If you're a fan of horrible service, petty narcissistic staff, and rude customer service, by all means come to this Tide cleaners. We've tried this spot for alterations on 2 occasions and both have been a disaster. Simple hem job for a lady's dress turned into a nightmare. We pinned the dress where it needed to be hemmed, and the guy tells us NO you must give them inches, so we provide inches measurement for them. They tell us the dress if ready, when we show up they did nothing to the dress because they say they didn't know how much to take off, and they "thought" it was taking too much off to follow our instructions....don't think just follow the customers instructions, or why not just call us to clarify??? because they're lazy and have no work ethic or pride in their work. This is for a bridesmaids dress for a wedding in 2 days, and now we're scrambling to find another place to take this dress. No apologies, just a sarcastic "have a nice day" comment by one of the workers. They don't care because it doesn't affect them, and apparently there is no management to address this or hold these people accountable. read more

1/2 of a star that's what you are :( Horrible experience at this location. They ruined a very lovely kimono blouse of mine (RIP GIRL..RIP :0/) and messed up one of my Anthropologie dresses. When I brought it to the attention of the person working that day they said that they couldn't help me and they don't have control over that andddd I would need to call the manager even though the manager wasn't available. Then proceeded to say that they just work there. I said I understand that you just work here and you don't have control over it and I'm not coming at you, but this is bad business. They proceeded to say I'm tired of everyone taking it out on me it's tiring and to that I say maybe it's time to look elsewhere for a job friend (smh). Needless to say, I will never go to this cleaners again. The previous reviews are correct. They do ruin things and don't take responsibility. Sadly, I did not read my yelp families reviews, prior to, had I done that I would've stayed clear of this location and avoided my disaster of an experience . Lesson learned . Very disappointed. P.S. I had a very pleasant experience with Ronnie the other day when I dropped off a suit and semi formal dress. LOST ITEMS RUINED DRESS Ever since Tide took this location over from Delia's it has gone downhill. They have lost multiple items, the first just a tie to a dress and they reimbursed me partially for the dress so I kept coming back. The next a $160 Rails top. I spoke directly to the manager during our call about the lost tie and she said she would look for it. Never heard back. Came in told the counter kid to please submit a check to look for the shirt more months go by with no answer. Meanwhile I bring in a Ramy Brook $375 dress with no stains no tears just needs cleaned. I get it back completely split down the back with some oil type crap all over the front! I come back again, Cooper, a nice kid at the front counter takes the dress. I tell him what happened. I also asked him about the shirt again. This is time number three. He submits everything. About a week or two later I get a letter from tide telling me the dress is ready to be picked up and they can't find the shirt even though they know that they didn't lose it after months and months of it being missing they supposedly check the records! I go to pick up the dress and they've sent it to a completely different location! You know for a fact that's not fixed because it was torn from top to bottom all the way way down the back !! Okay, I've been holding back on this one. For three years I have been coming here dropping off my collared work shirts. Over that time, the wheels have started falling off this place In my original review, I mentioned how management tries hard and when they goof, they try and fix it. Let me give you two examples. After writing my original review, four of my shirts started developing tiny holes on the back collar. Pin size, all in the same place, right rear. After a few cleanings, the holes became pencil size. Well, I complained and was given a nearly two hundred dollar credit for the damage. They didn't replace the shirts. But I felt at the time an effort had been made to reach out and make amends. Hence, my original Three Stars (now lowered to One). A year later, after I replaced the shirts, my new ones started developing stress tears on the breast pockets. I thought, what the...#$&%! So I pointed it out and they said I must be doing something to the pockets to cause the rip. They offered me a $85 credit toward future cleaning after damaging five shirts!! I took the credit and decided to move on. Not surprisingly, many of my co-worked have experienced similar problems. I feel for fellow Yelp friend Esther. If they had damaged one of my suit... well Caveat emptor. I say never again! read more

These guys are great. They are pretty expensive if you don't use the online or mass mailing coupons, and even then, sometimes I shake my head and wonder how I just paid $40 for a handful of clothes. I go back because in 2+ years i've never had a problem with lost or damaged clothes. The staff changes everytime I go in there, but they are always helpful and courteous. Also, they are open Sunday. That is the difference between 3 & 4 stars. read more

Honestly really impressed. Went in at 7:30am and dropped off the girl was friendly and gave me discounts for first time customer. Made me feel really special. Asked if it could be done same day as it says on their website and she said as long as you pick it up After 5 PM. That works for my schedule. When I went in it was definitely busy but when I came to pick up all my clothes ready and it looked nicely cleaned and pressed. Will never go back - first they ruin a St. John suit even after We clearly discussed how it needed to be done, and they said they were accustomed to St. John. Secondly- they promised a gift certificate for all the inconvenience and never sent it. I asked for a linen suit to be washed and sized lightly and they dry cleaned it instead. read more

I just moved to Scottsdale from San Francisco and tried Delia's based mainly on the convenience of the location, not knowing if it would be an ideal dry cleaning service or not. I was extremely impressed by how friendly the service was and how quick the turnaround was with my dry cleaning (which I initially needed for an interview a few days later -- it was done within 24 hours, not only without an extra charge but with a 25% discount as a first-time customer!). I came back with a jacket the next day and they kindly offered me another 25% discount. Wow...maybe I have lived in big cities for too long (NYC as well), but I am very pleased, to say the least. Not just by the kind and friendly people, good service, but also the fair and reasonable prices! I'm lucky that this place is so close to my apartment. Highly recommended! read more

Just your neighborhood strip mall dry cleaner, I am a fan of the convenient location and the amazing coupons of 40% off that I can use regularly. I think they might be a bit higher priced than other cleaners but their convenience is worth it for me and they haven't ruined any article of clothing yet, which kind of helps as other places never fail to do so. read more

Never ever had a problem (knock on wood) and I have used many different drycleaning services all over town. I've been to some places that have trashed party dresses and lost things and not compensated properly. I had my silk wedding dress cleaned at Prestige, they claim that they can take any stain out if they know what it was from but they are too pricey, request additional pay for a redo if they missed a stain, and don't have the convenient hours that Delia's has. Delia's workers are very nice and Anthony is an exceptional employee (no I'm not related to him or know him personally) he is professional, smart about the business and very helpful. read more

I am so very disappointed. We loved Delia's before it changed to Tide Cleaners. It was so convenient and we always had a great experience and fast service. Today I walked in to get our dry cleanering and I couldn't even stand in the store. Full blown asthma attack. I don't know what kind of chemicals tide uses, but I fear they are highly toxic! The smell alone is completely overwhelming!! Had to use a nebulizer at home to get past this event. Now I need to find a new dry cleaner, and rewash all of our clothing. That's $92 lost. The woman working the front counter is awesome. Who she represents, holds her back in big ways. Girl, break free! Okay, this is why: Took my duvet comforter in. Shabby chic, light pastel pink, so so cute. Sure, they said, it will be done tomorrow, they said. No problem. I get an email the next day saying my order was ready! That was fast. For 27$- not bad! I get there, right, and this is where the saga began. You have a hole, so we couldn't work on it. We need your permission to see the hole so we can clean it because if we don't see the hole we will damage the fluff inside. Fine. How much? 20$. 20$?! Fine Get an email the next day. It's ready! Yay! Get there. We can't launder this. It's irreparable. Wow. Take it home. Never going back there again. Get a phone call later that evening. Oh my gosh! We are so sorry! Our mistake! Bring it back! We will clean, on us. No charge. Hm. Ok. Bring it back. Email. Ready! Pick it up. Nope, sorry. It's irreparable. After reading several bad reviews regarding cleaners near me I settled on this cleaners due to the great reviews. The service was great at drop off and the cleaning was also excellent. However dealing with the front desk person at pick up was a challenge. It took many try's before he could get the spelling correct even with my first name which is 3 letters. He then couldn't find the my cleaning even though I had been emailed it was ready. It soon became clear that he was looking for my first name not my last name which is not a normal first name. They have great prices, and are quick and do the job well. I just got our comforter cleaned, they did a great job removing all the stains and getting it to look like new, all for under $20! If I could leave a -5 then I would. This is the second time within 3 months that Delias has destroyed another shirt. The last time, my over 100.00 Anthro private label shirt went from a smooth and flowy beautiful blush shirt into a puckered mess! They redid it several times and at the last redo was slightly better and at that time said I could make an insurance claim but it was one of my few favorites and decided to keep it. Next, my very plain white buttondown (but still 65.00) is destroyed. Not only are the arms decoratively puckered (and in a horrific way) but there is a darn hole which has ripped the material. From what I hear the shirts are tagged and should be tagged in the seam. But mine was tagged in the short which out a hole into it! I am done with this place! Don't bring your favorite shirts here as it is like playing Russian Roulette. read more

Very disappointed. I filled out a survey and was given a 6.00 credit (Coupon as I was told when I showed up to drop off my dry cleaning the other day) for a future dry cleaning. I always use the 20% discount coupons or use BOGO. regular pricing is a little bit ridiculous (ridiculously expensive) in my opinion) The product they put out is excellent I do have to say! Anyway I went to drop off five or six items and said I have the six dollar credit and wanted to use the 20% off and the lady immediately said you can only use one coupon. I really didn't think that the six dollar coupon I was awarded because I filled out a survey should have counted. So I took my dry cleaning elsewhere not to return again. I was a semi regular customer and spent lots of money they're ...very disappointed that she didn't just say you know what that's OK let me use the silly six dollar coupon too. it's not really about the money but the fact that they wouldn't honor this due to the fact that their pricing is at a premium for their services! I know she was just doing her job!! Tide you might want to revisit your coupon rules. read more

After relocating from another part of the Valley, I spent weeks looking on my morning drives for a new dry cleaner and after some research, was happy to find a Delia's close to my office, as well as a 35% off coupon and dropped off 14 items for services. I then actually received a coupon for 50%, which I gave to the very nice guy who was checking me out (and happened to be the one who took my clothes when I dropped them off as well). He figured out my discount and when he told me my total, I thought he must have done something really wrong, because it came out to almost $68- AFTER a 50% discount!!! I have never paid more than $3 an item to have (clothing) dry cleaned. When I dropped off the items, I did think it was odd I did not have to pay in advance or that I didn't receive an itemized receipt showing what I left, and now in hindsight now I know why - they're being shady in their overcharging!! I have emailed their corporate office and am hoping to hear back ASAP and that they reimburse a portion of the extortionate fees and start making customers better aware of their prices as well as services avaiilable. read more

I usually use a different dry cleaner company because I have had issues before from DELIA'S and I will continue to NOT use them. I took in 3 coats to get dry cleaned and ready for fall/winter and was quoted an average price. When I went to pick up the price jumped up by half the price! When I asked what changed they proceeded to show me some knitt gloves (some target brand inexpensive ones) that I had had in a pocket of one of the coats. Apparently, they felt the need to dry clean them... for $7! More than the cost of cleaning the damn coat! When I asked why they cleaned them when it was not on the original order and why I had to pay $7 the person just said I'm not sure my manager found them and the factory just cleaned them. To me that just seems pretty stupid, and why not give me a quick phone call and ask if I wanted my gloves dry cleaned? I wanted my gloves back so I paid for them, but why not take a 3 min phone call and provide a little customer service and common sense? If I wanted them cleaned I would have asked for them to be cleaned. Who dry cleans gloves any way lol Sorry but I will not be back. read more
