This place is legit. I highly recommend it. Customer service at its best. I went in with my wife. She needed a battery replaced on her watch. I purchased the $5 for 12$ deal. When I got there the father of the store owner helped us promptly but when it was time for us to pay he didn't really know how the voucher worked so he called his son right away and he had me talk to his son on the phone and they ended up replacing the battery for free. I started dealing with this family owned operation at the Glendale Galleria, at first glance it was just a little watch shop that changed watch batteries, but once you get to know them and the quality work they do it's much much more. I have had other "watch repair" shops return my watches with the backs put on upside down, poor workmanship etc. These guys really know what they are doing. Every watch I purchase I take here, its a family owned business. The older gentlemen is the owner and he has a son and a nephew that seem to all take turns running the store. They all do a wonderful job and do such a great job i refuse to go elsewhere for a watch job. I went to them in the Glendale Galleria, then their West Covina spot, and when I needed it again, they not only had it but found two others, and sent them to me, as West Covina's a drive.
