only added to the charm and warmth of the experience. I ordered the mussels, one of my favorite dishes, while my girlfriend had the artichoke and mushroom lasagna. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and a caramel nut tart with mascarpone. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. As you enter the door, the restaurant is on your left, and another business is on the right-hand side. I paid no attention to what it was since it was late and I was tired. Well, the total came to $36+. At first, I thought she might have charged me for two chicken fried rice dishes since that's usually the case, but to my surprise, the spring roll was four rolls per order at $9.95. So, if you're eating solo, be ready because ordering a single roll is impossible. They are only orderable in quantities of four. She had to call the manager to cancel the additional order for spring rolls. No worries. The cashier/order taker was kind and friendly, a delight after a demanding day. It doesn't feel like any other restaurant, it feels like you are at somebody's house. Here's the thing, I came in expecting the usual Chinese food affair, but I left genuinely surprised and impressed. This restaurants specializes in Southern Chinese food, which is different from other regions. I am so happy this restaurant and its chains helps the cuisine gain exposure and adds depth to Chinese food in general. Even better, the menu is laid out in a way that it is easy to understand: gluten-free options, allergies, and spice level. The service was great. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal.
