    Sweet message from owner

When I say this was the best cookie I've had in a LONG time?! I'm obsessed. I ordered delivery and decided to try something new. I got the snickerdoodle cookie pie. It was warm as promised, soft, almost ooey gooey but not raw. Like prefect all around. The owner even attached a note to my order offering to send of a dozen cookies to a loved one for free, so long as I pay for delivery. How sweet to pay it forward. I will absolutely be ordering from here again!

Small spot inside of a plaza. My wife wanted something sweet and found them through Google. When we pulled up I noticed 3 company cars so I think this place must be doing really good for themselves. Then I went on Instagram and saw this company has over 173K followers. This was a nice small place made for no more than 3 customers at a time. The staff was nice and ask if you want to warm up your dessert in the oven too. I ordered a Snickerdoodle and Oatmeal Raisin. They were pretty good!

Hands down some of the best cookies ever! I usually get the same type of cookie which is snickerdoodle, but honestly all of their cookies are delish. They always give you the option to warm up your cookies, which I always say yes! The cookies are warm and soft in the middle and adding the cold ice cream is the absolute best! I like that they switch up their menu or even have new cookie flavors to sample.

I had the pleasure of trying Tiff's Treats while attending a company meeting. Now I am hooked. I ordered some for myself the other night and they really are some of THE BEST cookies I've ever had. I also loved that I was able to order ice cream to go with my order. I received a text letting me know when they had arrived. The packaging was really pretty. I can't wait to order from here again.

Tiff's Treats has a cute story and are a fine example of the American dream, but this is about the cookies. Some like crisp cookies, some like em thick with a cake-like texture. I prefer soft baked, everso slightly under cooked chocolate chip. Tiff's Treats gets a B+ for texture. Unfortunately, the cookies are extremely average otherwise. Everyone loves warm cookies and I suspect this accounts for the love affair with Tiff's, especially since they deliver. Not a bad cookie. ..just saying Ms. Field's is better and that says a lot.

We stopped in for an afternoon treat. Since it was so hot we choose the ice cream sandwich: you get to select two cookie flavors and then they put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the two cookies. Note: the cookies will not be warm since that would cause the ice cream to melt, N had been surprised so throwing that disclaimer out in case you are not familiar with ice cream sandwiches. Our friend L has raved about Tiff's so we had to stop in during our final rounds before moving away from Dallas. Now, I have had them one other time when someone at work received them and they were not warm. Apparently, when they are warm they are incredible. I'm basing my review on what I have had though. I ordered the pecan chocolate chip and the chocolate chip (which the guy said was their most popular flavor). While the cookies were good, ice cream you can't really mess up vanilla - it was slightly better than average. Obviously it wasn't a supermarket cookie so that's good given the price. But, compared to Hope's Cookies on the Main Line outside Philly, they just didn't compare. I didn't find them to measure up to what I remember being the ultimate cookies and ice cream sandwiches from college in Bryn Mawr. Perhaps I will try them warm someday and will see how they live up to rave reviews of friends. Until then, I'd say if you need a cookie it's a solid place to go for a treat but just don't expect earth shattering deliciousness.

This place gets 5 stars because it's so simple. It's a small shop that sells only a handful of items that they've mastered. It's quick and cheap ($2.50 for an ice cream sandwich) and it completely took care of my sweet craving after dinner. A cookie delivery service?! Craziness! They'll even bring you coffee drinks and milk. I'll have to come back to try the peanut butter cookie sandwich.

Stopped by after lunch on a Saturday because I had heard so much good things about it and it didn't disappoint. The location is very small once you've inside, 6-7 people max can stand inside comfortably. The cookies are pretty limited to only a handful of flavors but they are the best tasting cookies I possibly had. They are so soft and delicious. The brownies are also very good, possibly the best I ever had.

Tiffwich $3.00 (snickerdoodle & chocolate chip pecan cookies)

If I could, I'd give it a 3.5! Tiny little cookie store that sells cookies & ice cream sandwiches. I ordered the Tiffwich (ice cream sandwich) with one side of snickerdoodle cookie and the other side of chocolate chip pecan cookie. The sandwich was decent. It wasn't anything special but wasn't bad either. You don't get a choice of flavor for the ice cream, so expect to be eating vanilla ice cream. I thought about giving it a 4, but decided I'll go with a 3 because it's a cookie shop and I should rate it based on the cookie. I don't think I would come back to just get the cookies. If I'm in the area and craving an ice cream sandwich again, I may come back for that!

But lately, the standards have been slipping on multiple fronts. Over the years, this location has seen a revolving door of new faces. But initially, this location had a very steady and consistent team who were so pleasant and seemed to really enjoy working here, now those people are gone, and the current team has some friendly people, but also some folks who almost seem angry to be working. For example, the last two times, we've had girls who scoop the tiniest scoops possible and seem despondent. Once it was my signature flight, and this most recent time, it was my husband's. This ice cream is way too expensive to be giving minuscule scoops out- I'm sure there is a standard, because the last two times we were grossly underserved and it felt like throwing our money away. The another issue that bothers me about Jeni's lately is the curation of their summer flavors. It's a hundred and five degrees outside and they only have a few fruit-forward flavors to choose from. Is fruit just too expensive these days? In years previous you'd have a better selection of fruit-forward options, this year it's like everything is chocolate- which I don't eat. It feels really limiting. Another item feel troubled by with Jeni's is their take home products. The Passion Fruit Creamsicles and Key Lime Cookie Sandwiches are filled with air. I feel like these desserts have almost no milk fat in them...they are not even called ice cream- I think they are "frozen desserts". So, I'm not falling for it anymore. It's unfortunate that I used to love this brand so much, but just like anything that becomes wildly popular, they have aggressively scaled up and the thing that made this brand so unique, is gone. The quality and character is gone and now it feels hopelessly corporate and disappointing.

Watching the taiyaki being prepared adds to the experience since the fish shaped pastries come out warm and freshly cooked, creating that contrast between hot pastry and cold soft serve that defines the shop's appeal. The signature Ahboong is the main reason to visit, combining creamy soft serve with a freshly made taiyaki cone. The soft serve has a light, smooth texture that feels less heavy than traditional ice cream, and there are plenty of flavors to mix and match. Matcha, ube, cookies and cream, and other rotating options give plenty of choices, while fillings like custard, red bean, and Nutella add an extra layer of sweetness. The taiyaki itself is one of the highlights, with a slightly crisp exterior and a fluffy inside that pairs really well with the ice cream. The warm pastry melting slightly with the soft serve makes the whole dessert feel more complete and satisfying. Service is usually quick despite the popularity of the shop. The ordering process is simple, and the fresh taiyaki preparation makes the wait feel worthwhile. Even when there is a crowd, the shop moves efficiently, and the desserts come together quickly once ordered.
