Wore a shirt on 12/8/18 that had been previously cleaned at Delia's during April 2018 and everything was fine. Shirt was dry cleaned again at Delia's again during week of 12/10/18 and when I went to wear it at an out of town party on 12/14/18 it had been shrunk by 2 sizes. This was a limited edition silk shirt that I had worn 5-6 times previously (it was a shirt for only special occasions) and was in brand new condition. Original price of shirt was $400 (November 2015) and I provided receipt to Delia's. After over 30 days of them providing multiple excuses about what happened (blaming the mfg., trying to stretch the shirt, etc.) they sent check for 50% of purchase price. In no way is this acceptable and I will never do business with Delia's again. You should be warned - do not take high quality clothing there, as if it is damaged - they will clearly not stand behind their work. On a related note, several other items have come back from there with damage over the past month or so as well (skirt with hook/eye completely ripped out, shattered buttons, etc.). The quality has clearly gone downhill, and in a hurry. Avoid!!!! read more

This is my first time using this cleaning service. I just moved here from Colorado and I was looking for a cleaning service near my house with good reviews. So I chose this store, hoping it would be good... And I was not happy at all. It will be the one and only time. I will say that your days/hours of operation are great!. You have good turn times on shirts and that's a plus. However, as I mentioned I am new to the area. So I signed up for you Value club and received a 30% off coupon which I was very excited to use. I did not know that you had to use it when you dropped off your shirts. I don't know any other company that asks you for a coupon when you place you order. So I showed up to pick my shirts up and said I had a coupon to use. The girl looked at me and said " You really need to mention that when you drop your stuff off. Then she asked me "If it was imperative that I use it now for this purchase? It's a lot of extra work to go back in and add this coupon to your order since we have to do it to every ticket" I looked at her and said " I guess not". I was shocked that this was her response. I have been in corporate retail for 6 years, and this is not how we retain customers. Then she gave me the total... I had 12 shirts laundered and pressed, and 2 blouses dry cleaned and it was over $40. That is way too much. Back home I paid $1.25/$1.50 per shirt. Needless to say I was shocked at the bill, and the answer I was given about the coupon. So I paid and left. Upon arriving at home, I looked at my shirts and they were OK. There were small light creases in them on the body. I was expecting perfect, crisp, clean shirts. And that is not what I got. Overall I was very disappointed and will be taking my shirts elsewhere. I think that there needs to be a sign at the register or your associates need to specify that is you are using a coupon they need it at the time of drop off. Since it's such a hassle to use at time of payment. Also your prices need to be online or up in stores. I do not recall seeing the prices at all. That is my fault for not looking harder or asking my questions. I guess I just assumed it would be about what paid back home. Regretfully it was not. read more

I usually go to Regal Cleaner on 7th Avenue & Missouri because it's a flat $2.25 for any item you bring in, and I like cheap. But I work in north Scottsdale and figured I would try to get an errand done on my lunch break and brought my dry cleaning to Delia's. They had a 35% coupon online, so I figured it wouldn't be that much more than Regal. Wrong. For two blazers, one skirt, and one top it was $20 with the 35% off coupon. Maybe that's cheap to people in DC Ranch, but for the same price, I could have gone to Regal and had two drinks at happy hour at Windsor on the way home. What's worse is the quality wasn't even that great. One of my blazers had some weird creases, and they hung my skirt by safety pinning it onto a shirt hanger. I guess the cutting-edge technology of skirt hangers hasn't made it up to NorSco yet. read more

I wore a Tommy Bahamas embroidered shirt twice. The second time I gave gave it to them to clean. When I went to pick it up it was torn in three places. They tried to tell me that it came in that way. An outright lie. Calls to their office were never answered. This was a very limited addition shirt. $145. Don't trust them with silk or anything delicate. read more

Delia's is my neighborhood dry cleaners and they are one of the most impressive dry cleaners in the Valley. They are a local and family-owned business who thrives on customer service. I will pay a little extra here because of the quality of service. Upon arrival, you pull up to a shaded overhang and they come directly to your car. They will get your clothes out of your car for you and then you drive away and come back the next day at 4. It doesn't get much more seamless than that! They offer a value program which provides additional members discounts to help offset the cost. I highly enough going to Delia's because the service is always spot-on and I know that my clothes (including my baby's very favorite crocheted blanket) are in good hands and will come back to me in one piece. You pay for what you get and here that means you get an A+ experience! read more

Delia's Cleaners in DC Marketplace, DC Ranch, Scottsdale Picked shirts up and one was missing, replaced by another which was not ours. Was told, "sorry, we'll have to look for it and we'll call you." Meanwhile we had paid for all the shirts already. We asked for some documentation that we paid for all the shirts, but one was missing. They were unable to do that and clerk was rude. They found shirt and called to pick up which I did. When I arrived, different clerk barely said hello, handed me the shirt, when I said thank you, no response. Very rude overall, will not use them again. They send all their shirts outside, risk of losing a shirt is higher than most. Mistakes happen and we would have understood if they had been apologetic and accommodating. All we asked was something saying we had paid for all shirts but received one less. They ended up replacing the ribbon on the dress and refunding my money. The Delia's on 64th St. and Greenway ruined not one, but two silk blouses from Nordstrom. They gave me credit of $50 the first time. I decided to give them another try and feel stupid that I did. After they ruined the second silk top and gave me back two very nice tops that now had the seams all puckered up, I didn't want a credit, because I will never go to them again. read more

3 strikes - yer out. Well, actually four . . . . . My husband and I were so excited to find a friendly and drive-thru cleaners close to home. Several times now, they have added hidden fees. First, they charged extra for a special process for his cotton shirts: twice as much as usual without first asking if that is what he wanted. Then, they didn't honor one of their coupons because it didn't apply to certain items. Then, they didn't do bedspreads or curtains. Now, tonight, when my husband went to pick up two dresses and four shirts, the total came to almost forty dollars, and they refused to even dry clean one of my dresses because it had a rosette on it. What?! Isn't that why we take dresses like that to a dry cleaners? They charged $10 for the one dress they did clean - a poly-rayon blend - because it was "special" material. Okay, I guess we are slow learners, but we will NEVER go back. I do NOT recommend this cleaners. The staff is poorly trained. They do not understand how to ask clarifying questions, and they "forget" to take things off the bill. They always "forget" to apply the discount that we paid for by becoming members. They have more restrictions than they have customer service. No thank you!!! read more

Have been using your service since you opened at this location. What 10 - 15 years. Your service has been surprisingly consistence over that time period. I would give you a 9 or 10 on scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent! Only complaint has been that you lost a couple of items 6 or 7 years ago, put paid to replace with no hassle. Your staff changes frequently, but you must have a good tanning program as they are consistently polite, smiling and professional. I am retired now, but for 45 years I was a suit and tie professional, so you know I used a service such as yours a lot. Especially as my wife did not like to iron shirts, I did a poor job, and I always wanted a crisp starched shirt. What has surprised me the most over the years as that your service has been consistently very good to excellence. I know how tough it is to maintain such a high level of service.
