This location is right on Hillcrest and a small shopping center. The staff is always friendly & helpful. They have 2 reserved spots right up up front but those are occupied quickly. More parking is available by the building out if your lucky, one of the other spots in the lot. The fresh baked cookies they have in the display are ready to go or be made into a tiffwhich (ice cream sandwich). They also have brownies, bars, truffles, and milk, cold coffee or soda. Their frost 'ems is icing in a single serve cup that you can put on your cookies. It comes in chocolate, vanilla, Your best bet is to order online or via their app. I usually order ahead of time but today the push notification announced 50% off the cookies but didn't give me a code nor did it apply the code in the app. So I decided just to come in and ask for help but they were unable to help me in the store and the store manager said they couldn't do anything about it. So I called Customer Service and she promptly gave me the code and I placed my order online. Since I was already here I decided to just wait here for the cookies. Then I was kicked out of the store, by being told unapologetically & coldly that I'm not allowed to wait inside the store. There is no sign anywhere indicating this but I like to follow rules so my daughter and I just waited outside in the cold for the cookies. THE BEST. This is probably one of my favorite chains in Dallas. I have never, ever been disappointed by their cookies or service. Everyone that works there is always friendly and I am helped quickly when I walk in. It is easy to place orders online and pick up or have delivered. (Although I do wish the delivery charge was a little lower!) But it's an easy drive from work for this location and home for another location. The frequently send coupons on Tuesdays for anything from 10% off up to half off your orders placed online. My favorite flavors are the classic chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and oatmeal chocolate chip. But really, you can't go wrong with any of them. This review isn't about their flavor or the freshness of their cookies. They are always divine in flavor and freshness! I love how easy they make it to send someone a treat or a gift! This review is for their "policy". And maybe it's just time to update their website. On their website they do not offer an option to select individual cookies. So let's say you wanted a half dozen box of cookies and you wanted them to be assorted, you can't! Yes, they do allow you to order "tiffs mix" but if you are wanting to change even just one cookie in that box, let's say you do not want any peanut butter cookies, according to "their policy" and "protecting their brand" they do not allow you to just put a different flavor cookie in the order, in place of the peanut butter. To me that seems a little funny... Just because of your "brand" you won't change out one flavor? Well then give your customers the option to pick their half or whole dozen assorted cookies online. Wow... While writing this I get a call from someone at the store reiterating to me that they "cannot break up a dozen" okay not a problem, just don't send the peanut butter in the box. "Oh well then I have no where to put the cookie". What do you mean no where to put the cookie? It's a cookie shop, put the cookie in the window for someone else to buy. Oh and they won't just send 5 in the box. But they could change the mixed order to just one flavor... They make it like rocket science. It's a cookie shop... If your customers want a mix box of cookies to send to someone then make the option to have a mix box of cookies. I was going to give them a mild review for at least making really good flavor cookies but now I'm just appalled at their lack of customer service and the fact that for one little cookie they wouldn't accommodate one of their customers. I still am just baffled that they can not switch one cookie in the box? It seems like such an easy thing to accommodate your customer and not have had to have all this complication and have a big ordeal about it. I would advice: if you want a mix box of cookies but you may not like one of their flavors, then go into the store. Or better yet, if you work all day like myself, send someone on favor to do it! read more

Just what I was missing when I moved out of STL. I used to love this dough to door cookie delivery place when I went to undergrad. I was so disappointed that I couldn't find a similar place in Dallas when I came back. But now, I can get the sweet memories of undergrad all the time. My workplace ordered a box of these amazing cookies for an afternoon and they were a big hit! The idea of this place is to deliver fresh baked cookies straight to you. I really loved the peanut butter ones especially. I didn't try the chocolate chip ones, but those were really popular amongst my coworkers. Just a heads up though - they disappear very quickly. I finally see what all the hype is about with this cookies. They were delivered to the office about 45 minutes after I ordered them online. I'm not sure what the process is, but I ordered 2 dozen cookies that were a mix of chocolate chip, M&M, snickerdoodle, and oatmeal raisin. Google Maps told me the Tiff's Treats location was only 10 minutes away, so I wasn't expecting them to take so long. I took the time to write an updated review on Yelp for Tiff's Treats a few weeks ago, but Yelp system crashed when I tried to save it so I lost the review I wrote. Long story short is that Tiff's Treats is a bake to order store similar to how you order Pizza from Pizza Hut. If you simply go there to pickup the cookies off the shelf they may or may not taste that good (as per my previous experience). My follow-up experience was different. I picked up cookies to go and that order was scheduled in advance and the experience was amazing. The cookies literally melt in your mouth. We did try 4 different kinds and all 4 were good. Chocolate Chip is my favorite. I would have rated them 5 stars, but the two reasons why they are still lacking my 5th star is as follows: 1) Their slogan or marketing effort should clearly tell customers about their bake to order system as I had no clue of that offering during my initial visit. Perhaps the associate at the counter informs each customer about it? 2) In today's health conscious world, it would be nice to have a lower sugar option to order since it is a bake to order store. But there is no way to control that as of yet. Due to my 2nd visit, now sometimes I am actually craving for Tiff's Treats and thinking about it. I'm new to the area and when I heard this place does fresh ice cream sandwiches I knew I had to try it. My first creation was one snicker doodle (I love the taste of ice cream and cinnamon together) and one oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (my favorite kind of cookie). It was AMAZING! I only like soft cookies and these were excellent. Perfectly soft and slightly gooey in the middle and more cooked as you got closer to the edges. Perfect ratio of ice cream to the size of cookies. My cookies were slightly warm which was awesome. Who doesn't like freshly baked cookies with ice cream. The cookies are not huge so I honestly did not feel super full after which was a plus. My only complaint is that there is no where to sit - it's kind of hard to take an ice cream sandwich to go. But I get it's primarily a delivery place so not going to take away a star for that! For the first time, I also tried the brownie, and it was wonderful. The girls at the counter are friendly and helpful. But you've read all that before! What you haven't read is that their bathroom, just inside the door, is as amazing as the cookies. I'm going to rate this the best bathroom in the city.
