Tiffany's used to be a favorite restaurant and made very good and consistent food. The last several orders have been very disappointing. The grinders have been sloppy with excessive amounts of mayo, soggy buns and many times are barely heated and definitely not toasted properly. The pizza's now vary between good and totally not made with love; they used to be great. We have continued giving them a try, but it is coming to the point that it isn't worth the money or effort. read more

Definitely like the pizza from Tiffany', just hate they seem to either screw up our order or don't put it in until we get there to pick it up. Made the one way trip of 22 miles to get pizza today, after being told we had points for a free large pizza, found out our pizza order hadn't been started - and they were wrong about our loyalty points. Seems to be becoming more and more frequent with this location. Unfortunately with the Monroe locations closed on Sundays, we're kinda stuck with the one in Dundee - or have to order Marcos Pizza instead. Wish they could get things fixed instead. read more

Just tried to order pizza online so I could use my online coupon that was sent to us because we order pizza here all the time. Well the online ordering does not recognize my house since its brand new. So i tried calling my order in and asked if I could use my coupon. They wouldnt let me since its online only. The kid who I spoke to also needs to speak clear English instead of mumbling. This pizza place seriously needs some help. So I asked him to ask his manager. He put me on hold and came back and said that I could not use my coupon. WTF!! How can you not manually input 15% off for a customer you sent a coupon to that orders all the time?!?! All you can eat pizza, I'm in!!!!! I used to work down in Dundee so I had been here before many times. I had to go back to the plant for a visit. We chose this place for lunch. Call ahead and have them make a couple of Chicken, bacon, ranch pizzas so they're ready when you arrive. Perfect timing! Since we only get a half an hour for lunch there are several different pies ready as well as the others we called in. Pay fast, chow down. You get a salad bar also as well as endless soft drinks. The pizza here is pretty good. Not the best, but pretty decent. The prices are reasonable. Fast friendly service, always. This is a good choice if you're coming into Dundee and go to Cabela's. Head downtown. It's a nice little small town feel. read more

There are I believe four pizza places in Dundee. I rate this one ok. It's an okay place for pizza buffet and to take the kids. And they are the only place that delivers... if delivery is a must. My Pizza ratings for Dundee based on a consensus of many people who work at the Chrysler Dundee Engine Plant... 1) Rivers Edge ( no delivery, but hands down the best) 2) Thirstys Pub ( a cool bar with Great Pizza but no delivery) Tie 3) Speedway Gas Station Pizza ( unbelievable but true... The pizza is a little better than alright, nothing special to call home for. The Detroit deep dish or the thin crust is the best in my opinion. The biggest problem is the lack of consistency on anything that they make. One time the pizzas will be cooked well done the next they will be undercooked. Even the amount of cheese will very every time you order. Been going here for years and honestly the worse part is the service. Had pizza take almost 2 hours for delivery and when you call they can't tell you anything. They transfer you to a manager that says it's on the way and will be there when it comes. Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and half my order was missing. After waiting over an hour I had to call to be questioned if I knew what I ordered. It took another hour to get the rest of my pizza. I was honestly surprised they only brought the rest of the pizza and not an entire new order. So we were left with a cold pizza and a hot pizza. Well, prices aren't bad, pizza is ok at best, store itself is filthy, filthy, filthy. When my daughters and I went in today for a late lunch around 2:30, there was not a clean table in the place. Crazy considering there were at least five people working, and ZERO other customers. We had to clean off our own table just to have a clean area to eat at. There was garbage strewn throughout the restaurant and pieces of food all aver the place and the tile floor a grime ridden mess. What was even worse than the dinning area was the bathrooms, floors look like the hadn't seen a mop in months, toilets disgusting trash overflowing, piles of trash on the floor. Stopped for the $20 meal deal and a couple of bowls for the family. The drive through service and food was great favorite when we go there. My wife really likes the taco pizza and my son likes the Hawaiian best. They have s good selection of salads while you wait for the buffet pizzas to be made. read more

Went here on wednesday night! There were friendly staff that asked us requests for the buffet. Definitely worth it for the $9 price. Chill environment. Wings were soggy and weren't crispy at all. We ordered a small deep dish pizza (supreme) and it hardly had any toppings, but was plenty large enough for two people. You can't order a cup of water, you must buy bottled water instead - something that is illegal in some states. The indoor seating was comparable to a fast food restaurant, which meant the bare minimum. I would suggest seeking pizza elsewhere as these people are doing the bare minimum. This is a buffet pizza place similar to Cici's but much better. I tried many different variates and found them all to be to my liking. The salad bar was sufficient and had a large choice of dressings. This isn't gourmet pizza, but very easy on the palette. I ordered pizza for delivery for the first time from here and for only a small it was pretty expensive, also they forgot 3 toppings on my pizza.... the second time I ordered I called and the girl on the phone was unprofessional and rude and kept saying uuuhhhh what? Ummmmmm..... I'm like can I speak to someone that has been there for a while? I ordered for delivery the small gf pizza and it was 17.48!? I had a 5$ coupon and I went to pay for it when it arrived and he took the 20$ bill and the 5$ coupon and went to walk away! I came out for a family gathering for Halloween and ordered 3 large pizzas and when they arrived the delivery girl either intentionally smashed the pizzas or slammed on her brakes super hard. The pizzas were all smashed with cheese all over the lid of the box and pizzas were all folded over inside the box. I'm glad I don't live local that's a terrible excuse for a pizza place. They bunny delivery girl smashed our pizzas which cost a whopping 40 dollars. When we opened the boxes the pizzas looked like a mixture of vomit and bread. When we called to complain, the manager asked for the old pizzas back after waiting an hour and a half for them. Then when the new pizzas showed up the delivery driver said he had to check and make sure they had been smashed up. What just happened! If I could I would give this a 1/4 star only because the pizza was half way decent on the second round. read more
